Justin Bieber's best friend Lil Za, who was arrested for drug possession last week during a police raid at the pop star's Calabasas home, spray painted "Free Bizzle" on the singer's skate ramp and posted the above shot on Instagram. Za wrote, "It's not a game ... We don't take it as a joke. It's not a game. Free bizzle. Free Kalfanzo."

Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence when Miami Beach police busted him for speeding on a residential street just after 4am this morning, and he was also hit with charges of resisting arrest and driving on an expired license. Bieber appeared before Miami judge Joseph Farina around 1pm EST, and his total bail was set to $2,500, but as of 1:35pm EST, he was still in custody. Kalfanzo is Bieber's rapper pal Khalil, who was also arrested at the scene for drag racing.

And yes, this is the same ramp that has a drawing of a styrofoam cup next to the words "double cup," which is clearly a reference to Sizzurp. As you know, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies found evidence of marijuana and codeine use at Bieber's pad last week when they were conducting a search in connection with his felony vandalism charges...

Justin Bieber appeared before Miami judge Joseph Farina around 1pm EST on Thursday after being arrested at 4:13am EST for driving under the influence and resisting arrest, and the 19-year-old pop star's total bail was set to $2,500.

The bail for Bieber's DUI and resisting arrest without violence charges were $1,000 each, and an additional $500 was tacked on to the amount for his driving with an expired Georgia license. Roy Black represented Bieber.

We just called Miami-Dade Corrections, and as of 1:35pm EST, they told us that Bieber was still in custody...

Law enforcement in Miami is claiming that Justin Bieber blew a .04, reports TMZ. Sounds low for a DUI? Well it is -- but unfortunately for Bieber, a .04 blood alcohol level is below the legal limit for anyone 21 and over, and since the Biebs is a mere 19-year-old and the fact that Florida has a zero tolerance policy for anyone underage whose blood alcohol level is .02 or higher -- it's considered a DUI. So while .04 sounds like it could be good news -- it's definitely another nail in Bieber's bad boy coffin.

As you know, Justin Bieber was arrested for D.U.I. early this morning in Miami (AND for resisting arrest, drag racing and driving on an expired license), and new details have emerged about his bad behavior when police pulled him over.

When cops arrived at the scene Bieber started swearing at them and would not cooperate, and according to the police report, when cops approached Bieber's rented yellow Lamborghini, they smelled alcohol and noticed that the 19-year-old pop star's eyes were bloodshot. Though Biebs reportedly had a look of "stupor" on his face, he immediately got aggressive and said, "Why the f*ck are you doing this? What the f*ck did I do. Why did you stop me?" When the officer then tried to perform a routine pat down, Bieber said, "I ain't got no f*cking weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f*ck is this about?"

And not only is he not of legal drinking age, but Bieber lied to the police as well! He apparently claimed he was NOT drunk and he was simply coming back from recording music. However, Bieber had just left SET nightclub, and there are multiple photos of him at the club online, so we're wondering if he's going to get in trouble for that too.

So what happened with the resisting arrest charge? Before the pat down, Bieber reportedly got out of the car and he "kept going into his pants pocket." The cop ordered the singer to put his hands on the vehicle, and though Bieber initially complied, he quickly took his hands off the car, turned around and swore at the cop. The cop then grabbed Bieber by the right arm, at which point he pulled his arm away, and said, "What the f*ck are you doing?"

Bieber was reportedly driving between 55 and 60mph in a 30mph residential area, and he is still in custody. Bieber reportedly failed the field sobriety test at the scene, so it's assumed that he will undergo further testing, and then he will be booked and processed and bail will be set. We're dying to know what his blood alcohol level was ... and if there's any video of this from the dash cam!

While Bieber narrowly avoided getting arrested last week during a police raid at his Calabasas mansion, his friend Lil Za was taken into custody for drug possession, and it was revealed that cops found evidence of codeine and marijuana use during their search of the residence. Bieber's team (well, most of them) are reportedly urging the star to check in to rehab, so maybe this will be the push he needs?

On Wednesday Britney Spears stopped by Gregory's in Beverly Hills to shop for footwear, and seeing as she changed from brown wedges to pink sneakers after her retail therapy, it looks like she got what she came for! But what she REALLY should have been shopping for was a new hairdo! Sorry Brit, you know we love you, but that's track city! (And yes, we've already sang our own Britney-inspired lyrics to the tune of Tyga's song "Rack City".)

Anyway, Britney will be heading back to Las Vegas next week for her show at Planet Hollywood, and she's booked solid for the month of February with a total of ten concerts as a part of her residency at the venue. The pop star is slated to perform 50 a year for the next two years, but she does get some decent chunks of time off in between performances, so lucky for us, she'll be back to L.A. quite a bit!

We're thinking our beloved pop princess will be paying a trip to the salon at some point before she heads back to Sin City though...
