Jenny McCarthy has slammed new reports that her 11-year-old son Evan doesn't have autism.

McCarthy tweeted on Friday:

"Stories circulating online, claiming that I said my son Evan may not have autism after all, are blatantly inaccurate and completely ridiculous. Evan was diagnosed with autism by the Autism Evaluation Clinic at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital and was confirmed by the State of California (through their Regional Center). The implication that I have changed my position, that my child was not initially diagnosed with autism (and instead may suffer from Landau-Kleffner Syndrome), is both irresponsible and inaccurate."

"These stories cite a 'new' Time Magazine interview with me, which was actually published in 2010, that never contained any such statements by me. Continued misrepresentations, such as these, only serve to open wounds of the many families who are courageously dealing with this disorder. Please know that I am taking every legal measure necessary to set this straight."

McCarthy welcomed Evan with ex-husband John Asher in 2002, and over the years the 41-year-old TV personality has spoken publicly about her son's condition and been an outspoken advocate for autism awareness and treatment.

We think it's a bit of a stretch to say that one can plagiarize a tweet, but Shia LaBeouf essentially stole the meat of a 140-character message that Gucci Mane tweeted to his followers last year. And the kicker is that LaBeouf's tweet was part of yet another apology to Daniel Clowes, whose work he plagiarized earlier this year. (Parts of LaBeouf's short film HowardCantour.com were clearly stolen from Clowes' 2007 graphic novel, Justin M. Damiano).

After tweeting several apologies, last week the Transformers star hired a skywriter to express further remorse, and shortly after that he tweeted, "Im addicted to lean & that sh*t ain't no joke. I can barely remember all the things I've done & said. However there's no excuse 4 skywriting."

Lean (aka "purple drank" or "sizzurp") is a cocktail of codeine and soda, which Gucci Mane referenced back in 2013. "I wanna be the first rapper to admit I'm addicted to lean & that sh*t ain't no joke," Gucci wrote. "I can barely remember all the things I've done & said. However there's no excuse. I'm currently incarcerated but I will be going to rehab because I need help."

It does seem like Shia is making a joke by lifting the rapper's tweet, but given the circumstances, he should probably just come up with his own way of saying sorry!

Over the weekend Kim Kardashian and bestie Blac Chyna showed off their curves in a post-gym selfie, and Kim wrote, "Getting right for the new year." You know she was just dying to post a photo that would give fiance Kanye West a reason to come running home again!

Kim graced the cover of Us Weekly last month to debut her post-baby body just six months after giving birth, and a source told the mag, "Kim feels confident again. She worked really hard and is so motivated to stay fit." Good for her!

But for someone who gave a crash course in taking the perfect selfie, you'd think she wouldn't have cropped her face out of the boobie shot...

Emily Blunt and hubby John Krasinski went to Arclight Hollywood on Saturday afternoon, and the parents-to-be couldn't stop smiling when X17 photographers snapped their picture! The cute couple caught a screening of The Wolf of Wall Street the previous day, so we're wondering which flick they saw yesterday...

Emily and John, who tied the knot in 2010, confirmed that they were expecting their first child together back in September, and she's due sometime in February.

Last year Krasinski told Matt Lauer that he already got a sneak peek at parenthood when he was working with Matt Damon on the film Promised Land. "We actually wrote with children climbing all over him, and he was doing bath time and dinner and everything, and we still got it done," he joked.

From carrying one of his daughter's hot pink backpacks to walking through Los Angeles International Airport with a sling on his arm and a smile on his face, Matt Damon is such a good sport!

On Saturday night the actor jetted in to LAX, and he revealed that he broke his collarbone. Damon was first seen with the sling two weeks ago, but last week he went without it, so we didn't realize how serious the injury was. So what happened?

When asked about the sling, a cheerful Damon replied, "I was trying to mountain-bike."

Lindsay Lohan posted a few snaps on Instagram yesterday, and the starlet is currently in China, doing who knows what. Hey, at least she's documenting everything on her iPhone for the world to see!

Lilo uploaded the pic above and wrote, "#quiche #SHANGHAI #diffborder ily!" And though we didn't realize what she meant by "quiche" the other day, we finally got around to watching Ja'mie: Private School Girl, so we now understand what the 27-year-old actress is referring to. We have to admit that Lilo is pretty quiche, but based on what her former co-star Chris Pine said the other day in the new issue of The Hollywood Reporter, it sounds like she's also kinda cray cray!

Pine chatted with the mag about working with the actress on the 2005 film Just My Luck, and he said, "It was a real cyclone of insanity, like being around The Beatles. It was fascinating to watch, and in hindsight it's really a distinct moment in someone's life when you see what's really wonderful about what we get to do and what's really dangerous about it."

Yikes!

On Saturday Kevin Federline grabbed a sandwich at Subway in Calabasas, and Britney Spears' ex-hubby looks like he's slimmed down quite a bit over the last few months. Who knows, perhaps the company will hire K-Fed as a spokesperson sometime in the near future? Well, maybe not, but at least he's eating healthy and staying fit!

Kevin and wife Victoria Prince confirmed last month that they are expecting their second child together (though this will be his sixth -- he has two with Brit Brit and two with his other ex, Shar Jackson), so between hitting the gym, eating well and chasing after all his children, we can't imagine the former backup dancer won't be able keep the weight off!

Olivia Palermo and fiance Johannes Huebl hit the beach on Friday in St. Barth, and after getting engaged a few days ago, the lovebirds can't seem to keep their hands off of each other!

Johannes posted yet another photo of his gorgeous gal on Instagram and wrote, “twosome kinda day," and it was via the social media platform that he confirmed the two were engaged on Wednesday when he wrote, "Happy New Year to everybody and this is how we celebrate it: OP said Y E S."

Such a beautiful couple ... can you imagine what their kids will look like?!
