What's going on with Justin?! Yesterday was a frantic day for him and Hailey as they went around town from doctors' appointments to home visits and even to the hospital!

The day started with a visit to the same medical center in Beverly Hills that Justin's visited almost every day for the past week. The couple went together, leading us to speculate it could be something to do with Hailey and fertility? Pregnancy? Who knows!

Then Mr. and Mrs. Bieber went to visit a home in Encino that's on the market for $13 million! The couple's been house hunting as of late -- but more on that later (stay tuned for our EXCLUSIVE story about the homes Hailey and Justin are considering buying and why).

After that, the pair had their chauffeured SUV pull into the parking lot at Children's Hospital LA in Encino. They stayed in the car, parked in the lot for about five minutes, then turned around and left.

Then -- straight to a "brain clinic" in Orange County called Amen Clinic. Here's how the clinic is described on their web site:

They offer everything from simple therapy, to ketamine injections, to microcurrent therapy. What's Justin doing there?!

We know he's been suffering from something -- is it depression, anxiety and panic attacks, nervousness -- something that's caused him to have trembling attacks and be hyper-emotional. Is this all related to his ex Selena Gomez? Is it the pressure of a young marriage? Fame?

So many questions ... but watch Justin as he makes his way into the elevator at the clinic (above video). Why's he walking so strangely? Is he injured? Or is he having a breakdown? We hope neither!

Meghan Markle is finding the public scrutiny and nonstop rumors about her demanding behavior very difficult to deal with as she prepares to welcome her first child with Prince Harry, Us Weekly reports.

“Meghan has so much on her plate, between being pregnant and dealing with the public backlash, and she’s finding the whole situation incredibly stressful," a source dished to the mag.

Since joining the royal family, the former actress has been accused of being a "pushy" princess, starting a feud between her husband his brother Prince William, clashing with Kate, and being a social climber, and she's not having an easy time staying silent amid all the rumors.

"[Meghan is] definitely bothered by all the reports and speculation. Some things are just hard to stay away from," the source added.

In other Duchess of Sussex news, her estranged half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., just got engaged to his girlfriend of two years Darlene Blount, and he plans to invite Meghan and Harry to the wedding in hopes that their attendance could end the family rift. Keep dreaming, bud!

"Absolutely I think our wedding will bring the family closer together. It’s hopeful that if Meghan and Harry came and my father [Thomas Markle Sr.], Meghan and Harry could spend some time with him and that would be good," he told the Daily Mail.

"Starting out the new year by bringing our family closer together is definitely on the to-do list. It’s very important. [The wedding] would be a perfect time for Meg to get together with my dad — who is her father as well — and just put all the past behind everybody and move on and be a closer family again. My dad would really enjoy that. Possibly it will bring the family closer — especially if everybody shows up," he added.

Seems like she's learning the hard way that being part of The Firm isn't all it's cracked up to be!

Who wouldn't want to go on a 24-hour girls' ski trip to celebrate a friend's birthday?! Not Kylie Jenner, apparently!

This mommy's putting her almost year-old daughter Stormi at the top of her list of priorities and partying with her pals has slid waaaay down on the list.

The makeup mogul posted to her Instagram story that after 24 hours with BFF Jordyn Woods, celebrating her friend's little sister Jodie's birthday with a ski trip to Mammoth Mountain, she was really missing her little girl.

In fact, baby Stormi is so much Kylie's focus that mama is already preparing for her little one's first birthday on February 1st. Jenner posted, "already wrapping Stormi's bday gifts," Kylie told her followers on Instagram Story. "I'm too excited." New year, new chance for romance! Are Jennifer Garner and on-again-off-again flame John Miller rekindling their romance in 2019?

New reports claim the couple cooled over the holidays, each with commitments to their families and travel, but now that they're both back in LA and their kids back in school, they have time to focus on each other again.

We've spotted Garner out and about with her kids, heading to her morning workouts, and grabbing coffee -- back to her usual routine. And we saw Miller, CEO of CaliBurger, at the Montage (where Justin and Hailey live!) in Beverly Hills yesterday for a meeting.

Garner and Miller supposedly started hooking up in July and then slowed things down by October, but a new report says the two are still "very much in love." In love?! That's a big word!

The diva strolled the aisles at Target in Westwood, near UCLA in Los Angeles, presumably stocking up on last-minute birthday presents for daughter Blue Ivy who turned seven yesterday.

Only Bey would wear a linen jumpsuit with heels and cat-eye sunglasses to the discount retailer, with an assistant pushing a cart behind her. And she may be the only person worth a whopping $355 million to shop at the big-box store! But let's face it, even rich people love Target!

The memes generated by a Beyonce fan's posting of this pic on Instagram are HILARIOUS -- even Chrissy Teigen had to comment, taking the opportunity to mention her line of home goods sold at the retailer: "Beyonce you are so silly, I can just send you my new knives!!"

It it's the first time Queen B's been spotted at Target -- last year she and daughter Blue Ivy were loading up on stuff at the store ...

The most pervasive joke about the pic is the dangerous angle at which it was shot! One commenter wrote: "I can only assume this angle means the person taking hte pic collapsed the the floor, which is a natural reaction upon seeing Beyonce in Target." Another wrote: "Beyonce was at my Target today so the only obvious & natural thing to do was go and honor the ground she walked on."

Tekashi pleaded not guilty to federal racketeering and firearms charges in November and his trial is set for September. So will he be in jail all year?! A pre-trial hearing is set for January 22, so it's possible a deal could be made between the New York D.A. and Tekashi's attorneys. Fingers crossed! We need more music from this amazing artist ASAP! American rap culture is dying without him!

She takes care of her man!

Sofia Richie stopped to put gas in boyfriend Scott Disick's Bentley last night, and the model kept it casual in sweatpants that clung to her model bod. Even in casual clothes she's a total knockout!

Lionel Richie's daughter and the reality star have lasted longer than anybody anticipated, and his ex Kourtney Kardashian is finally coming around to the idea of her being a permanent fixture in their kids' lives. It took them living together to make it happen, though!

"Sofia moved in with Scott this past summer. Scott and Kourtney discussed his plans on living with Sofia before they made it official. Scott could tell Kourtney was a bit jealous at the time, but more so concerned of the fact that their kids would be sleeping there while Sofia lived there, too. She wanted to make sure they were in good hands," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

"After Scott and Sofia had been living together for a few months, Kourtney and Scott felt it was best for all three of them to meet up together since their kids would be spending the night there on a regular basis. That’s when they all went to dinner together in November. It was important for Scott that Kourtney felt comfortable with Sofia and got to meet her, so she could see for herself that Sofia truly does care about, and treat their children amazing," the source added.

Ariana Grande's ex Pete Davidson, 25, was reportedly hitting on English actress Kate Beckinsale, 45, at the Netflix Golden Globes after-party -- what?!

Davidson arrived with his bestie Machine Gun Kelly (see their hilarious Insta-video of how they started the night, below) and quickly separated so Davidson could get his mack on with Beckinsale. According to People magazine, the two "talked intently for most of the night before they were joined by Kelly, Isla Fisher, and Sacha Baron Cohen."

Another report claims Davidson was overheard asking Kelly, "What about that girl from before?" as they made their way into another after-party, according to ET.
