Despite being in a vicious custody battle with ex husband Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller looked calm as she walked her dogs on Sunday in Los Angeles. The 36-year-old took her two pups on a dog walk and was accompanied by a friend.

Just last week, Brooke cooperated with authorities and agreed to have her four-year-old twins Bob and Max tested for fetal alcohol and drug syndrome, according to Radar.

Last week, Brooke met with the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services after Denise Richards, who was caring for the boys at the time, wrote a letter detailing the boys' disturbing behavior and stating that she no longer wanted custody of them.

Mueller’s brother, Scott, was granted temporary guardianship of the twins, and a source close to the situation tells the website, “The good news is that they will now be properly tested, and monitored. It will be crucial that DCFS follows up and follows through with whatever the testing reveals. The boys' lives literally depend on it.”

Multiple sources confirmed to Radar that "Brooke did indeed also drink large amounts of alcohol while pregnant ... This was on top of the drug use which included meth." Not only that but she also went to rehab twice during her pregnancy ... Yikes!

Charlie Sheen has been very vocal about Brooke being an unfit parent, as he posted numerous messages Twitter last week, slamming his ex-wife for being "evil" and "pathetic."

Hello baby bump! Reality star Kim Zolciak has no problem flaunting her pregnancy curves, posting an Instagram pic of her prominent baby bump on Sunday. And it looks like Kim is about to pop -- that's because she is! The Don't Be Tardy star is pregnant with twins and is about to give birth any day.

Along with the revealing pic, the 35-year-old wrote, "Sooooo with all the request I finally decided to post My baby bump today! The twins will [be] here this month and we are soooo excited and I'm soooo over being pregnant! #countingdownthedays"

The former Real Housewife of Atlanta star already has four children, two from previous relationships and two with her husband, NFL player Kroy Biermann.

Jenna and her BFF made a video for Miley, and the retired porn star reveals that she wants to have a Madonna/Britney moment and give Cyrus a "big fat kiss" onstage. Jenna's BFF showed off a "We Can't Stop" tattoo, so it looks like they're serious about it!

Miley will be performing at the Jingle Ball in early December at the Staples Center, and she'll be back onstage in LA again in February -- watch out!

Neither Kanye West nor Kim Kardashian are Ivy League educated, but that didn't stop the rapper from speaking at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Boston!

West was joined by Virgil Abloh, the creative director for his brand DONDA, who posted photos on his Instagram and wrote, "Super surreal. #DONDA design lecture series #yeezustour."

"Just wanted to tell you guys: I really do believe that the world can be saved through design, and everything needs to actually be 'architected,'" Yeezy told the students. "And this is the reason why even some of the first DONDA employees were architects that started designing T-shirts instead of buildings. But just to see the work actually be actualized."

Heidi Klum really does look as happy as can be. The German beauty was all smiles when she cozied up to boyfriend, bodyguard Martin Kristen, while watching her son's soccer game on Saturday.

Miley Cyrus performed "Wrecking Ball" on The X Factor on Sunday night, and the starlet, who will celebrate her 21st birthday next weekend, wore a gold dress and black turban and sang inside a box with what appeared be a plastic sand dune. While we absolutely adore Miley, apparently she received a lot of flack from viewers for what they dubbed a disappointing and lackluster performance.

Apparently Miley saw some of the tweets, as she replied later in the evening, "happy to get some rest. time to go be sicky ... damned if you do damned if you don't. Vocal rest."

Setting aside the chatter about her performance, one thing is clear -- Miley loves her U.K. fans! Miles told host Dermot O'Leary, "I will be here next year in the spring on my Bangerz tour … I will be here for a very long time so I'm looking forward to seeing you here next year."

Hopefully she gets some rest and recuperates!

On Sunday Fergie and her trainer went for a hike in the Hollywood Hills, and the 38-year-old singer worked up quite a sweat. Her hubby Josh Duhamel attended the G.H. Mumm Art of Celebration – Formula 1 event in Austin, Texas on Saturday night, so it looks like Fergie Ferg and baby Axl Jack were on their own for most of the weekend.

But back to Fergs -- is this just a bad angle or is there something else going on?
