After Alec Baldwin's angry outbursts at reporter and photographers over the last week (not to mention allegations that he used a homophobic slur towards one), he still has one very big supporter in his daughter Ireland.

On Saturday the aspiring model took to her Twitter to defend her dad and wrote:

"It takes a lot of strength for someone to release their anger. It takes a lot of strength and SUPPORT for someone to grow and become a better person. We all say things we don't mean. We all say things we can't take back. For someone who has battled with anger management issues, my dad has grown tremendously. My dad is far from a homophobe or a racist. My point being, what my dad said was WRONG. What my dad felt WASN'T. My dad has an INFANT CHILD to protect. All the parents out there should understand. You would do anything to protect your baby. Now, let's all quit acting like children. Let my dad be and let him have his room to learn and enjoy his family."

For his part, Baldwin issued his own apology and said:

"I did not intend to hurt or offend anyone with my choice of words, but clearly I have – and for that I am deeply sorry. Words are important. I understand that, and will choose mine with great care going forward. What I said and did this week, as I was trying to protect my family, was offensive and unacceptable. Behavior like this undermines hard-fought rights that I vigorously support. I understand 'Up Late' will be taken off the schedule for tonight and next week."

They're getting so big!

Over the weekend Jennifer Lopez shot The Boy Next Door in Los Angeles, and during a break from filming she got a visit from her four-year-old twins Max and Emme.

The comedy is about "a divorced woman's affair with a neighbor teenager [that] goes very wrong." Sounds funny enough...

They don't call him McSteamy for nothing!

On Saturday night Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart dined at Hakkasan in Beverly Hills with some friends, and the Grey's Anatomy hottie happily posed for photos with a few young and giggly female fans.

Maybe Rebecca is just used to this by now, because she didn't look that jealous! Though we're sure she'd draw the line at actually taking the picture for the girls though...

Lady Gaga hosted and performed on Saturday Night Live over the weekend, and though we saw her in a pair of absolutely crazy outfits earlier in the week at rehearsals, she kept it pretty conservative with a sparkly black number. Well, conservative for her -- we can still see her underwear!

Gaga performed her new single "Do What U Want" with R. Kelly and she also sang "Gypsy," but it was her skits with the rest of the cast that were her best work.

Gaga dressed way down to play an Apple store employee in the "Waking Up With Kimye" bit, and which featured Nasim Pedrad as Kim Kardashian and Jay Pharoah as Kanye West. Gaga poked fun at herself, at one point saying, "Honestly, I don't care about fashion. I think people who try too hard with their outfits are maybe hiding something. Anne Hathaway turned 31 last week, but she's still celebrating her birthday!

The Oscar-winning actress and hubby Adam Shulman met with her Dark Knight Rises director Christopher Nolan at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills on Saturday night, and they were also joined by fellow Dark Knight star Michael Caine and Sidney Poitier. Talk about a mature dinner group!

We know there's a baby bump in there somewhere, but Gwen Stefani kept it pretty well hidden when X17 photographers snapped her at Kingston's soccer game on Saturday!

Hubby Gavin Rossdale wasn't at the game, as he was in Boca Raton, Florida for the 2013 Chris Evert Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic. On Sunday the singer tweeted, "flying back home. the best journey ever. thx @ChrissieEvert x congratulations on your charity we're all happy to be there for you."

Rather than stopping by a brothel or causing a ruckus in a hotel room, Justin Bieber was on his best behavior in Los Angeles last night.

The Biebs dined at Izaka-ya and left the restaurant just after dark, but the night before it sounds like he had quite the rager! The singer threw a party at his Calabasas pad on Friday, and the cops came out to the home three times after neighbors complained about the noise, according to TMZ.

Bieber was reportedly hanging with rapper Snoop Lion and about 100 other guests, and the website also reports that one neighbor filed a police report against the Biebs for disturbing the peace.

Kourtney Kardashian took son Mason and daughter Penelope to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach on Saturday, and it looks like everyone had a blast! And not only that, but in between juggling her two young kids and trying to keep it low key in the crowd, Kourt was able to Instagram a pretty pic of some jellyfish.

But where was baby daddy Scott Disick? The other day he was tweeting about cars and plugging a lingerie line (and this was NOT something from the Kardashians collection), and as far as we know he wasn't hosting any ragers in Vegas over the weekend. What gives?
