From the smile on her perfectly painted lips to the flawless manicure, Gwen Stefani always looks like a million bucks!

The pregnant singer ran errands in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon, and she flashed X17 photographers her beautiful smile before popping back in to her car and heading home. Gwen hasn't revealed when she's due or what the gender of her third child is, but here's to hoping it's a little girl! If Gwen and hubby Gavin Rossdale have a daughter, she might even end up being a better dressed celebritot than Harper Beckham...

Oh, what we wouldn't give to raid Hilary Duff's closet ... and as if we weren't already a huge fan of the Duffster, we love that she's always in a good mood when she sees us!

On Friday X17 photographers snapped the former Disney star out and about in Santa Monica, and even though she wasn't wearing anything colorful, she was able to brighten our day with her megawatt smile.

Duff was busy this week with Halloween festivities, and in between trick or treating with her one-and-a-half-year-old and going to some more adult costume parties, she dressed as mouse and later as a cat. Meanwhile, hubby Mike Comrie and their darling son Luca teamed up and dressed as firemen:

Miley Cyrus and Benji Madden were "making out" at the Bootsy Bellows Halloween party on Thursday night, according to a source for The Daily Mail.

"They seemed really into each other," an eyewitness revealed. "Soon they were flirting and talking very closely. Then they shared a kiss. They left Bootsy Bellows together around 1 am. They tried to be discreet by sharing a car with some other friends but it was clear they were leaving as a couple."

What's even weirder is that Miley hung out with Benji's ex Paris Hilton at another Halloween party earlier in the evening, and then we also remembered that before Eiza Gonzalez was Liam Hemsworth's rebound fling, she was seen partying it up with Benji back in September! What tangled webs we weave...

Just a few days after the Jonas Brothers band confirmed that they were done, Nick Jonas enjoyed a night out at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood. Don't worry, he's not pulling a Kylie Jenner -- as you may recall, the youngest bro in the band turned 21 back in September.

Nick has been working on his own music, and earlier this week the boys sat down with Good Morning America to explain why the band split up. "We're family first and that's always been our main priority and so honesty within what we do as a group was really important," Nick said. "I came to the table with the guys…and shared my heart with them and my feelings. I said, 'Look, I feel like we've had some complications within the group for a long time [and] without addressing them I think this train will fall off the tracks ... It was a tough conversation. It was the first time we really had that real conversation."

In other news, before heading out on the town, Nick was stranded at Los Angeles International airport for a bit after a fatal shooting at Terminal 3. "Landed at LAX at to the news that there was a shooting in the terminal my plane was supposed to deplane at," he tweeted. "Currently waiting on the plane in a remote parking area. I am safe. Praying for the victims of this shooting." Glad he's ok ... but our hearts go out to those affected by the senseless act of violence.

Halloween was a mix of creepy and cute for the Richie-Madden clan!

Nicole Richie tweeted this adorable shot of her hubby and kids dressed as the Addams family, ad we have to say, she nailed it as Morticia Addams!

Harlow was adorable as Wednesday, while Joel Madden dressed up as Gomez and Sparrow went as Pugsley. The ladies had a little bit of an edge over the boys (c'mon Benji, go with a striped suit next time!), but all together it worked pretty well.

Just hours after announcing that he was postponing his Yeezus tour, we caught Kanye West gabbing away on his phone before hopping into his black Lamborghini in Hollywood. Hopefully he's chatting with someone who can fix this mess! Or maybe he was on a call with his lawyer? On Thursday it was reported that Kanye and fiance Kim Kardashian are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for allegedly leaking their proposal video.

Anyway, Kanye pushed back concerts in Vancouver, Denver and Minneapolis after a truck carrying some of his custom stage equipment crashed and damaged the gear on Friday. His record label said in a statement that the destruction has made it "impossible to put on the show and The Yeezus Tour will be postponed until these essential pieces can be reengineered and refabricated."

While his tour may be in shambles at the moment, at least he's backing his own brand! We later spotted the rapper carrying one of his own Yeezus confederate flag jackets:

She may have burst onto the scene with funky fashions and wild hair a few years ago, but now 13-year-old Willow Smith is all grown up!

The starlet, who celebrated her birthday on Halloween, grabbed lunch with several gal pals at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood on Friday. Hmm, so much for being in class!

Back in 2010 Willow told The Daily Telegraph, "I never really get to go to school because I am always on tour, or with my father. There is a tutor most of the time, but usually I am working so I never get to do the lessons. The worst thing about maths is all the kids are ahead of me because they go to school.” Yikes!

However, during an interview last year, her famous father Will told OK Magazine that Willow decided to put the focus back on learning. Will said, "She said, 'Daddy, I want to go to school with my friends during the week, and I want to hang out with them on the weekends.' At the peak of Whip My Hair, she’s like, 'Daddy, I’m done.' I was like, 'Wow, wow, wow. No, baby, I got Annie, you know. It’ll be New York, you’ll be with Beyoncé. You can bring your friends.' And she said, 'Daddy, I got a better idea. How about I just be 12?' At the end of the day, it has to be their choice."

Lindsay Lohan dressed as Carrie on Halloween last night, and while she didn't have any telekinetic powers, she was pretty persuasive with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather!

The two hosted "A Night Full of Fright" Halloween Party at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, and sources at the event say the pair arrived more than an hour and a half late and barely stopped for photos on the red carpet. Way to keep it professional, guys!

Inside the party, Lohan and Mayweather hung out in the private VIP area and she couldn't keep her hands off of him. But judging by these photos, he didn't seem to mind too much! Think these two would start dating or was he just a Halloween hookup? We can't imagine that they ended up going their separate ways last night after showing this much PDA at the party...
