We applaud her for being so candid!

Portia DeRossi opened up about her sexuality and how she feared coming out on a new episode of The Conversation with Amanda De Cadenet, and the 40-year-old actress offered some interesting insight as to why she had always believed being gay was "strange."

"I just didn't want to be a lesbian. I'd never met one for a start and I just thought they were strange and that they hated men and they were very serious and I had these ridiculous images in my head and there were no out celebrities or politicians or anybody that I could look to and go, 'Oh, I could be like that'," she explained.

"There was nobody that I could say, 'I could date her and I want to be like her. I just kind of thought I don't want to live like this. I don't have to, I don't need to, I just shut down the emotional life," she added.

Her struggle for self acceptance led to a dangerous pattern of behavior before she finally went public in 2005.

"The thing that kept me company was my eating disorder. It was like a lover, it was somebody who never ever left me. Like a thought that would always keep me excited, interested and focused. It's adrenaline," she confessed.

We're happy she found true love and happiness with wife Ellen Degeneres!

Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison have split after three years of marriage, according to Radar.

A source close to the couple tell the site:

“Courtney has called it quits on her marriage ... She is done with him and he’s totally heartbroken. Doug knew he was taking a risk with the marriage, but he genuinely fell in love with Courtney and didn’t realize how much his life would be changed after they got married. She is branching out and doing her own thing and Doug is getting left behind.”

The insider added, "Everything with Courtney and Doug is so contrived, but he wasn’t with her at her Halloween party and she’s always doing things by herself lately. He just isn’t part of the scene anymore now. They’ll probably stage a photo opp just to pretend they’re still together though.”

Courtney married Doug when she was just 16 years old (at the time he was 51), and in 2012 they appeared on the VH1 reality television show Couples Therapy in an attempt to work issues in their marriage that she felt were caused by their age difference.

Charlie Sheen went on a rant last night about ex-wife Brooke Mueller, and not only did he call her some of the worst names in the book, but he went after Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services as well.

Sheen tweeted the photo below of himself in costume and wrote:

Sheen then told TMZ that his sons have suffered physical and emotional damage after spending time under Brooke's care, and he says the boys are afraid of her house, which is "covered in pet lizards, various insects and other critters." Charlie added that the boys are "very close to getting kicked out of school" and he claims that poor little Bob recently had a rash on his face that "looked like somebody burned him."

Charlie said he tried to bring these issues to the attention of the DCFS, but they refuse to help. Finally, the 48-year-old Anger Management star said he's not sure if Brooke is back on drugs, but either way, "she's as awful a parent and a person as you can possibly draw up."

Miss Goop could care less what people think about her!

As she prepares for that unflattering Vanity Fair article to hit newsstands, Gwyneth Paltrow is declaring that the negative things she hears about herself in the press have little effect on her.

"The older I get, I realize it doesn't matter what people who don't know you think. It doesn't matter. You're wasting your energy," she tells Red magazine.

While we agree she has a point, we think her blunt delivery is why people don't like her to begin with!

"It's like, if your partner comes to you – or your best friend – and says, 'Listen, I want to talk about something you did that hurt me, or I think you could improve,' sit down and listen to what they have to say. But some friend of so-and–sos – it's like, who gives a s**t?" she adds.

Don't try telling GP what to do, either!

"Nobody else can tell [a woman] how many hours a week she needs to devote to this, that or the other … F**k what anybody else says … It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. That's what we've got to let go of. That idea of 'Oh god, if I don't show up to this concert, all the other mums are going to think I'm terrible.' Well, so f***ing what," she states.

Constantly blazing new trails, innovative singer Lady Gaga went for a bold and bizarre cover for her new single "Dope." And we don't know what to make of it!

The Grammy-winning superstar is pictured in a large boxy double breasted jacket, large-brimmed black hat and scarf tied around her eyes with her mouth agape showing garish teeth. While Gaga's face is clearly all sorts of messed up -- we can't help but notice the bruising near her crotch. What is going on there?! Actually wait -- we don't know if we want to know.

The 27-year-old tweeted that the new single will be coming out soon, "Dope will be available 12:01am local time Nov 4th,' she wrote. 'Final song available for purchase before ARTPOP release Nov 11."

While most pop stars do their best to put out the most sexual, scantily clad images they can, the "Applause" singer is constantly presenting herself in avant-garde and often times grotesque ways. Gaga most certainly has a different aesthetic than most popular singers and recently she sat down with Bravo's Andy Cohen and discussed her thoughts on beauty.

During the interview, Cohen asked if Gaga considers herself beautiful and she said, "Not conventionally beautiful. I've always been OK with that. I'm not a supermodel. That's not what I do. What I do is music." The songstress added that beauty can be a hindrance in the music industry. "Being beautiful is not so fun when you're in a business with all men. Because it can actually get in the way," said Gaga.

We may not love looking at this image but we love that Gaga is always doing things her own way!

On Halloween Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner took their three kids trick-or-treating in their neighborhood, and even though Bennifer didn't dress up, Violet, Sam and Seraphina more than made up for it!

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's twins Moroccan and Monroe got in the Halloween spirit last night by dressing up as Superman and Supergirl, and their parents decided to join in on the fun too!

The Grammy winner shared a pic of dem babies with the caption, "Have a super happy Halloween!!!"

Roc and Roe must have exhausted themselves trick-or-treating, because the whole family piled in bed together at the end of the evening.

Even though Karrueche Tran wore a very similar costume the other day, we have to say, Rihanna totally killed it as a living dead lady gangster!

The R&B superstar tweeted the above shots after getting her body painted blue and wrote, "ARLETA ZOMBIE CHOLA PACK!!! .... My chola name was #ShyGirl." A handful of RiRi's friends also dressed up like this, so even if Karrueche was somewhere nearby, we doubt she'd confront Rihanna about her copycat costume.
