Much like Miley and her penchant for her new tongue-tastic trademark -- Sinead O'Connor is not letting this story die! Miley Cyrus and the "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer have been at it for the past week, trading digs via social media, interviews and endless open letters but we thought the beef was in the cooler when the "Wrecking Ball" singer went on the Today show and seemed to put the issue aside when said she that despite everything said, she was a "big fan" of Sinead's and that the things were "all good." Well apparently Sinead doesn't seem to think so! The verbose singer penned yet ANOTHER open letter (we think this is the fourth one, but we may have lost count) to the 20-year-old.

In the letter, the 46-year-old puts blame on Miley for the social media attack that has resulted from her criticism of Miley.

Sinead writes:

"As a result of what you did I have had numerous communications from people urging me to commit suicide. Not to mention I have been the subject of literally thousands of abusive articles and or comments left after articles, which state that I and therefore all perceived mentally ill people, should be bullied and be invalidated. Luckily I am a strong person. And I have four children whose lives would be destroyed if I were to buckle under the abuse you set me up for."

While we think urging someone to commit suicide is uncalled for and mental illness is a very serious issue and not to be mocked, we really do not believe that Miley "set [her] up for" it. Sinead is the one who began this battle and it has unfortunately turned out to be a social media war.

The Irish songstress has some valid points in all of her letters but the message gets lost in the constant stream of words. Hopefully Sinead can do what the much younger Miley seems to have done and just let it go -- that way we can all move on and talk about something other than Miley Cyrus and her tongue.

Simon Cowell celebrated his 54th birthday at Sur last night, and not only was ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour by his side most of the evening, but when the duo left the restaurant, she sat in his lap in the car! We know Simon's friendly with his exes but this seems more than just platonic if you ask us!

Silverman was not present for the celebration, but last month during a chat with Ryan Seacrest, Simon said, "Let's put it this way, I wouldn't expect her to be a single mother." Just about everyone interpreted that as the music mogul's way of saying he was going to put a ring on it, but maybe he just meant he was going to pay a ton of child support and get his flirt on with whomever he chooses? Whatever makes him happy! And clearly he's doing just that...

Kanye West has been ordered to stay at least ten yards away from the Daniel Ramos, the photographer he allegedly attacked at Los Angeles International airport on July 19.

Prosecutors demanded that Kim Kardashian's baby daddy take anger management classes as a condition of bail, but the judge rejected their requests. Yeezy is being represented by Blair Berk (she famously represented Lindsay Lohan back in the day), so even though prosecutors have no less than 7 videos of the altercation, at least he's in good hands!

Kanye was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft last month after approaching a photog, putting him in a headlock, dragging him to the ground and damaging his camera equipment. If convicted of both misdemeanors, the rapper faces a maximum of a year in jail. The arraignment is set for October 10, and Gloria Allred is representing Ramos.

Miley's dad is spilling the deets on his daughter again, but not to worry, it's nothing embarrassing or bad!

Billy Ray Cyrus chatted with Entertainment Tonight and told the show that Miley's staying busy promoting her new album and she's doing great. "All I know for sure is I heard my daughter say today she's the happiest she's ever been in her life immediately following [her breakup from fiance Liam Hemsworth]. That's when I saw Miley being so happy," Billy Ray said. "Somewhere along the stress and strain of different things I didn't see her smiling as often for a little while."

"All of a sudden she's like the sun, and when she smiles it's light," Billy Ray added. "Everything happens for a reason and the main thing for me, as Miley’s daddy, is she's happy."

After flirting at the bowling alley over the weekend it seems like Khloe Kardashian and The Game are more than friends, and given how protective the rapper was of the reality starlet last night, there has to be something going on!

On Monday evening Khloe hosted a bash at Tru in Hollywood, and for the second time this week she hung out with The Game and his entourage. As the group left the nightclub just around midnight, The Game was just about ready to throw down with photographers and he threatened to break their cameras during a loud shouting match. Quote of the night? When The Game told one shutterbug, "You thought Kanye was a problem, I'm a real problem!"

We're not sure where Khloe and The Game went after that, but around 3 or 4 in the morning she tweeted a series of cryptic messages:

And not only that, but when signing an autograph for a fan, Khloe used her married last name ... so maybe The Game is just a pal after all and she's looking to reconcile with Lamar?

On Monday afternoon Olivier Martinez hung out with Nahla at the pumpkin patch in West Hollywood, and we're guessing mom Halle Berry and newborn son Maceo were laying low at home. Little miss Nahla had her face painted like a cat, but Olivier opted out of getting anything drawn on his mug.

The 47-year-old actress gave birth to the couple's first son on Saturday, and just yesterday they revealed his name, which is of Spanish origin and means "Gift of God." Robert is the name of the French actor's father, FYI.

Britney Spears went to a rehearsal for her Las Vegas show on Monday, and the pop star carried a bottle of a juice smoothie to sip on.

And not only is she prepping for her residency in Sin City, but she's also going to be working on a new album in the near future. Brit tweeted, "This next record is going to be the most personal record I've EVER made….which means that I need my #BArmy to be a part of it!! ... I wanna see ALL of your photos…old merch, fan art, concert pics...EVERYTHING!! ... I'm gonna pick my favorites to be a part of the next album's packaging :) Can't wait to see what you all send in!! xo."

While all seems well with that, apparently there was a little bit of drama over the weekend when Britney dined out with her boyfriend David Lucado and his friends at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village. According to TMZ, before Britney arrived, some of the people in the group ordered drinks at the bar, but as soon as the pop legend showed up they ditched their drinks and headed to the table. Britney had made it clear that there was not to be alcohol served when she's present, but apparently a waitress came by with a glass of wine for one of the ladies. Despite the fact that the woman sent the waitress away, Britney was majorly ticked off and left, and as soon as she did one of the gentleman in the group went to the bar and got hammered.

We're guessing Britney wasn't covering his tab...

If he can handle the news that he knocked up his (former) best friend's wife, this shouldn't be that hard to swallow!

On Monday Simon Cowell celebrated his 54th birthday, and when X17 photographers rolled by the music mogul's Beverly Hills home, they noticed that there was quite a bit of toilet paper all over the trees and gate outside the property. Apparently the ladies from Fifth Harmony 'fessed up to the crime and also left their boss a banner that read, "Happy 87th Birthday Simon!"

(Fifth Harmony is an all-girl group that Simon signed to his label after the last season of the X Factor ... hopefully Simon thought this joke was as funny as they did!)
