Miley's dad is spilling the deets on his daughter again, but not to worry, it's nothing embarrassing or bad!

Billy Ray Cyrus chatted with Entertainment Tonight and told the show that Miley's staying busy promoting her new album and she's doing great. "All I know for sure is I heard my daughter say today she's the happiest she's ever been in her life immediately following [her breakup from fiance Liam Hemsworth]. That's when I saw Miley being so happy," Billy Ray said. "Somewhere along the stress and strain of different things I didn't see her smiling as often for a little while."

"All of a sudden she's like the sun, and when she smiles it's light," Billy Ray added. "Everything happens for a reason and the main thing for me, as Miley’s daddy, is she's happy."

Awww!

After flirting at the bowling alley over the weekend it seems like Khloe Kardashian and The Game are more than friends, and given how protective the rapper was of the reality starlet last night, there has to be something going on!

On Monday evening Khloe hosted a bash at Tru in Hollywood, and for the second time this week she hung out with The Game and his entourage. As the group left the nightclub just around midnight, The Game was just about ready to throw down with photographers and he threatened to break their cameras during a loud shouting match. Quote of the night? When The Game told one shutterbug, "You thought Kanye was a problem, I'm a real problem!"

We're not sure where Khloe and The Game went after that, but around 3 or 4 in the morning she tweeted a series of cryptic messages:

And not only that, but when signing an autograph for a fan, Khloe used her married last name ... so maybe The Game is just a pal after all and she's looking to reconcile with Lamar?

On Monday afternoon Olivier Martinez hung out with Nahla at the pumpkin patch in West Hollywood, and we're guessing mom Halle Berry and newborn son Maceo were laying low at home. Little miss Nahla had her face painted like a cat, but Olivier opted out of getting anything drawn on his mug.

The 47-year-old actress gave birth to the couple's first son on Saturday, and just yesterday they revealed his name, which is of Spanish origin and means "Gift of God." Robert is the name of the French actor's father, FYI.

Britney Spears went to a rehearsal for her Las Vegas show on Monday, and the pop star carried a bottle of a juice smoothie to sip on.

And not only is she prepping for her residency in Sin City, but she's also going to be working on a new album in the near future. Brit tweeted, "This next record is going to be the most personal record I've EVER made….which means that I need my #BArmy to be a part of it!! ... I wanna see ALL of your photos…old merch, fan art, concert pics...EVERYTHING!! ... I'm gonna pick my favorites to be a part of the next album's packaging :) Can't wait to see what you all send in!! xo."

While all seems well with that, apparently there was a little bit of drama over the weekend when Britney dined out with her boyfriend David Lucado and his friends at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village. According to TMZ, before Britney arrived, some of the people in the group ordered drinks at the bar, but as soon as the pop legend showed up they ditched their drinks and headed to the table. Britney had made it clear that there was not to be alcohol served when she's present, but apparently a waitress came by with a glass of wine for one of the ladies. Despite the fact that the woman sent the waitress away, Britney was majorly ticked off and left, and as soon as she did one of the gentleman in the group went to the bar and got hammered.

We're guessing Britney wasn't covering his tab...

If he can handle the news that he knocked up his (former) best friend's wife, this shouldn't be that hard to swallow!

On Monday Simon Cowell celebrated his 54th birthday, and when X17 photographers rolled by the music mogul's Beverly Hills home, they noticed that there was quite a bit of toilet paper all over the trees and gate outside the property. Apparently the ladies from Fifth Harmony 'fessed up to the crime and also left their boss a banner that read, "Happy 87th Birthday Simon!"

(Fifth Harmony is an all-girl group that Simon signed to his label after the last season of the X Factor ... hopefully Simon thought this joke was as funny as they did!)

All the drama looks like it's taking its toll!

Khloe Kardashian arrived at the family offices in L.A. this morning, and the reality star seemed as if she was trying to put on a brave face despite all the headlines surrounding her and Lamar Odom's likely divorce.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has yet to file papers to end her marriage, but on last night's episode of the family's E! show, the 29-year-old revealed her husband has deep emotional issues from his past that have fueled his destructive behavior.

"There are a lot of emotional issues I think Lamar has. I do want to help or cater to Lamar but also, there is only so much anyone can take," she tells her sister Kylie during a filmed scene.

According to reports, the brunette bombshell is afraid to leave her Clippers star hubby for fear that something will happen to him. According to TMZ, Kim K's little sister is concerned that if she ditches the basketball pro, he will either OD or attempt suicide.

Khloe is such a catch that we hate watching her go through something so miserable! But maybe The Game can cheer her up? After flirting at the bowling alley over the weekend, we began to wonder if there was something going on there, but Khloe stayed mum when asked about their possible romance:

Is Demi Lovato is bisexual?! Adorable Australian DJ Ruby Rose shocked fans on Sunday when she announced via Twitter that she had slept with the "Heart Attack" singer in the past.

On Sunday, the DJ from down unda sparked some major media attention when she wrote a mysterious tweet: 'Think i'll take a few days off social media while @ddlovato's friend attack me for being a 'scorned ex-lover.'"

The 27-year-old Aussie also added fuel to the girl-on-girl fire when she claimed on Instagram that she was, "the one person demi has slept with that didn't sell naked photos of her."

Hmm Ruby, not sure if you should brag about how great it isn't that you haven't sold photos of Demi when you (possibly) outed her via social media!

Given that the X Factor judge is pretty much an open book, talking candidly about her addictions, past relationships and boyfriends, we'd be pretty surprised if this were true. But ya never know, girls just wanna have fun!

Ruby has subsequently deleted the eyebrow-raising posts from her account after getting exorbitant attention from Demi's die-hard fans.

'Listen, im in no way shocked or offended by the shade im getting from people who have simply cropped my reply to what actually started this," Ruby wrote. "However I in no way initiated this, nor did I say something that wasnt already written in the ridiculous post. One sided replies dont cut it. However, love and peace to everyone. It is what is it."

Demi has yet to comment on the alleged tryst.

On Monday Kylie and Kendall Jenner stopped by the family office in Calabasas, and we're guessing they were meeting with mama Kris to try to figure out how to boost ratings for Keeping Up With The Kardashians! Despite the ladies' best efforts to promote the reality series, last week's episode reached an all-time low of 1.7 million viewers. Though the show is renewed through 2015, rumors are swirling that E! could pull the plug on the series sooner than that!
