Take that, Ryan Seacrest!

Not only has Julianne Hough found love with new beau Ari Sandel, but her body is looking better than ever these days.

The former Dancing With The Stars darling hit the gym in Studio City yesterday afternoon, and though she split from Seacrest just five months ago, it seems like she's totally moved on. And not only that, but she's letting everyone know just how good she feels. "Step outside of the box today! It's easy to stay in your comfort zone," she tweeted the other day. "What's past is past, what's in the future does not exist. All you have is NOW!!!! Good morning..... Now go!"

We're not sure if she's talking about her workouts or getting over a bad breakup, but we like the way she's thinking!

On Friday morning Paris Hilton and her boyfriend River Viiperi departed from Los Angeles International Airport, and the lovebirds landed in New York City later in the day.

Miss P tweeted, "Ready to hit New York Fashion Week with my new @PHpursesGlobal Fall Collection," and she also posted a shot of herself indulging in some retail therapy before liftoff. "A little last minute shopping before I take off to New York. I love that they have a @KitsonLA at the airport! #Shopaholic," she tweeted. But of course!

Mel Gibson left the gym on Friday afternoon, and after that he headed to the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, which offers hormone replacement therapy among other treatments. So that's how he's getting so jacked for his role in The Expendables 3!

Mel wasn't exactly all smiles, but he did have his anger in check when we snapped his photo. Last weekend the 57-year-old actor had a run-in with Malibu cops just after 1am when he pulled up to a D.U.I. checkpoint on the Pacific Coast Highway. Yes, this is the same place he got busted for a D.U.I. in 2006 -- you know, when he allegedly called a female cop "sugar t***" and made anti-Semitic remarks?

Anyway, though Mel was sober, he didn't have his driver's license with him, so cops told him to pull over to a secondary screening spot, at which point he started yelling "Why are you harassing me?" When asked why he was getting so irate, Mel apparently replied, "I have had problems with you Lost Hills deputies in the past."

Thankfully Mel calmed down and cops turned him loose. Funny thing is, one of the benefits associated with bioidentical hormone replacement is an "improved mood," according to the BHRC website. Hmm...

On Friday Kourtney Kardashian hit the beach with her darling daughter Penelope, and the duo were joined by Courtenay Semel and several other lady friends. Girls' day out in the 'Bu!

Kourtney and Courtenay (seriously, does anyone spell it the traditional way anymore?) have been BFFs for a long time ... we always forget that! Which reminds us, Kourtney and Courtenay (along with Kim's bestie Brittny Gastineau) starred on Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive waaaay back before the Kardashian family started taking over the world. Kinda funny how far they've come! Well, Kourt, anyway...

Britney Spears was snapped leaving her dance rehearsal in Los Angeles in Friday, and this is the third day in a row the pop princess has sweated it out in preparation for her Las Vegas residency. This also seems like the third day in a row she's worn these lovely grey sweatpants, but we're going to go ahead and guess that she has a few pairs...

Earlier this week Good Morning America announced that Brit will be performing live on the show on September 17, and she'll give everyone the scoop on her Sin City gig. Not only that, but Caesars Entertainment has reportedly invited employees to "come play a part in the biggest announcement in Las Vegas Entertainment History" on the same date. Wonder if Brit will be making it out there for the bash straight from New York?!

Heidi Klum looked radiant while arriving at Project Runway's finale during New York Fashion Week Spring 2014 on Friday. For the final runway show, the fashionista opted for a glittering BCBG Max Azria Atelier gown that shimmered with every shake. We are pretty sure it was hard for anyone in the audience to keep an eye on the catwalk with Klum looking so stunning!

Celebs including Alyssa Milano and Scandal star Kerry Washington also attended the high-fashion event. During the show, Klum tweeted a pic of herself and Washington, who served as the guest judge for the reality competition's finale. "No better person to help me pick the @projectrunway winner than the beautiful @kerrywashington! #DayInTheLife," wrote the German beauty.

The mother of four also tweeted during the afternoon affair, "With my partner in crime @timgunn! Just saw some amazing collections on the runway at #NYFW! #DayInTheLife."

We certainly wouldn't mind a day in her life!

Sofia Vergara lost her footing a took a spill earlier in the day, but she bounced back by shopping for home wares at Between The Sheets in Beverly Hills. The Colombian bombshell looked like a knockout in jeans, a neon yellow blouse, and wedges as she walked back to her car as store employees lended a hand with her purchases.

Now that she's been crowned TV's highest paid actress, it looks like she's on a mission to spend some dough!

On Thursday afternoon we snapped a very smiley Scott Disick standing by his new red Ferrari at a Calabasas dealership, and he hadn't even put his license plate frame on the car yet!

This isn't Mr. Kourtney Kardashian's first Ferrari though -- back in May the reality star was seen driving a banana yellow one, and prior to that he had a grey Ferrari.
