Angelina Jolie will soon get to add to her trophy collection as it's been announced that the actress will be presented with the honorary Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.

The Salt star, along with Angela Lansbury, Steve Martin, and costume designer Piero Tosi, have all been chosen by the Board of Governors to receive the prestigious award during the Academy's 5th annual Governors Awards on Nov. 16.

"The Governors Awards pay tribute to individuals who've made indelible contributions in their respective fields," Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs said. "We couldn't be more excited for this year's honorees and look forward to bringing their peers and colleagues together to celebrate their extraordinary achievements."

Jolie, who won a best supporting actress award for 1999 film Girl, Interrupted, has slowly put her acting career aside to pursue her humanitarian efforts and family endeavors.

Alec Baldwin is ready for a different change of pace in front of the camera as the actor has finalized a deal to host his own talk show on MSNBC.

"After two seasons of my WNYC podcast, I've developed a fondness for hosting a show that involved talking with smart, talented and engaging people in every imaginable field," the former 30 Rock star said in a statement. "I'm grateful to MSNBC for helping me bring a similar show to television."

The new show, dubbed Up Late With Alec Baldwin, is poised to air in October as the 55-year-old will take on current events and cultural topics.

We spotted Gwen Stefani paying a visit to the doctor, on Thursday, amid rumors that the singer is pregnant with her third child. While her publicist still has not confirmed the pregnancy, many outlets have reported the news. Despite the dressed-down style -- we think the singer is positively glowing!

Appearing healthy and happy, Stefani was photographed in the parking lot of a Los Angeles hospital for what is believed to be a doctor's check up.

Since news the 43-year-old and hubby Gavin Rossdale were expecting, we've noticed that No Doubt singer has been rocking some suspiciously loose clothes -- and today's oversized ensemble is no exception. Is it to mask her growing baby bump? We think so!

Angelina Jolie and her six children arrived in Australia today, where the actress is set to begin filming her latest directorial effort Unbroken, and for sitting through such a long flight from Los Angeles, the kids seemed to be in a surprisingly upbeat mood!

Unbroken is a chronicle of the life of Louis Zamperini, an Olympic runner who was taken prisoner by Japanese forces during World War II.

Acting, directing, parenting, saving the world... we don't know how she does it all!

As if she needed more accolades to add to her list of accomplishments, Brad Pitt's lady love is set to receive another Oscar! This time around, though, the brunette beauty will take home the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for her tireless volunteer work.

Let's hope daddy Brad is headed down under soon to lend a helping hand!

Britney Spears is twerking it out!

A sweaty Britney Spears was spotted leaving a dance studio in Los Angeles on Thursday. It looks like Britney is getting ready (along with all of us) for the big announcement about her residency deal in Las Vegas. And we can't wait!

The 31-year-old pop icon was outfitted in a pink tank top and grey sweats and was sipping on some Starbucks. This morning, Good Morning America announced that the "Circus" singer will be performing live on the show on Sept. 17.

And while we're eagerly anticipating her duet with Miley Cyrus on Bangerz, we are even more stoked on her probable Vegas residency at the newly revamped Planet Hollywood.

There are many clues that the Sin City deal is going down: Caesars Entertainment has reportedly invited employees to "come play a part in the biggest announcement in Las Vegas Entertainment History" on September 17, which, oddly enough, is the same date that BritneySpears.com is counting down to for that whole #AllEyesOnMe hoopla AND that's also the day the "Toxic" singer will be appearing on GMA. Coincidence? We think not.

Also, more proof: BreatheHeavy reports that participants in the Vegas event are being told to meet at Planet Hollywood to be shuttled to an undisclosed location and to "expect this event to generate global media attention." If we were detectives -- we think this case would be closed.

In the meantime, we are glad that BritBrit is working it out on the dance floor. But enough of this mystery already --we just wanna know!

Leonardo DiCaprio covers the new issue of New York Magazine, and the 38-year-old star talks all about his highly-anticipated film The Wolf Of Wall Street.

DiCaprio plays Jordan Belfort, a mega wealthy stockbroker whose high life came crashing down when he was found guilty of various crimes involving stock market manipulation. In between making money and going to jail, Belfort struggled with a drug addiction and apparently had lots of sex, and Leo opens up about some of the more controversial scenes in the Martin Scorcese-directed flick.

Of getting to know Belfort, DiCaprio said:

"I wanted a close relationship with him so that I could weave intimate details into the movie ... things that weren’t in the book. I was kind of the middleman between him and Marty, and I would bring pages of notes from my meetings with Jordan—things like this insane orgy on a 747 going to Vegas, chimpanzees in diapers that would skate through the Stratton offices, very intimate stuff about his relationships with women -- and Marty was game to try everything."

In another notable scene, "a coked-up Belfort furiously dry-humps a first-class stewardess on a flight to Switzerland," writes NY Mag, but this one of the tamer plot points! “It’s a modern-day Caligula,” says DiCaprio, “the height of debauchery.”

When screenwriter Terence Winter was asked about the craziest/most memorable scene in the movie, he replied:

"There’s a scene where Donnie [Jonah Hill's character] and Jordan take a lot of vintage quaaludes from the eighties. It takes a while for them to kick in, so they keep taking more ... DiCaprio and Hill on drugs rival Laurel and Hardy. When my wife read the scene, she was nursing our newborn son, and she nearly dropped the baby she was laughing so hard. You alternate between enjoyment and thinking, When is it going to stop? How can they possibly survive this?"

We can't wait to find out! The film hits theaters on November 15.

Julianne Hough and her new beau Ari Sandel stepped out for coffee with their dogs on Thursday morning, and while the former DWTS pro was in a great mood, her director beau looked a bit grumpy. Maybe he's not used to being photographed so early in the morning?

The duo have been together for about two months, and from dinners out to brunch dates, they have been joined at the hip lately. Julianne split from longtime beau Ryan Seacrest back in March, so we're not sure if Ari is just a summer love or hubby material, but it's good to see her smile!
