Most people would be in bed nursing a hangover after their birthday party, but not LeLe!

Following her Hawaiian-themed 31st birthday bash on Monday, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian packed their bags and flew out of LAX on their way to Washington D.C. so the "Spitfire" singer could perform at an event.

"Wow I'm exhausted!The rain in DC isn't helping #idontfuctionwellontwohoursofsleep" she tweeted earlier this morning.

We don't blame the country cutie for being tired! After all, she's been all over the place in the last couple weeks! The Grammy winner enjoyed a girl's vacation in Cabo San Lucas followed by a trip to Aspen with her beau and his boys before spending a few days at home then taking off for the capital!

We're happy to see her enjoying life... and finally sporting some healthy curves!

The sad reality that Cory Monteith's character Finn Hudson will not be coming back to Glee is slowly sinking in. FOX released a sneak peek at season five of the hit show and Monteith's absence from it was palpable. The majority of the trailer is upbeat and focuses on the upcoming Beatles tribute, Sue Sylvester's new reign as principal of William McKinley High and the rumored proposal from Darren Criss' character Blaine, however there is a quick flash to a somber Rachel (Lea Michele), foreshadowing trying times to come.

On July 13, Monteith overdosed on a mixture of heroin and alcohol in his Vancouver, Canada hotel room, leaving show execs scrambling to figure out a way to deal with the sudden loss of its star. After his death, Glee had to figure out how to write Finn's character, Rachel's finance, out of the show. After much speculation, Ryan Murphy revealed to Deadline that Monteith's character would not die of a drug overdose.

Murphy told the publication, “At one point, we were going to have his character die after an accidental drug overdose — that was something we had considered. But we have decided that we’re not going to have him pass from that. Basically, what we’re doing in the episode is we are not telling you yet, or maybe not at all, how that character died. The idea being, how somebody died is interesting and maybe morbid, but we say very early on in the episode, ‘This episode is about a celebration of that character’s life.’ That might be weird for some people, but it felt really exploitative to do it any other way.”

Glee's third episode, entitled "The Quarterback," will see the characters told of Finn's death at the start and then will focus on how individuals grieve for their lost friend. It is reported that Lea's character will only appear in the final scenes.

Grab your tissues boys and girls, "The Quarterback" is guaranteed to be a cryfest. The new season of Glee begins Sept. 26.

Rihanna hit up an N.Y.C. recording studio last night before jetting back to Los Angeles, and the singer made sure she was comfortable for her flight in a Rihanna for River Island camo jumpsuit, which she paired with sensible sneakers and a beanie.

The singer has been wearing nothing but her own clothing line lately, and you can't say she doesn't know a thing or two about self promotion!

If you believe the reports, Riri and Drake might be reigniting their romance! Rumors are swirling the "Stay" singer and the rapper are hooking up again after they were spotted enjoying a romantic dinner with friends last Friday in N.Y.C., and then they were caught leaving a VMA afterparty within minutes of each other.

Now that Chris Brown is back with Karrueche Tran, Queen Ri is free to have her fun!

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have separated, reports People Magazine.

The couple, who have been married since 2000, have two children, Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10, but lately they've been going on separate vacations with their kids. They haven't been photographed together since April 22, and Douglas is currently on a yacht off the coast of Sardinia while Zeta-Jones is home in New York.

Zeta-Jones was admitted to a treatment facility earlier this year for bipolar disorder, and in 2010 Douglas battled cancer. “The stress has taken a toll on their marriage," a source tells the mag.

Apparently the A-list couple decided to take a break after Douglas came back from the Cannes Film Festival in May. Two separate sources reveal that the couple are "taking a break," adding that neither star has filed for divorce and that friends "hold out hope they can work out their differences." One family friend added, "They want the best for their kids, no matter what happens."

Hopefully they can work it out!

Jessica Simpson covers the new issue of Us Weekly with her daughter Maxwell and her two-month-old son Ace, and this is the first time we've gotten a peek at the little guy!

Jess was photographed at her Hidden Hills home two weeks ago for the shoot, and while she looks great here, she opens up about her dealing with "hurtful" comments about her weight. On a lighter note, she says, "With two kids, we have our hands full, but every day is a new adventure. It's fun! I feel very at peace with being a mom."

However, don't look for her to go the same route as Heidi Klum -- Simpson isn't planning on having more kids anytime soon! "Pregnancy is a lot. It was hard to do two so close together," she tells the mag. "I have this huge sense of accomplishment, and I feel in my heart that I'm done. But obviously, accidents do happen!"

On Tuesday afternoon Khloe Kardashian hit the gym in Woodland Hills, but rather than showing off her wedding band and diamond engagement ring like she did on Monday, she kept her left hand covered up with her hoodie. While we're glad to see she's working out her stress at with exercise, we wish she wasn't looking so down in the dumps!

Khloe quickly slipped into her white Range Rover and headed home, and while Radar reported that estranged hubby Lamar Odom's teammates and manager had an unsucessful intervention with him on Monday, HollywoodLife is reporting that, on the same day, Lamar moved back in to Khloe's home with her. But this was also the same day we snapped these exclusive shots of Kris Jenner having a pow wow with the family attorney.

We want the couple to get back together, but we're so confused -- what's going on here?

Anyway, a makeup-free Ashley Greene hit the Tracy Anderson gym in Studio City on Tuesday afternoon, and she's looking fit and fabulous, but she was quite red-faced and sweaty when we snapped her photo. She obviously busted her booty doing cardio, but hopefully she's also getting enough of a cool down after her workout too! Then again, it was 90+ in the valley today, so it's not like it would have made much of a difference...
