At least one Kardashian sister is having a good day!

Kourtney Kardashian soaked up some sun in Malibu today with children Mason and Penelope, and the reality star looked completely relaxed as she watched over her tiny tykes.

The mother-of-two made sure her little girl was hydrated with a huge water from Starbucks while her little man played in the sand. The brunette beauty kept covered up in a sundress, but after Scott Disick shared an Instagram of her flat tummy this morning, we see no reason why she wouldn't show off her rocking bikini bod!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is the closest to her sister Khloe, who is dealing with a marriage crisis since reports surfaced husband Lamar Odom has been cheating and abusing drugs, so we would guess Kourt has been doing a lot of consoling lately and needed a little downtime!

Ladies love to be pampered! Blonde actress Reese Witherspoon was spotted treating herself to a manicure and pedicure on Tuesday morning in the ritzy neighborhood of Brentwood, Calif.

Wearing tight jeans, a sleeveless blouse, hot pink sandals and a blue Celine bag, the 37-year-old was seen exiting her car, paying the parking meter and then entering trendy nail salon Bellacures. While there, the mom of three relaxed in a comfy chair while being waited on. All in a day's work for the Southern star!

Up next for Witherspoon is Atom Egoyan's The Devil's Knot, which is the murder of three young children which results in the controversial trial of three teenagers accused of killing the kids as part of a satanic ritual. The film is slated to be released at a yet-to-be-released date in 2013.

Hours after his scuffle with a veteran photographer, Alec Baldwin, 55, was snapped looking at ease with wife Hilaria, 29, and newborn daughter Carmen in New York City on Tuesday.

Hilaria, a 29-year-old yoga instructor, gave birth to Carmen Gabriela Baldwin on Friday. And just days later, the former "30 Rock" actor, his busty bride and covered-up daughter were spotted leaving their Greenwich Village digs, entering a chauffeured car, visiting the doctor and then shopping at several trendy baby stores, including Giggle.

While all things appeared to be all quiet on the Western front in these pics, the scene was quite a different one earlier today. At around noon, Baldwin got in a scuffle with 60-year-old New York photographer Paul Ado in front of several witnesses while on a Manhattan street. The hot-tempered actor even pinned the photog to the hood of a parked car during the incident.

Cops were called to University Place and E. 10th Street around 12:25 p.m., however neither side filed a report and no arrests were made, a police source told the the New York Daily News.

We already saw pictures from the set of Dallas Buyers Club showing Matthew McConaughey's dramatic weight loss and Jared Leto in drag, and now the film's first trailer has finally hit the web.

McConaughey plays Ron Woodruff, a Texas cowboy who is diagnosed with HIV in the 1980s, and it follows his mission to import unapproved drugs to help provide treatment to fellow HIV-positive patients. Leto plays a transsexual who ends up becoming Woodruff's close pal and business partner, and Jennifer Garner stars as Woodruff's doctor Eve Saks.

Dallas Buyers Club hits theaters on December 6, but it's already generates some early Oscar buzz, specifically over Leto's performance ... check out the clip above!

Michael Buble and wife Luisana Lopilato welcomed their first child on Tuesday.

The singer posted the photo above on Instagram and wrote, "Overjoyed and filled with gratitude at the arrival of our son Noah Buble. Born this morning, August 27th at 2:26 am in Vancouver, Canada."

Buble and Lopilato got married in a civil ceremony in Buenos Aires on March 31, 2011, and a few days later had a large wedding with 300 friends and family. Two months after that they had a third ceremony in Canada, and the happy couple announced that they were expecting in January of 2013.

Several of Lamar Odom's teammates reportedly staged an intervention with the NBA star on Monday afternoon at a Los Angeles hotel room, but Odom refused to listen to them and apparently left. His whereabouts are currently unknown.

The dramatic talk lasted three hours, and according to Radar Online, Odom's agent, Jeff Schwartz, was also present at the intervention. The site reports that Schwartz made a series of calls and "begged him to return to the hotel," but Odom didn't come back.

An insider reveals that Odom, 33, "appeared to be under the influence of a substance," telling the site, “Lamar was sweaty and talking very fast. His hands were shaking and he couldn’t sit still. He kept pacing in the room."

“There was a bit of time it appeared that Lamar was going to admit publicly his addition and go to rehab, again,” the source continued. “But then, he abruptly bolted from the hotel and left the premises ... One minute Lamar is agreeing that he needs help and 30 minutes later, he says he just needs to be left alone. This is extremely serious, but there is really nothing anyone can do to save Lamar unless he wants to save himself.”

Khloe has been visiting Lamar since they separated, and though she took her wedding ring off last week, just yesterday X17 snapped these exclusive photos of the starlet with her diamond wedding band and engagement ring back on. Maybe if she has another meeting with him they couple might be able to make some progress?

Radar reports that Lamar is suffering from an addiction to OxyContin and Ambien, but TMZ claims that the baller is using crack cocaine. Either way, we hope Lamar gets the help he needs.

This is a brave admission!

Ricky Martin famously came out as a gay man in 2010, but he recently revealed that during his childhood he would often tease others because he was so uncomfortable with his own sexuality.

"I look back now and realize I would bully people who I knew were gay. I had internalized homophobia. To realize that was confronting to me. I wanted to get away from that," he confessed to GQ Australia.

The "La Vida Loca" singer decided to reveal his homosexuality after becoming a father to twins Matteo and Valentino.

"I didn't want them [his sons] growing up in a house of lies... or thinking that there was something wrong with being gay," he added.
