Taylor Armstrong appears to have found love again as she's become engaged to boyfriend John Bluher.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's attorney beau reportedly pulled out all the stops for the proposal during a romantic getaway at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico on Thursday.

The couple has yet to choose a date for the wedding, which will be the second for Armstrong. The reality star's husband Russell Armstrong tragically committed suicide back in August 2011.

Last night, Rihanna stepped out in some short denim shorts and a cool t-shirt while heading out for dinner in New York City.

The 25-year-old singer, like every other mega star, is in town for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, where she's nominated this time around for Best Female Video for her music video for “Stay.”

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage troubles stem from Lamar's drug use, according to new reports.

The former Laker, 33, has abused OxyContin and Ambien for two years and even went to rehab last August after the Kardashian clan pressured him to seek help, according to RadarOnline.

OxyContin is a prescription painkiller known as "hillbilly heroin" - it's a drug 1 1/2-times stronger than morphine. And Ambien is a sleep aid for insomnia, commonly used by abusers of other substances.

X17 had the same information a month ago — that Lamar had fallen back into old habits and the drug use was ripping their relationship apart. Further, the drugs led to infidelity, a source told X17online, which made matters worse:

"Khloe felt she was losing her best friend. She knew Lamar could be a great guy and she wanted to save him and get back to that. The problem became that since the cheating, it's been painful and since Lamar hasn't been good about staying clean, Khloe's at the end of her rope."

With these two on the rocks and Khloe removing her wedding ring, the Kardashians are panicking and Kris Jenner's working overtime on some serious damage control. Stay tuned for new pix of the family today ...

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have added to their budding family as the couple welcomed their new baby daughter on Friday.

The 29-year-old first-time mom tweeted the joyful news for all to see that same night.

"We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter Carmen Gabriela. She is absolutely perfect. @ABFalecbaldwin @IrelandBBaldwin," Hilaria posted.

This marks the first child for the couple who've been together since last summer and second specifically for the 30 Rock actor, who's the father of his 17-year-old daughter Ireland from his previous marriage to actress Kim Basinger.

Kanye West shared the first picture of his and Kim Kardashian's infant daughter North West on Kris Jenner's talk show Friday, and we can't believe how much the little one looks like both her parents!

Although the couple had been contemplating selling the photos to a publication and donating the money to charity, they ultimately decided to keep it all in the family and help the Kardashian matriarch with ratings for her daytime gab fest.

The rapper talked all about parenthood with his girlfriend's mom, and admitted he's already feeling like a protective papa bear.

"You've made a brand new person. The thing I think about as a dad is just protection. That's my only goal - to protect my daughter. That's my instinct," he told the audience.

It's hard to think of Yeezus changing diapers and doing feedings, but he appears to be hands-on and figuring things out.

"I'm embarassed when I can't work a car seat!" he admitted.

Earlier this month the news broke that estranged hubby Lamar Odom had two extra-marital affairs, and one of the women even claims Khloe confronted her in a hotel room.

Khloe was wearing her rings last week when X17 snapped these exclusive photos of her visiting Lamar at a hotel near their home, and even though Kris Jenner said "Khloe and Lamar are absolutely not getting divorced," we have to wonder what's going on...

The duo reportedly broke up this week due to their busy schedules, but a source tells TMZ that "they're just on hold right now," so it might not be forever.

Eva and Ernesto met last year on the reality dating show Ready For Love -- as you know, she executive produced the series and he appeared as a contestant. Though the two were first spotted holding hands in March, Eva denied that they were an item, and it wasn't until earlier this summer that the former Desperate Housewives star finally admitted that the two were together.
