The best way to get over a breakup is to hit the gym hard ... and look totally sexy while doing it!

On Friday morning Eva Longoria slipped into a tiny pair of spandex shorts and a tank top and met with her trainer, and this was just hours after the news broke that Eva and her latest boyfriend, Ernesto Arguello, had split after just four months of dating.

The duo reportedly broke up this week due to their busy schedules, but a source tells TMZ that "they're just on hold right now," so it might not be forever.

Eva and Ernesto met last year on the reality dating show Ready For Love -- as you know, she executive produced the series and he appeared as a contestant. Though the two were first spotted holding hands in March, Eva denied that they were an item, and it wasn't until earlier this summer that the former Desperate Housewives star finally admitted that the two were together.

On Thursday Lana Del Rey visited a friend's house while her boyfriend waited in the car, and the 27-year-old singer rocked a decidedly retro getup for the occasion.

Earlier this year Lana revealed that she wanted to put music on pause and focus on her writing career, and she recently told Radio, “I don’t think [fame has] been conducive to writing, being on the road and all that. I don’t really feel inspired to write at all, but beforehand, when I was in Brooklyn for nine years…I was kind of a night owl and just walked around and met weird people. I really feel like I need six months to live again, time to be like, normal or abnormal. I don’t have anyone writing anything for me. It’s such an internal well and if it’s not full, it’s just not full."

For someone who has all the time and money in the world, it seems like she's been procrastinating a bit! We're curious to see what she can come up with though!

Chris Brown went on a Twitter rant last night, lashing out at the courts for claiming the community service hours he completed in his Rihanna beating case were bogus and exaggerated.

"N***a done 6 months community service wit police and the DA racist ass crying to the judge that I didn't do it. F**k the SYSTEM," he tweeted.

Breezy obviously doesn't know that the D.A. is an African American woman!

After being sentenced to 1,000 additional hours of community service, the R&B singer offered his opinion on different things the courts could be focusing on.

"How about y'all take care of all the homeless kids and families on skid row. Family first! The LAW... last," he added.

The hot-tempered bad boy even admitted he channels his frustration with his court case into his art, specifically his graffiti. "I paint pics of monsters because its a reflection of u b*tch**s niggas and this b*tch**s system!" he ranted.

When will he ever learn to just shut it and deal with the consequences of his actions?
