Kristin Cavallari enjoyed a girl's night out on the town in L.A. last night, and when the reality star was ready to head home, she started asking photographers outside Horray Henry's nightclub for cab fare money!

The Hills alum could have been joking, but one photographer forked over the cash, and the blonde beauty wasn't pleased with the minimal amount he gifted her. "A dollar, thanks," she quipped before hopping in the back seat.

She's got her own lucrative businesses and she's married to an NFL star, so you would think she could pay for her own taxi!

On Wednesday LeAnn Rimes left the hair salon in Beverly Hills, and despite her glowing skin and perfectly blown out hair, it looks like it wasn't the best afternoon! "Allergies & hair color fumes do not mix," the country star whined on Twitter. It's always something!

But LeLe is looking forward to her birthday next Wednesday, as evident from her tweets yesterday. "I thinks it's cute and so sweet how hard my hubby is working to make our backyard perfect for my bday party!! #herecomes31," she wrote, later adding, "Hot lunch date w/ my baby! It's my bday week, he's giving me whatever I want. #igettochoosewhereallweek."

On Wednesday Chris Brown and on again girlfriend Karrueche Tran packed their bags and hopped in a black Escalade, and earlier in the day Karrueche tweeted, "H Townnnnnnn on Friday!" along with an event flyer for Gatsby in Houston this Friday, where she's set to host a bash.

Funny thing is, Chris recently backed out of four concerts in Canada that were scheduled for late August and early September due to "health-related issues," so we're curious to see how much he gets out over the next few days. After suffering a seizure earlier this month we'd expect him to be taking it easy, but he's been pretty active!

Not only has he been hitting the clubs, but he's been spending lots of time on his artwork. Last week he painted the side of a restaurant in West Hollywood, and today we snapped shots of Karrueche's white Porsche with -- literally -- a monster paint job. We didn't recognize the ride at first because it used to be blue, and while it's quite eye-catching, Karrueche tweeted a snapshot of herself sitting on the freshly painted whip and wrote, "this what the f*ck I come home to lmao this n**** man..."

On Wednesday night Lady Gaga ditched the head-to-toe black and slipped into an angelic white number. We likey!

While we weren't wild about Gaga's new single "Applause," the music video was interesting to say the least. From seeing Gaga's head on a swan (she later tweeted, "thank you @DitaVonTeese for the black swan loan! I adore you! Don't you just hate it when you run out of taxidermy swans #PhoneAFriend"), to a seemingly endless amount of outfit changes, the video has logged 17.7 million YouTube views since hitting the web on Monday. Funny thing is, sales for the single didn't take off -- various sites estimate the number of copies sold to be around 225,000. Just for comparison's sake, Katy Perry's "Roar" was on track to sell 525,000 copies in its first week, according to Huff Po.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth certainly aren't acting like a couple in love. Despite hitting the red carpet together at last week's Paranoia premiere, Miley and her main man appear to be leading separate lives. On Wednesday, the 20-year-old twerk-a-licous singer was photographed hanging out with rapper/producer Juicy J in a parking lot in Studio City, while her fiance was spotted heading to a Los Angeles gym. We keep wondering if all is well between the engaged twosome.

While the short-haired star might not be spending a lot of public time with Liam, she has been chatting with BFF Kelly Osbourne. On a recent episode of Fashion Police, the starlet told Kelly that she missed her long locks.

"I'm secretly tugging on it every night and taking Viviscal," she said of the hair-growth vitamin supplement. "I'm not going to lie. But I'm going to rock it while I have it."

When she isn't twerking or wearing crop tops, the "We Can't Stop" singer has been hard at work recording her fourth studio album, entitled Bangerz. Liam is quite the busy boy too. The Aussie next hits the silver screen with The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, due out on Nov. 22, 2013. Maybe this twosome is too busy for love?

Despite the fact that she looked like Cher and Elton John's lovechild on Wednesday, this is a relatively tame outfit for Lady Gaga!

The 27-year-old singer stepped out in New York City in between promotional appearances, and rather than showing a ton of skin and rocking her usual face paint, she wore an all black outfit, teased her hair and put on a retro-inspired pair of round purple sunglasses.

Gaga has been in N.Y.C. for a few days now, and after her drama with Perez Hilton over the weekend, she hasn't been keeping a low profile but she has kept her mouth shut on the Twiterverse. Gaga got in a nasty fight with her former pal after he gave her new song a bad review and then checked out an apartment in her building, and when we asked out X17 readers whose side they were on, more of you guys took Hilton's side!

Earlier in the day Gaga tweeted, "Radio radio radio! How I missed taking to all my favorite DJs and programmers, thank you for your time and for playing 'Applause!'," later adding, "Off to rehearsal! Getting lots of requests for rehearsal pics. Hmmmm...let me see what I can do!" We'll be keeping our eyes glued to her Twitter!

Wentworth Miller is telling the world he's proud to be a gay man in an open letter to Maria Averbakh, director of the St. Petersburg International Film Festival.

The former Prison Break star was invited to attend the film festival in Russia, but declined due to what he cites as the government's lack of respect for the LGBT community.

"Thank you for your kind invitation. As someone who has enjoyed visiting Russia in the past and can also claim a degree of Russian ancestry, it would make me happy to say yes," Wentworth wrote. "However, as a gay man, I must decline. I am deeply troubled by the current attitude toward and treatment of gay men and women by the Russian government. The situation is in no way acceptable, and I cannot in good conscience participate in a celebratory occasion hosted by a country where people like myself are being systematically denied their basic right to live and love openly.

In the letter, which was posted on the GLAAD site, Miller added that "if circumstances improve, I'll be free to make a different choice."

Last month the Russian government approved controversial new law which bans "propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations around minors," including the public discussion of gay rights and relationships anywhere where children might hear.

"Wentworth's bold show of support sends a powerful message to LGBT Russians: you are not alone," GLAAD spokesman Wilson Cruz said in a statement. "As people from across the globe continue to speak out against this horrific law, more celebrities and corporations should follow his courageous lead in openly condemning Russia's anti-LGBT law."
