This week, anyway!

On Tuesday afternoon Chris Brown rode shotgun in his red Porsche while on-again/off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran chauffeured him around town, and he even lit up a cigarette as the two sped through traffic. Looks like someone's feeling better!

Chris suffered a nonepileptic (NES) seizure last Friday at a recording studio, and his rep told us the star's doctor "attributes the NES to intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity."

Tran was reportedly "frantic" when she heard about Brown's medical scare last week, and a source tells HollywoodLife, "She couldn’t believe it, she thought the worst and cried. She was relieved after that and told him to take care of himself and that she wished she could be there for him." But are they back together? Didn't he just say last month that he was single?

And speaking of nonstop negativity, Frank Ocean's cousin Sha'keir Duarte is suing Brown for unspecified damages from the altercation that occurred between Ocean and Brown's entourages at Westlake Recording Studios back in January. Duarte filed the paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday, claiming he suffered a concussion as well as humiliation and mental anguish as a result of the attack. Duarte is suing for assault and battery.

Brown's attorney Mark Geragos told reporters, "This is what gives lawyers and lawsuits a bad name is garbage like this," adding that he will seek to have the lawsuit dismissed and will countersue Duarte.

The 52-year-old actor was snapped at his hotel in Ibiza, Spain on Sunday, and a few moments after these pics were snapped, the shirtless star boarded a yacht with a group of pals.

Believe it or not, this is actually a business trip for the Oscar winner, as he is currently filming The Gunman in Barcelona with Javier Bardem, in which he plays a spy. We loved his character in Gangster Squad, so we can't wait to see him back on the big screen in an action film!

On Tuesday afternoon Kristen Stewart lunched in Los Feliz with a gal pal, and in typical K. Stew fashion, she was wearing a pair of broken sunglasses and her bra was hanging out. Hawt!

Kristen wasn't wearing any makeup, but we're used to seeing her barefaced and beautiful. The 23-year-old starlet didn't snap at photogs this time, so maybe she's perked up after that visit from ex-boyfriend Rob Pattinson last week? We're as sure about their relationship status as we are about Miley and Liam's, but we're not ready to give up on them just yet!

Justin Bieber picked up model Ashley Moore in his $400,000 baby blue Ferrari on Monday, and after that the duo went on a romantic lunch date at uber-swanky Bouchon in Beverly Hills.

A photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively, "All eyes were on Bieber and his girl -- the two caused quite a stir when they walked into the restaurant." Bouchon is a well-known eatery frequented by stars like the Beckhams and Rihanna, but apparently Bieber is on a whole different level!

Moore was dressed to impress in a pair of skintight leather pants and a low-cut black tank.

Biebs has more than a month off before he has to go back on tour in late September, so we were thinking he would reunite with Selena Gomez, but as soon as he arrived back in Los Angeles, she made it clear that she was jetting out of town with a series of tweets and Instagram shots from the airport.

And Biebs wasn't just being chivalrous with his date ... he also handed a wad of cash to a homeless woman at a stoplight:

Even Lady Gaga knows she can't rock the same look every day! But given how much black she wears (and how colorful her makeup palette has been lately), this getup isn't dramatically different -- certainly nothing like the booty-baring outfit she wore to the Chateau Marmont on Sunday night! Glad to see she took it a little bit easier on the cosmetics though...

On Tuesday the 27-year-old pop star arrived for an interview at Amp Radio in Hollywood, and after that she headed to the Marriot Hotel in Burbank. Last night she shot footage for her upcoming music video for "Applause," which is set to premiere on Monday on Good Morning America. Can't wait!

Ben Affleck took his daughters Violet and Seraphina to a play date at a friend's house on Tuesday in Los Angeles, but pretty soon he's going to be heading to the midwest to shoot Gone Girl. We're guessing wife Jennifer Garner is enjoying splitting parenting duties for the time being...

Jen covers the new issue of Allure Magazine, and the 41-year-old actress talks about how she wishes she always had Ben by her side. "Sometimes it's a pain because my heels are so high and it would be really nice to have his arm [on the red carpet]," she says. "And he's such a great date! But it can be too much. I think especially for women, they can really lose their identity and just become 'wife of.'"

"Right now [Ben] feels like he can do more good for people politically from outside the system," she continued. "Would I be surprised if one day he did go into politics? No. But not now. I'm along for the ride."

Casper Smart was snapped tooting around town on his Kermit green Kawasaki Ninja on Monday, and we have to wonder what Jennifer Lopez thinks of his ride. I mean, we've never seen her on the back of the flashy crotch rocket, and we doubt we ever will! But she knew what she was getting into when she started dating someone 18 years younger than her...

J. Lo could always buy Casper a new bike for his birthday next spring ... last year she got him a totally tricked out white truck for his 24th bday, so it's not out of the question!

Last night Gaga was snapped at Micky's in West Hollywood, and the 27-year-old pop star hung out with the cast of RuPaul's Drag Race and shot footage for her upcoming music video for "Applause," which is set to premiere this week.

“I will definitely NOT be at Micky’s tonight, and I will definitely NOT expect you there to be in my lyric video,” she tweeted. “I’M SERIOUS LA MONSTERS, ITS NOT LIKE I WILL BE HOPING YOU ARE THERE WITH YOUR APPLAUSE MAKEUP READY TO DANCE FOR ME AND WATCH DRAG.”
