Lindsay Lohan shot her guest-hosting gig on Chelsea Lately yesterday, and sources on set tell E! that the 27-year-old starlet arrived on time and did a great job during rehearsals. Maybe she has turned a new leaf after all!

Lilo wore an all-black ensemble, and apparently she "busted right through the opening monologue in one take, feeding off of the audience's energy and even poking fun at herself from time to time."

Once the taping was over, The Canyons starlet walked through the audience and thanked the crowd before taking photos with the crew backstage.

Yesterday afternoon Kourtney Kardashian shopped at Fred Segal with baby daddy Scott Disick and their adorable daughter Penelope, and Scott may tool around town in a ridiculous yellow Bentley, but we do love seeing his sweeter side!

And speaking of being a family man, is Scott ready for baby number three? Maybe! According to the new issue of OK! Magazine, "Kourtney has confessed she's expecting ... She's very excited and only telling a select few right now -- but she just couldn't keep it quiet any longer."

What?! We don't see any signs of a baby bump, but during a recent trip to Miami, sources told the mag that Kourt avoided booze the entire time. During a runway show at Soho Beach House on July 21, "[Kourtney and Scott] sat in the front row, and while other guests enjoyed their vodka cocktails, Kourtney didn't drink -- but Scott definitely did."

Simon Cowell made an appearance at the X Factor TCA panel in Los Angeles on Thursday, and he (sorta) broke his silence about knocking up Lauren Silverman, who is married to his former BFF Andrew Silverman. Well, not for long, anyway! Andrew filed divorce papers in New York two weeks ago, and he cited adultery and named Cowell as a co-respondent. Anyway, after his promotional duties were over, Simon ducked and hid in the back of his black Rolls Royce and headed home.

"Am I missing something?" Cowell joked reporters congratulated him. "Unfortunately, I have to keep this for the moment private. It's just one of those things. But thank you very much anyway. I would love to [talk], but I have to respect a lot of people's feelings right now. There a lot of things I will eventually clear up when the time is right, but I really have to be sensitive because there's a lot of people's feelings involved here."

Lauren Silverman released a statement on the matter and said, “I am committed to sorting things out with Andrew as amicably as possible to ensure the well-being of our son. I would hope for some space and privacy in order to work through this." Her attorneys Robert Cohen and Bernard Clair added, "We are working to resolve this situation in a fair and reasonable way that protects the best interests of our client and her son."

What did Andrew Silverman have to say? "My top priority is protecting my 7-year-old son while working to resolve all outstanding issues with my wife," he said in a statement. "Hopefully people can respect the interest of our child during this process."

Megan Fox is pregnant with her second child, her rep confirmed Friday, telling Page Six, "I can confirm Megan is expecting her second child with her husband Brian. They are both very happy."

Fox is currently in New York filming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Fox, 27, and hubby Brian Austin Green, 40, welcomed son Noah Shannon on Sept. 27, 2012. Green has a son, Kassius, 11, from a previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil. He married Fox in 2010.

Fox spoke of wanting to expand her family in an interview with Marie Claire in March, saying, "All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I've finally done it. I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is."

From every angle, we have to wonder what's going on here...

Last night Jennifer Aniston attended the New York City premiere of We're The Millers, and she didn't pose for photos with fiance Justin Theroux, but she did show off a noticeably fuller figure -- specifically in the stomach region. After her comment the other day about Justin's "paternal instincts," we HAVE to ask: Is the 44-year-old actress pregnant with her first child?!

“She definitely seemed to have gained some weight,” a source on the set of her new film Squirrels to the Nuts told In Touch Magazine. The glossy also claims that "Jen has begun IVF treatments, and if all goes as planned, she will be pregnant by her 45th birthday on February 11.” Um, what if she's knocked up now? Her midsection didn't look like this the last time we saw her on the red carpet, and while she looks fantastic, she had to know people would be talking about it!

Keith Urban is officially set to return to American Idol next season, but what really made waves was Fox Chairman of Entertainment Kevin Reilly's remark to reporters at the 2013 Summer TCA Press Tour that the network is in talks to bring back Jennifer Lopez.

"I will confirm one thing: That Keith is going to return to the show," Reilly said. "Keith did a great job last year, the fans really liked him. With a new panel, you are going to see that Keith is a really funny guy. Jennifer has been a close part of the show all along…there have been discussions there. There is no deal with her or anyone else."

Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson are all exiting the series, as well as executive producers Nigel Lythgoe and Ken Warwick, but with J. Lo back on board, who needs them? Er, right?

While Reilly's comment was a bit on the coy side, a source close to J. Lo took it one step further and told People that the singer/actress is "very close to signing a deal with Fox to return to American Idol next season. Both Fox and Jennifer are very happy about this and want it to happen very much."

Simon Cowell is expecting a baby with his former best friend's wife Lauren Silverman, so now we understand why we caught them being super affectionate on a yacht in St. Barths in January 2012! That still doesn't explain why the pair were getting cosy under her husband Andrew's nose... literally!

The group was vacationing together in the Caribbean aboard the X Factor judge's boat, and even though the brunette beauty was caressing the British lothario's hair and stealing smooches with him, her hubby didn't seem to mind!

Well, that's all changed now that news broke the 36-year-old is expecting her first child with the music mogul!

Andrew Silverman filed divorce papers two weeks ago in New York, and the real estate broker cited adultery as the cause of the split and Mr. Cowell as a co-respondent!

Fans have been wondering how Glee would handle the untimely death of star Cory Monteith and now their questions have been answered. On Thursday, FOX's Chairman of Entertainment Kevin Reilly announced during Television Critics Association panel, that Monteith’s beloved character Finn Hudson would be written off of the show in the third episode, and the way they will handle his death will, "deal directly with the incidents involved in Cory's passing and the drug abuse in particular."

On July 13, the 31-year-old star was found dead in his Canadian hotel room, resulting from a mix of alcohol and heroin.

In a bold move, Reilly revealed that producer Ryan Murphy will be shooting anti-drug PSAs with cast members, who will be in character, "as friends of [Finn's]. They're going to speak directly to the audience and I think they're going to be very impactful."

Reilly also addressed Moneith’s untimely death as well as his well-chronicled addiction, saying, "He was very open about [drug addiction] in his past; not as open about it in the present ... Everybody was ultimately shocked because it was an accident that happened to somebody struggling with an addiction."

He also added spoke about the fallen actor’s positive influence on the show, "You see some people struggling with addiction and it's clear. Cory was a big, open, wonderful life force. He was not a problem. He didn't look like [a drug addict]. He looked straight as an arrow."

After a several week delay, Glee resumes production next week and the new season premieres on Sept. 26. Proceeds from the third episode’s music sales will go to a charity formed in Monteith’s name.
