Giuliana and Bill Rancic are most definitely in the running for the chicest couple in Hollywood.

The E! News host and the entrepreneur looked dapper while promoting their reality series Giuliana and Bill yesterday in Los Angeles. They screened the season premiere and had a Q&A with fans at The Grove. The new season of their show is sure to document their adventures as new parents (to son Duke) and their plan to expand their family.

Clad in an A-line emerald green mini dress and a pale blue summer suit, Giuliana and Bill, respectively, strolled hand-in-arm while flanked by security guards. Giuliana rocked her new cat-eye DITA "Vesoul" sunglasses, while her hubby wore aviators. G's fellow Fashion Police judges would have surely praised their looks. We're green with envy!

The TV show host looked stick thin, as usual. She recently faced backlash for her frail frame after Instagraming a body shot of herself in a retro swimsuit. "Swimsuit for 4th of July? Check!" she captioned it. Regardless of her weight, there's no denying that the two toned monokini is stylish.

Heidi Klum and bodyguard/beau Martin Kristen stepped out with her four children in New York City on Tuesday afternoon, and despite recent controversy over a cheeky Instagram snapshot, the America's Got Talent judge was all smiles.

Heidi posted a NSFW snapshot of her butt on Instagram the other day, and apparently AOL isn't pleased about it, but not for the reasons you'd think. A source tells New York Daily News that AOL is annoyed that they paid Heidi over $1 million (plus 50% of ad revenue) to get her site, Heidiklum.aol.com, yet she's sharing all the juicy content on her social media accounts.

One company insider tells Confidenti@l that AOL had a talk with the German supermodel after she posted the pic, and this isn't the first time this has happened. “Her racy Instagram post would have gotten them 10 million hits, and they’re upset that she’s giving it away for free,” a source tells the site. “But Heidi told them that her contract with AOL isn’t exclusive ... The biggest problem now is that Klum is considered part of the ‘AOL family.’ All its other sites have all been instructed to tread carefully when it comes to covering her, even when she’s with her boyfriend/bodyguard, Martin Kristen."

Additionally, NYDN reports that company execs also annoyed when Klum failed to show at an AOL sales conference in Washington, D.C., last year. “They asked her and she had prior duties,” the source says. “It was a giant weekend. It’s to show off your talent to the advertisers. Jerry Springer turned up, though. They paid a fortune to get exclusive access to Heidi and she gives the best content to competitors."

However, a rep for AOL says, “Heidi’s selfie shows why she’s a great partner for AOL. She has style, knows great content when she sees it and works her butt off.”

Kids sure grow up fast, don’t they?! But it looks like Willow Smith might be growing up a little too fast for some people’s taste (ours included). Jada Pinkett and Will Smith’s precocious 12-year-old recently debuted her new music video, "Summer Fling," and it has fans and non-fans alike up in arms, dubbing the tween star’s content as wildly “inappropriate.”

“It's just a couple months but we do it anyway,” Willow moons over a seemingly older man.

The song continues: “Don't really care what we do tonight. Good night kisses if the mood is right laying by the beach with you wishing this will never end.”

In another somewhat scandalous scene, love hungry Willow jumps around a trampoline (sans pants) with some scantily clad, much older female friends while her faux boyf picks hoists her off the ground.

The Pinkett-Smiths have always been famously liberal with their kids but this video seems to have crossed the line.

Jay-Z, Miley Cyrus, and Britney Spears are musicians you normally wouldn't associate with one another, but the singers recently had a Twitter love fest.

The usually social media shy rapper took to Twitter to answer hundreds of fan questions on Monday. Jay talked twerking, his favorite Britney tune, and breakfast cereal during the Q&A session. Jigga really needs to follow Snoop Lion's lead and consider doing a Reddit AMA.

The 17-time Grammy winner's song "Somewhere in America" off his newly released album Magna Carta Holy Grail references Miley and her love of twerking. "Feds still lurking, they see I'm still putting work in/ Cause somewhere in America Miley Cyrus is still twerkin' ha!"

When a follower asked, "Do you really think Miley is still twerking somewhere in America?" he wrote, "Yes! she is an old worlds worst nightmare. Black neighbor, and the daughter not seeing color." When another fan asked if he thought the booty-poppin' dance would replace the electric slide at wedding receptions, he replied "Personally??? YES.. Miley is a GOD."

Cyrus took Jay-Z's backhanded compliment with gratitude.

Coincidentally, Miley and Britney recently tweeted back and forth about twerking. Brit asked the "We Can't Stop" singer for some pointers.

While the blogosphere (and everyone we've ever met) may be mocking Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s unique choice for a baby name, Kris Jenner came to the defense of the name North West. During an interview on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night, Kris told the funny man that she “likes” the name. Well that makes one of us!

Kris was on the late night show to promote her new lifestyle talk show, Kris. The 57-year-old also clued viewers into Kimye’s reasoning behind the unusual name selection, telling Fallon, “Kim and Kanye said North is the highest power so naming [her] North is the highest point between the two of them.”

Wearing a flirty white frock, Mama Jenner also hinted at her much talked-about Fourth of July Malibu bash, saying, “We took everybody out there," referring to the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan. The reality honcho then went on to joke, “[North] probably showed up, she's so quiet you'd never know.”

After Brandi Glanville was snapped leaving a restaurant drunk and stumbling on Monday night, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has taken to her Twitter to explain her behavior.

Admitting she was "embarrassed" by her actions, the reality star takes responsibility for her mistake, but doesn't apologize for some innocent fun.

"It was not a hot look I agree, bad choice and I'm not happy with myself all I can do is say sorry and check myself (and nap)" she tweeted before adding, "I got drunk with my gays, its not murder, everyone kept sending us drinks. I was being polite."

Kanye West is upset that the unfinished version of his new video for "Black Skinhead" hit the web last night, and the rapper took to his Twitter to share his thoughts on the matter. Yeezy wrote:

The BLKKK SKKKN HD video that leaked yesterday was not the official version. Me and Nick Knight have been working on this video for 5 months and for creatives it's heartbreaking when something like this happens. The final version will be ready within the next week. So any website that may have the unapproved / unfinished ruff. I ask you to please take it down. Allow me and Nick to give the world what we've been losing sleep over. And to who ever leaked the video … F*K YOU!

The video for the expletive-laden track shows a naked West "moving close to the camera with his genitalia looking particularly large," according to the Daily Mail. Honestly, we couldn't have described it better ourselves. Kanye has asked news outlets to remove the clip, but we were able to grab a screen shot of Kim Kardashian's shirtless baby daddy.

British photographer Nick Knight, who directed Lady Gaga's "Born This Way," shot the vid. Can't wait to see the rest!

Today was Elisabeth Hasselbeck's last day on The View. The longtime panelist is departing the talk show to work at Fox & Friends come fall.

An emotional Elisabeth walked arm-in-arm this morning with a teary Barbara Walters, who bid adieu to her coworker of 10 years. The TV news vet said she was "a little verklempt."

As you can see I'm a little teary. I always want what's best for you. You know how I feel about you.

After singing the praises of her co-panelists Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, and Sherri Shepard (who wasn't there), Elisabeth returned the kind words to her longtime mentor, calling Barbara "the best in the business."

I think it's fair to say over the course of a decade I feel as though I have attended the Barbara Walters School of Broadcast Journalism. I feel like I have my Master's in communications from being next to you. I don't know if there's a program out there that could offer the depth of knowledge, technique, and art of interview that you have offered to everyone at this table and especially to me.

The conservative panelist's exit is part of a revamp for the ABC series that also includes Joy's departure and Barbara's retirement. Jenny McCarthy is reportedly in talks to replace the comedian.

The former Survivor star will join current Fox hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade in September. Current Fox & Friends co-host Gretchen Carlson will host her own one-hour daytime series in early fall.
