Is R-Patz angling for another blockbuster role?!

Robert Pattinson threw a birthday party for director Nicholas Jarecki on Saturday night at his Los Feliz pad, and some of the hippest people in Hollywood were in attendance, including Fifty Shades of Grey author E.L. James!

Rumors have been swirling for some time now that the British actor was in the lead to play Christian Grey in the film adaptation of the erotic novel, and from the looks of it, he's making sure he rubs elbows with the right people!

An X17online photographer tells us:

"There were so many Hollywood types there. It was definitely a party for Rob to meet girls but it was also a time to do business. There were older industry people there- Rob was definitely making connections."

Although former love Kristen Stewart was noticeably absent, other guests included Ellen Page, Michelle Rodriquez, Moby, and Heather Graham, who arrived with James and tweeted the below picture from the inside the bash with the caption, "A fun party looking at the super moon with Moby @thelittleidiot and EL James @E_L_James."

Sounds like quite the soiree! Guess we will have to wait and see if this Twilight hunk's networking paid off!

...and not much else, apparently!

Miley tweeted the group shot above and wrote, "Still stressin on this performance. Sick in bed. Neck , belly , throat, head..... It all hurts. Forcing myself to shut down. Night night." She may be battling a nasty cold, but she does look amazing!

While we're not sure what's going on in Miley's love life (is she or isn't she back together with Liam Hemsworth?), we're even more confused about her parents, Billy Ray and Tish! The duo recently announced that they were planning to divorce, but on Sunday night they dined at Little Toni's in North Hollywood with Miley's little sis Noah. Hmmm...

Nick Jonas flashed us a smile (and a peek at his guns!) before hitting some balls on Monday in New York City, and the 20-year-old singer/actor/Miley Cyrus ex tweeted, "Such a fun game at yankees stadium today thanks for having us @BwayShowLeague."

The Broadway Show League tweeted back, "Thank you @nickjonas @kevinjonas @reevecarney @ConstantineM & All the Bway Stars for playing in the charity softball game at Yankee Stadium!"

Later in the evening Nick attended the opening night for Buyers & Cellars held at the Barrow Street Theatre. Such a classy kid!

Former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen was questioned on Monday about an alleged altercation that sent a man to the hospital Sunday in Malibu, and X17online has the exclusive photos of the man being taken away in an ambulance.

According to reports, the man, who has yet to be identified, was taking photos of Pippen and his family inside Nobu. The man continued to snap pictures in the parking lot and he then asked Pippen for an autograph. An argument ensued and there was physical contact, and the man was taken to a hospital with a head injury, treated and released.

Pippen came in voluntarily to a Los Angeles County sheriff's substation after he was named as a suspect, and he spoke to police for about an hour and was released pending further investigation.

"He's being cooperative," sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said. Investigators have interviewed several witnesses to determine whether Pippen should be charged with assault with intent to commit great bodily harm. "Right now it's under investigation," Whitmore added. "We have to interview everybody to find out what happened."

Christina Aguilera and boyfriend Matt Rutler are currently enjoying a summertime vacay in Amsterdam, and the slimmed down singer better make sure to resist romantic fancy dinners during the trip or else her recent body transformation could be in jeopardy!

The pair were spotted popping into various children's boutiques during their jaunt around the city, so could the longtime couple be expecting a little one? Even though she's losing the pounds rather than gaining them, anytime we see a celeb shopping for kid's items we can't help but wonder!

The Voice mentor's son Max didn't travel abroad with his mama, so maybe the blonde beauty was just making sure her little boy had tons of souvenirs to unwrap when she returns.

After sampling her share of goodies at the coffee shops in Amsterdam, Rihanna headed to her concert at the Ziggo Dome on Monday evening, and it looks like she was on cloud nine. This is Ri's second show at the stadium tonight, and after that she's off to Cologne, Germany for back to back shows at the Lanxess Arena on Wednesday and Thursday.

The 25-year-old R&B superstar is very open about her love for marijuana, and since she's been in Amsterdam it sounds like she's really been living the high life! And judging by her "High Fashion" tee and Instagram pics from the weekend, she wants everyone to know about it!

It's hard to believe that legendary television and film producer Jerry Bruckheimer didn't have a star on Hollywood's Walk to Fame until today.

The Hollywood heavyweight was joined by A-listers Johnny Depp and Tom Cruise. He worked with Depp on the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, as well as his latest flick The Lone Ranger, and with Cruise on Top Gun. However, he's best know for producing the CSI franchise and The Amazing Race reality competition.

"Without Jerry, there would be no Pirates, there would be no Captain Jack," Depp said at the ceremony. "Without Jerry, there would be no Lone Ranger, there would be no reinvigorated Tonto. So I have a lot to thank him for. The man is a legend to me, a legend to us all, hence this congregation to celebrate him for his long-deserved star on the Walk of Fame."

Other Hollywood stars in attendance included Isla Fisher, Jon Voight, Martin Lawrence, and Jerry O'Connell.

Reese Witherspoon is a workout fiend!

The actress appeared exhausted while leaving the gym today in Brentwood. She may have been drenched in sweat, but the Oscar winner looked fit and fabulous. Reese wore head-to-toe blue and white matching graphic T-shirt, workout shorts, and bright running shoes.

She's been spotted hitting the gym, going to spin class, heading to a yoga studio, and running recently so it's safe to say that the Oscar winner likes to change up her workouts.

And the results have definitely been paying off. Reese looked stunning during her lunch date with son Deacon on Saturday in Beverly Hills.
