The Biebs went indoor skydiving in Vegas with his boys on June 16 and was reportedly joined by a local Hooters waitress named Jordan Ozuna.

According to E! Online, the blonde beauty came into the facility with Justin and continuously gave him "little pecks and kisses." "In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing," a source told E! Online.

Justin's lady friend was also allegedly caressing his head and shoulders. "Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face," the source said. Umm, that sounds awfully scandalous.

She then reportedly took a seat on his lap once they put on their flight gear. A witness told E! that the singer "was occasionally putting his hands around her waist, [giving her] a couple quick kisses" as they grabbed their helmets.

Things got even more heated when Justin's crew started flying, leaving the lovebirds behind to canoodle. "He had his head resting in her lap [and she was] petting his head," the source said.

I guess what happens in Vegas, doesn't stay in Vegas.

Other violent scenes include four shirtless men swinging a prisoner by his arms and legs before slamming him down onto a mattress, police officers beating a man with a baton, and Madonna being dragged along a prison corridor then being shoved to the ground. In another disturbing scene, a man smashes his head through a window. All the while string music plays in the background and a man dances a contemporary routine on stage.

The controversial singer has come under fire on several occasions for her use of guns as props during her live shows. She recently defended her artistic decision on Good Morning America.

When asked if she would delete footage of weaponry from her upcoming FX MDNA tour documentary, Madonna said, "That would be like asking people to not have guns in action movies. The thing is, guns don't kill people, people kill people."

The L.A. City Attorney has filed two charges against the R&B star, stemming from a car accident last month where the "Turn Up the Music" singer slammed into another vehicle and refused to hand over his driver's license number, then gave fake insurance information and fled the scene.

In addition to leaving the scene, Breezy is also on the hook for driving without a valid license. Each offense carries a maximum six months in jail.

The bad news?

CB is still on probation from his brutal Grammy night assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna, and if he is convicted of the new charges, that has the potential to trigger a probation violation that could land him in prison for up to four years!

We had forgotten what Matt Damon looked like after all the transformations he's gone through for his latest film roles (see the Elysium trailer and his role as Liberace's lover in Behind the Candelabra).

Matt and his wife Luciana Barroso were spotted at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday. The actor graciously stopped to chat, sign autographs, and take photos with fans before boarding his flight. Sporting a casual hoodie and jeans, as well as a messy 'do, he looked ready for the long plane ride ahead.

The busy actor will soon be promoting his summer sci-fi flick Elysium about a post-apocalyptic polarized future where the poor populate a ruined Earth and the rich reside in a man-made lavish space station. It's safe to assume that the political activist is aiming for social commentary.

Holly Madison is engaged to beau Pasquale Rotella, the former Playboy Playmate revealed on Twitter yesterday.

"Scooter and Justin are as close as ever! And definitely no truth to the false stories that Scooter wants to send Justin to rehab. It's all BS," a source tells Us.

The birthday boy and his friends vacationed at the Villa del Palmar for over a week, where they spent their gleeful days playing beach volleyball, relaxing at the resort's spa, and lounging by the infinity pool.
