Rachel Zoe is pregnant with her second child, Us Weekly reports.

The celebrity stylist and husband Rodger Berman are already parents to son Skyler, 2, but openly talked about their desire to have more children on their reality show The Rachel Zoe Project.

The budding designer better have a girl this time around, because her little boy is currently her biggest fashion focus!

"Oh my God, my husband laughs at me because I spend more time in his closet in the morning than I do in my own. And, you know, it's incredibly fun. It's like having a live doll. And he loves it," she told WonderWall earlier this year.

Zoe's rep had no comment on the pregnancy.

Despite the fact that everyone and their mother has been reporting that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West named their newborn daughter Kaidence, Us Weekly claims that the couple have chosen a different moniker.

"They're not quite ready to announce the name yet," a source tells the mag. "But the name definitely does not start with a K, despite all the rumors that have been out." The insider added, "Everybody is doing great. The baby is so sweet. Kanye is in love. Kim's real due date was July 12 -- Kanye's mom's birthday. That warmed his heart."

But what is it? And when will we find out?!

It looks like Emma Stone may have adopted boyfriend Andrew Garfield's camera shy tendencies.

The actress kept a low profile yesterday while grabbing lunch without her beau. She went to the New York City hotspot Bubby's with two friends. Emma later reunited with her Superbad producer Judd Apatow and his 10-year-old daughter Iris at the restaurant. Emma dropped her guard with her Big Apple buddy and goofed off, making silly faces, for photographers.

Emma is currently reprising her role as Gwen Stacy for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, while Judd is directing Anchorman: The Legend Continues. She still needs to film two projects with Cameron Crowe and Woody Allen, but we hope there's an Apatow picture in the works. These two are a match made in comedy heaven.

Beyonce Knowles snuck out of her New York office on Wednesday evening, and the 31-year-old singer flashed our photographer her pearly whites before jumping into a chauffeured car.

So what's the latest scoop on Bey's upcoming album? Ne-Yo, who is producing a few tracks on the EP, recently chatted with The Hollywood Reporter and revealed that it's nowhere near completion.

"They're still trying to figure out what they want that to be, which I'm not mad at," he said. "Beyonce's the kind of artist where you're not gonna see it till it's right. And her fans -- they love her so they'll be patient." Beyonce started working on her fifth album last summer in the Hamptons ... we say take your time!

"He's been really inspired by the birth. He's written four songs already," a source tells Life & Style.

Even though he just released his new album Yeezus on Tuesday, it sounds like a follow-up album isn't far off!

So how is Yeezy responding to fatherhood thus far?

"Kanye hasn't left Kim and the baby's side. He's been in the room for days making sure everything is perfect for the two of them," a source dishes to People.

Another day, another nose job!

Amanda Bynes tweeted last night that she's going under the knife ... again. The troubled starlet, who's had at least two rhinoplasties, wrote that she needs "a few more surgeries to shave the bridge down to correct the rest of my nose so I can start the next chapter of my career! Music!"

The What I Like About You star claims that she had plastic surgery to remove the "webbed" skin growing between her nose and eyes. The humble aspiring singer also considers herself a hero "to have suffered 27 years with a birth defect and to just now have it surgically removed!" She said she admires plastic surgeons for operating on children with cleft lips, which she claims is a condition as traumatic as webbing.

Borrowing from the Farrah Abraham/Courtney Stodden/Heidi Montag school of thought, she told her followers that surgery is the solution to every problem.

Maybe there's a de-crazyfication surgery out there that she can sign up for.

James Gandolfini's son Michael, 13, reportedly found his father "alive but in distress in the bathroom of their Rome hotel room" after the Sopranos star suffered a heart attack on Wednesday night.

NBC News reports that the teen called for help and hotel employees tried to resuscitate Gandolfini as they waited for paramedics to arrive. The actor was still alive when his ambulance arrived at the Policlinico Umberto I hospital around 10:20pm, but he was pronounced dead around 11pm.

ER doctor Dr. Claudio Modini says there are no suspicious factors involved in the star's death, adding that it was "probably a natural cause of death, myocardial infarction." However, it's widely known that Gandolfini has struggled with cocaine and alcohol addictions throughout his life, and prolonged cocaine use can cause all sorts of cardiovascular issues.

Modini said an autopsy would be performed within 24 hours ... no word on when the toxicology reports will be released.
