X17 photographers snapped Debbie Rowe making a pit stop before visiting daughter Paris Jackson in the hospital on Wednesday, and she looked very somber when when she paused to fill up the tank of her truck.

Paris has been at the UCLA Medical Center for over two weeks now since attempting to take her own life by slashing her wrist with a meat cleaver and downing 20 Motrin. Earlier this month it was reported that Debbie could become Paris' legal guardian if the teen pushes in her welfare investigation, but there hasn't been any update on that.

However, Debbie will be attending family therapy with her daughter, and apparently she's temporarily moving closer to Los Angeles so the two can spend more time together.

Miley Cyrus went in for an emergency doctor visit in Beverly Hills on Wednesday evening, and on the way out the 20-year-old pop superstar covered part of her face and held up her discharge sheet. She may not be feeling well, but at least she still looks like a million bucks!

While Miley's physician initially seemed to think that she had laryngitis, after doing a videostrobolaryngoscopy, it turns out it's just "inflamed, dilated vessels." Whew! We know she "can't stop," but maybe a few days off to recover would be a good idea!

One of the videographers asked Miles if she was pregnant (apparently she didn't see the pictures of Miley's throat on her paperwork...duh!), to which Miley tersely responded, "No, I'm f***ing sick you b*tch." And there you have it! Miley later tweeted, "Sick #iwantmymommy."

At least we got a little smile out of her ... feel better Miles!

Jodie Foster isn't a celeb we see all that often, but maybe it's because she blends right into a crowd? From the workout clothes to the makeup-free face, she looks just like your average LA mom! Yesterday the 50-year-old actress hit the gym in Beverly Hills, and she was in great spirits on the way out.

Jodie will appear on the big screen this August in the sci-fi action flick Elysium, and she recently put her Hollywood Hills home on the market for $6.39 million. Nothing scandalous going on here!

After a long day of meetings and a session in the recording studio, Paris Hilton went to Anastasia salon in Beverly Hills for a little bit of pampering. Beau River Viiperi picked the heiress up in her blue Bentley, and it sounds like she's excited to dance her booty off at EDC this weekend.

P posted a photo of a sexy white corset embellished with flowers and wrote, "Thank you @SaraXOChristi & @ElectricLaundr for my amazing daisy costume! Can't wait to rock it to @EDC_LasVegas!"

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony took their twins Max and Emme to the park in Calabasas on Wendesday afternoon, and even though the former spouses split in 2011, we love the fact that they're still friendly! But you have to wonder why J. Lo wore a gorgeous white dress for the occasion ... maybe to remind Marc what he's missing out on?

“I am a nontraditional family,” she told ABC News last month. “Me being a single mom, their dad doesn’t live at home with them. They have three stepbrothers from two other mothers … that’s not traditional.”

Emmy-winning actor James Gandolfini died on Wednesday at the age of 51, and Deadline reports that he suffered a heart attack while on vacation in Italy.

Gandolfini was in Italy for the Taormina Film Fest in Sicily. He is survived by Deborah Lin, his wife of almost five years, and two kids, son Michael and daughter Liliana.

Gandolfini rose to fame for his role as mob boss Tony Soprano on HBO's hit series The Sopranos, and the network released the following statement:

"We're all in shock and feeling immeasurable sadness at the loss of a beloved member of our family. He was a special man, a great talent, but more importantly a gentle and loving person who treated everyone, no matter their title or position, with equal respect. He touched so many of us over the years with his humor, his warmth and his humility. Our hearts go out to his wife and children during this terrible time. He will be deeply missed by all of us."

The usually perky actress sported a frown, purple shorts, matching purple running shoes, and a black tank to the gym in Brentwood today. Reese looked exhausted after the workout. She's been spotted hitting the gym, going to spin class, heading to a yoga studio, and running recently so it's safe to say that the Oscar winner likes to change up her workouts.

The actress looked stunning in the red and white skirt and denim shirt en route to a business meeting in Santa Monica. Despite the short hemline, she managed to avoid a wardrobe malfunction this time around.

Tracers is about a N.Y.C. bike messenger who is wanted by the mafia, so he escapes into the world of parkour after meeting a beautiful stranger.
