She's finally giving herself a break with her fashion!

Kim Kardashian headed to her lawyer's office in Santa Monica today, and even though the pregnant reality star was rocking a fresh spray tan and perfectly done hair and makeup, she did loosen up with her style selection and kept it comfortable in a grey jersey dress, which she paired with a black blazer and flats.

Kimmy K's sister Khloe appeared on the Today show this morning and divulged that baby Kimye's gender is set to be revealed on this Sunday's season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

This infant is already famous and it hasn't even been welcomed into the world yet! Maybe that's why daddy Kanye West is already preparing a lavish lifestyle for the little bundle?

"Kanye is trying to go over-the-top with the baby room though because this is their first kid and he wants everything to be real first class. He's crazy about being a dad, so he's doing what any normal father would do when expecting a newborn," a source tells Hollywood Life.

Kim and Yeezy's baby is going to give Blue Ivy a run for her money in the swag department!

On the heels of Justin Bieber's alleged recent reckless driving incident, his mentor Usher is opening up to Ellen DeGeneres about the teen heartthrob.

The R&B superstar blamed the 17-year-old's recent misbehavior on his young age.

"He'll continue to just mature but you know in this day's age of social media there is no privacy and that kind of trial and elimination period is kind of done in front of a camera," he said.

Justin is currently being investigated by the LAPD after two of his Calabasas neighbors called the police on Sunday night to report his unsafe driving. Biebs allegedly refused to speak to the officers who showed up to his house.

"It's been done in many, many other celebrities are product of it and some come out bad and some come out good," Usher said. "I am hoping for the best. I don't look at as a negative though. I look at it as a teenager. A teenager having to live his life in front of a camera. Imagine if you had to do that as a teenager."

"I can't imagine," Ellen responded.

Usher also confirmed that he will be returning to coach The Voice next season. The singer/TV star is also busy filming the movie Hands of Stone in which he plays boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard. That leaves little time for Biebersitting duties.

She's one hot mama!

Kendra Wilkinson and hubby Hank Baskett took their adorable son Hank Jr. to swim class on Calabasas on Tuesday afternoon, and the former Girls Next Door starlet showed off her fantastic figure in a tight tank top in itty bitty shorts.

When she's not on mommy duty, she's busting her booty at the gym, and though she indulged in a few treats and carbs over the weekend, Kendra is back on track. "I have to TRY n be good these next couple weeks so I can go hard in the paint for my bday week," she tweeted. "MIA and VEGAS!!! Hahaha." We're guessing she means body paint ... after all, she had a shirt painted over her boobies for Halloween last year, so she's no stranger to playing dress up minus the clothes!

She looks pretty fantastic here, so we're not sure how much work she really needs to do...

It's true that the Smiths have made showbiz a family biz, but don't compare them to that family of fame mongers -- the Kardashians.

In an interview with New York magazine, Will Smith laughed off the comparison to the Kardashian family, who he described as exploitative. The question was initially posed to his son Jaden, who is rumored to be dating Kardashian half-sister Kylie Jenner, but Will jumped in and answered instead.

Will said that his family's goal is to be happy, both in their personal and professional lives, not to be famous.

"For our family, the entire structure of our life, our home, our business relationships -- the entire purpose is for everyone to be able to create in a way that makes them happy. Fame is almost an inconsequential by-product of what we're really trying to accomplish. We are trying to put great things into the world, we're trying to have fun, and we're trying to become the greatest versions of ourselves in the process of doing things we love. So the idea of fame or exploitation or orchestrating the media is sometimes even less than desirable for us."

When asked if his son Jaden could have been a dentist instead of an actor, Will got defensive.

"It may seem like we have pushed our kids into the business, but that is absolutely insane. I would never, ever, push somebody to have their face on a poster that's going be everywhere in the world. He is making a choice from the informed. It's less scary to me than if he wanted to be a dentist in that I couldn't help with what he'd chosen. I have relationships with some of the biggest filmmakers and actors and producers on Earth. So I can be a huge help."

Will and Jaden were promoting their postapocalyptic flick After Earth, which opens in theaters this Friday.

Chelsea Handler is notorious for making her guests uncomfortable in the hot seat. And she didn't disappoint while interviewing The Wanted last night.

Max George, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker, and Siva Kaneswaran dropped by Chelsea Lately to promote their new E! reality series The Wanted Life and ended up talking about having sex with Lindsay Lohan and feuding with One Direction.

"Which one of you was penetrating Lindsay Lohan?" Chelsea asked bluntly.

"No idea," Max, who has admitted to having a fling with her in the past, said. "Now that was Nathan [Sykes]. Here's not here!" (The fifth Wanted member Nathan Sykes was home recovering from throat surgery.)

When asked by E! News in a previous interview whether he had enjoyed a "snog" with the troubled starlet, Max said, "Yes, we did -- a little one. She's a friend of all of ours and she is a lovely girl. We wish her all the best, wherever she is."

"She was good to party with, but there's definitely not going to be any babies on the horizon," he also said.

Linds recently posted an Instagram of herself and Max together in what appeared to be a hotel room.

The guys also talked about "prowling" for girls -- noting that American girls are "quite open" compared to their British counterparts -- and their beef with fellow British boy band 1D.

"There's a few questions that need to be asked of a couple of them," Max, who had a Twitter spat with 1D band member Zayn Malik. "I'm suspicious of one of his reasons."

"I think it's him that's confused," he continued, not addressing any particular One Directioner. "But they're all right. I think definitely a couple of them are really sound, and the others are all right."

Oh, boys. Why can't we all just get along?

Beyonce Knowles has beefed up security for her concert in London this Saturday after threats from a stalker and the infamous booty slapping incident that occurred in Denmark earlier this week.

Bey will perform at Twickenham stadium as part of the "Sound Of Change" concert, and staffers will be on the lookout Bassey Essien, who has reportedly sent the singer nasty letters. A source told The Sun, "Staff have been briefed on the situation and pictures of him have been passed [around]. They've been told to keep their eyes open and be extra vigilant. Security has been increased on a few engagements now, especially for her UK promo. It is believed similar letters to the ones that Essien sent have been received."

Essien tracked down Beyonce at an event in London in 2009 and tried to give her a collection of notes on religion, and he was later charged with an anti-harassment order by the High Court in 2011.

However, Essien isn't the only reason Bey is looking for more muscle .. apparently the 31-year-old singer was furious after a male fan reached up and slapped her on the derriere at her Mrs. Carter Show world tour in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Monday night. She's gotta support her hubby!

Angelina Jolie will make her first public appearance since undergoing a preventative double mastectomy at partner Brad Pitt's World War Z premiere in London this Sunday.

The Oscar winner is determined to support her love, despite still being in the recovery stage following her reconstructive surgery.

The actress hoped that going public with her health crisis would inspire others to be proactive with their own health, but it's unlikely the brunette beauty will talk about it with reporters so as to not upstage Brad on his big night!

She can't seem to drop the subject!

Leann Rimes recently opened up to Us Weekly about her agony following news that her extramarital affair with now-husband Eddie Cibrian had gone public.

After making the decision to seek treatment for emotional issues in August 2012, the singer is now in a better place and has learned how to cope with her conflicted feelings.

"I went in and took care of myself because I was stressed, I was depressed and anxious, and I didn't know how to process everything. Going away was something I really needed to do," she tells the mag.

The "Spitfire" crooner was feeling intense shame over stealing a married man, but didn't fully realize her feelings about the situation until she began writing her new album.

"I was feeling all these crazy emotions and feeling terrible about myself and was disgusted by myself and thought I was pathetic," she adds.

These days, Miss Rimes has never been happier and can look at the hard times as a learning experience.

"I'm the strongest I've ever been. I'm the most honest with myself that I've ever been, I'm the most secure I've ever been about myself and my family, and I'm the most confident I've been in a really long time," she gushes.
