On Wednesday Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick left little miss Penelope at home and took their adorable son to lunch at Malibu Country Mart, and rather than catching up with his family, it looks like Scott was more interested in his phone:

There's no doubt about it -- Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are easily the most stylish parents in the neighborhood!

On Wednesday afternoon Gwen dropped off their youngest son Zuma at school, and later in the day it was daddy Gavin who picked him up. While Gwen is usually the one who turns heads with her daily outfits (loving her Maison Martin Margiela booties, BTW), it was Gavin who caught our eye with a ripped muscle tee.

It may not be what most parents wear out in public, but most parents aren't rock stars!

Justin Bieber was just pulled over moments ago and ticketed in Calabasas for what appears to have been a speeding violation.

An X17 photographer spotted the car leaving Bieber's gated community in the San Fernando Valley and less than a mile away from the neighborhood, the white 458 Italia Ferrari was stopped by the sheriff's department by a motorcycle cop with radar.

Reports claim JB's already being investigated for reckless driving in his community, after neighbor Keyshawn Johnson made claims the singer was joy-riding at super high speeds inside the gates, endangering other residents.

This might just be Miley Cyrus' way of refuting the most recent round of rumors that she and fiance Liam Hemsworth have called it quits for good.

The singer posted a Twitpic last night of herself wearing what appears to be a wedding dress. However, the photo was taken on the same day as the shoot for her single "We Can't Stop" so it might just be her wardrobe for the music video. Then again, she didn't include the #WeCantStop in her tweet like she always does and it's hard to envision how a demure dress like that would be involved in a video in which she sports a black Versace bondage dress.

According to the new issue of Us Weekly, Cyrus' "childish" rebellion tore her and Liam apart. The Hemsworth brothers allegedly staged an intervention earlier this month to convince The Hunger Games star to call off his wedding. Us Weekly reports that the Hemsworth family is extremely relieved about the split.

Aside from sporting a white lace wedding-eque dress in this photo, the actress also wore her 3.5 carat diamond engagement ring as recently as Monday. Well, at least she's being discreet about the status of their relationship.

Khloe Kardashian jetted out of LAX and headed to New York yesterday, and the reality star is a lot different from her sister Kim in the fact that she actually wears sensible travel clothing!

The brunette beauty recently lost 25lbs and looks more amazing than ever, but she kept her hot bod covered up in jeans and a white wrap sweater.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was headed to the East coast to make a bunch of talk show appearances, and we have to applaud Lamar Odom's wifey for picking up the promotional slack while her sisters are busy with pregnancy and motherhood.

The 28-year-old appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live last night, and she dished all about her pregnant sibling's relationship with Kanye West and shot down rumors there is trouble in paradise.

"Kim and Kanye are 100 percent still together and we are waiting for Kim's baby! Kanye is in Paris and London writing his album right now and that has a deadline. So that's why he's been out of town a lot, but Kim's been there to see him and he has been to L.A. quite a few times. And Atlanta for the premiere of the movie she did with Tyler Perry and to New York a few times," she told host Andy Cohen.

In related baby Kimye news, Khloe appeared on the Today show this morning and teased that the baby's gender will be revealed on the premiere episode of their new season.

"I will say this Sunday we are going to reveal it. We find out the sex of the baby on the show," she divulged on-air.

We will definitely be tuning in!

It's officially over for Courteney Cox and David Arquette.

The couple, who filed paperwork in June 2012, finalized their divorce yesterday in L.A. Superior Court. They first announced their separation in October 2010. The actors wed in 2009 and have joint custody of their eight-year-old daughter Coco.

Despite David's scandalous affair, the couple's separation has been extremely amicable.

"He's my best friend in the world," Courteney said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in January. "I love him."

"She's incredible," David told People the next week. "I love her, too, and she's an amazing person, a beautiful person."

It seems like Coco is in good hands.
