We caught up with Justin Bieber's mom Pattie Mallette at LAX yesterday and asked her about #burritogate, and she admitted that she thought it was "clever" and that she actually believed it was really her son at first!

In case you haven't heard about it, a video of JB taking a bite out of the middle of a burrito went viral the other day, but all wasn't what it seemed. Instead, it was a Bieber impersonator named Brad Sousa, who was hired by a company called Yes Theory and flew from Canada to Los Angeles to participate in the prank.

So why did they put so much effort into fooling everyone?

"We wanted to prove a point: that staging a story, as goofy as it was, can be done much more easily than most people can imagine,” a Yes Theory employee named Thomas Brag explained in a follow-up vid.

Media outlets everywhere ran the images and clip, before they realized that they had been duped!

She's sick of the lies.

Megyn Kelly's attorney Bryan Freedman just slammed NBC for allowing rumors about the TV host's firing and exit negotiations to run wild.

"Out of respect for the discussions, I am not going to share more details, but any suggestion that Megyn is looking for more than her contract is untrue. This is clearly planted by NBC News to continue its mission to harm Megyn and gain some sort of leverage. It won’t work. [NBC executive] Andy Lack needs to stop," Freedman said in a statement.

"Despite my efforts to handle this process confidentially, NBC News is allowing the media to run with completely false and irresponsible reports that disparage Megyn by erroneously claiming she has ever asked for more money than her contract requires. If NBC News is not the source then they have a responsibility as a news division to correct these false claims. Or are they somehow attempting to use these fabrications for some fictitious advantage in the discussions we’re having? If Andy Lack has lost control, my hope would be that Steve Burke can step in and not permit blatant lies about our discussions to remain uncorrected,” he added.

Rumors are swirling that NBC offered Kelly a $38 million payout on her $50 million contract, which she was more than a year through, but they wanted her to sign a confidentiality agreement. Kelly allegedly would only sign the agreement if the network gave her an additional $10 million, and they flat out rejected her request.

This is shaping up to be a real battle!

Jennifer Garner has been quietly dating businessman John Miller for the last six months, and the actress is apparently "head over heels in love" with her new beau.

"It’s gotten very serious,” a source dished to Us Weekly.

Kanye West caused quite the stir on Sunday when he released a "Blexit" clothing line, in an effort to encourage the black community to abandon the Democratic party, but the rapper swears it wasn't his idea. In fact, he now says he's going to stay out of the political arena entirely and focus on his creative projects only.

I support those who risk their lives to serve and protect us and I support holding people who misuse their power accountable. I believe in love and compassion for people seeking asylum and parents who are fighting to protect their children from violence and war," he tweeted.

'Ye has been heavily influenced by the "Blexit" movement's creator Candace Owens, and he's now blaming the outspoken conservative blogger for slapping his name on the clothing line without his consent.

"I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine. I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it,” he continued.

"My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative !!!" he added.

This behavior is making his wife Kim incredibly "concerned" that he's becoming "unhinged," according to Us Weekly.

There have been a lot of rumors swirling about their relationship ever since his ex Selena Gomez had a mental breakdown, but from the sounds of it, JB is taking his vows to the model quite seriously.

"Justin takes his marriage to Hailey very seriously. He is determined that it’s going to work, and he’s going to do everything in his power to make sure their relationship remains balanced and healthy — and a big part of that is by remaining present, both mentally and physically," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

"Justin is so in love with Hailey it’s crazy. He’s focused on her like a laser beam, and nothing else matters as far as he is concerned. Hailey is his everything, she’s his heart, his purpose for living, and he would literally lay down his life for her," the source added.

Justin and Hailey hit up Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida, with the whole Bieber clan on Monday, and the couple were kind enough to pose for pics with some lucky fans amid their day of amusement park fun.

They were joined by JB's three younger sisters and younger brother, as well as his dad Jeremy and his new wife Chelsea along with their infant daughter Bay.

If you're wondering when The Biebs is going to quit screwing around and release some new music, the answer is not as soon as you'd hope!

"Justin seems okay. However, he doesn’t seem ready to record new music yet and keeps saying that he just wants to hang out with Hailey. Hailey actually seems more ready to work than he does. They have had a few conflicts about it. Justin likes to just hang out, watch movies and chill. Hailey has a lot of energy and projects that she wants to do," a source dished to People.

"He’s been on the go for a long time, and he’s enjoying a laid-back season of life. He is enjoying time with the woman he loves, and doesn’t want anything to get in the way of that. He’ll get back to work soon, but the truth is that he doesn’t have to. He’s got enough money," the source added.

The "Sorry" crooner is making sure not to hold his supermodel wife back with her career aspirations, though.

"Hailey understands how hard Justin worked for so long, and is fine with him taking a break. If she has things she wants to do, Justin is fine with that. There has been a little bit of conflict, but nothing out of the ordinary. They’re still very much in love, and their families love each other. That’s all that matters," the insider explained.

Cardi B hopped on Instagram to make a series of ten videos directly addressing rival Nicki Minaj, after the "Pink Friday" songstress discussed their ongoing feud on her Beats 1 radio show Queen Radio Monday.

"You lie so much you can’t even keep up with your f**king lies. First you say … your cameraman got the footage but … now you want to pay someone $100,000 if they give you the footage? How you say that I was the wild animal, that I attacked you, that you was mortified, that you was humiliated, playing the victim but now you the gangsta?" Cardi ranted, in reference to Nicki's claim that her pal Rah Ali shut down the attack during New York Fashion Week.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper then went crazy over Nicki's assertion that her nemesis pays radio stations to play her music, and threatened to take legal action over the accusations.

"Since you want to talk about shin, maybe I should sue you for defamation of character since you want to claim that I'm using something illegal called Payola for being so f***ing successful?" she said in the clip.

Then she accused NM of leaking her personal phone number out of spite!

"Let's talk about the leaked numbers s***! Tell me if this don't make sense: How come my phone number got leaked one hour after the altercation at the Harper's Bazaar party. If you really want to talk about it, you know where to link me, we could always link up,' she said. 'We can talk about it or we can fight it out. I'm with whatever. But I'm sick and tired of that back and forth s***. I'm not doing it - I'm in a good space right now - let me know what's up," she ended her tirade.

After all of this, Miss Minaj jumped on Twitter to call a truce, and Cardi agreed to it.

"Ok you guys, let’s focus on positive things only from here on out. We’re all so blessed. I know this stuff is entertaining & funny to a lot of people but I won’t be discussing this nonsense anymore. Thank you for the support & encouragement year after year. Love you ♥️," Nicki wrote.
