The Revenge Body star has kept everyone guessing as to the status of her relationship with the cheating NBA player, and it seems that as she decides whether to stay with him, she's choosing to just stay silent.
The reality star and her daughter were supposed to move back to Cleveland with the athlete ahead of his upcoming season, but have thus far stayed put in Calabasas with the rest of the K clan.
Making things confusing? The fact that the hoopster sent "Welcome Home" balloons to Khlo, and has been commenting on her social media posts. Is he trying to make everyone think he's not getting dumped?
We doubt Khloe and Tristan make it to the new year!

Shaun White has issued an apology after receiving a lot of backlash for his choice to go as "Simple Jack" from Tropic Thunder on Halloween.
In case you didn't know, the character from the movie is portrayed as mentally handicapped, and fans along with the committee for the Special Olympics didn't find the humor in it.
"We are truly disappointed that Shaun White, an acclaimed Olympian, would choose this costume which is so offensive and causes so much pain. Disability is not a joke nor should it be a punchline. We hope that Shaun White and others learn that this just continues stigma, stereotypes and discrimination," Soeren Palumbo, senior director of global youth engagement at Special Olympics, told HuffPost in a statement.
The snowboarder was quick to respond.
"I owe everyone in the Special Olympics community an apology for my poor choice of Halloween costume the other night. It was a last minute decision. It was the wrong one. The Special Olympics were right to call me out on it. They do great work supporting so many tremendous athletes and I am sorry for being insensitive. Lesson learned," he wrote on social media.
We can't believe that people - cough cough, Megyn Kelly - still think blackface or poking fun at people with disabilities is OK!

He's really laying it all out there!
Justin Timberlake looks back on his unbelievable life in his new book Hindsight & All The Things I Can't See In Front Of Me, and he goes into detail about his split from Britney Spears and how he found his happily ever after with wife Jessica Biel.
JT seemingly confirmed what everybody already knew, that Brit Brit cheated on him and caused their breakup, which inspired him to write his hit "Cry Me a River" just two hours after the relationship fizzled.
"I've been scorned. I've been pissed off. The feelings I had were so strong I had to write it. I translated my feelings into a form where people could listen and hopefully relate to it. People heard me and they understood it because we’ve all been there," he explained.
The singer also revealed that he met now-wife Jessica Biel at a private party in 2007, but failed to get her number and they went their separate ways until she came to see him at his San Diego concert months later. The rest is history, as they say!
"Jess changed me. She changed my life. We've had a lot of unforgettable times. She's been a huge influence on my life, and I have such admiration for her, especially seeing her as a mother now. I've watched my wife change. I've watched her body change. It's a temple. It should be worshiped. It should be marveled at. I'm fascinated by her. She's everything, man. I wake up and roll over and look at her, and I'm inspired," he gushed. Aww!
Things got even sweeter when they welcomed their son Silas together.
"Having a child has been the pinnacle of my life. I had such intense feelings – nothing that I've ever experienced can compare to it. The things I have learned from being a father have been profound. Hilary Duff and boyfriend Matthew Koma have welcomed a baby girl named Banks Violet to the world, they announced on Instagram yesterday.
"Banks Violet Bair this little bit has fully stolen our hearts! She joined our world at home on Thursday afternoon and is absolute magic,†the actress captioned a pic of them and their new princess.

It was a family affair!
Kate Hudson headed to the park with newborn daughter Rani Rose, her sons Ryder and Bing, and her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa over the weekend, and it looks like the actress is already getting her pre-baby body back less than a month after giving birth. How do these celebs snap back so quickly?!
The bubbly blond has her hands full with three young children, but that doesn't mean she's taking any time off work!
In fact, she just signed up to star in the new movie Blood Moon alongside Craig Robinson. The flick is about a girl who possesses strange and dangerous abilities, and escapes from a mental asylum in New Orleans. Production doesn't start until next spring, so she's got ample time to enjoy maternity leave.

Lena Dunham appeared on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast, and made the surprising confession that she's clean and sober after struggling with an anxiety medication addiction.
“I’ve been sober for six months. My particular passion was Klonopin. I was having crazy anxiety and having to show up for things that I didn’t feel equipped to show up for. But I know I need to do it, and when I take a Klonopin, I can do it. It made me feel like the person I was supposed to be. It was like suddenly I felt like the part of me that I knew was there was freed up to do her thing," she admitted.
"It stopped being ‘I take one when I fly,’ to ‘I take one when I’m awake.’ I didn’t have any trouble getting a doctor to tell me, ‘No you have serious anxiety issues, you should be taking this. This is how you should be existing.' I was diagnosed with pretty serious PTSD. I have a few sexual traumas in my past and then I had all these surgeries and then I had my hysterectomy after a period of really extreme pain. It stopped feeling like I had panic attacks and it started feeling like I was a living panic attack. The only thing that was notable was the parts of the day where I didn’t feel like I was going to barf and faint," she revealed.
She eventually realized it was a problem and took the steps to wean herself off the drugs.
"If I look back, there were a solid three years where I was, to put it lightly, misusing benzos, even though it was all quote unquote doctor prescribed. Nobody I know who are prescribed these medications is told, ‘By the way, when you try and get off this, it’s going to be like the most hellacious acid trip you’ve ever had where you’re f—– clutching the walls and the hair is blowing off your head and you can’t believe you found yourself in this situation.’ Now the literal smell of the inside of pill bottles makes me want to throw up. I still feel like my brain is recalibrating itself to experience anxiety. I just feel literally on my knees grateful every day," she added.

It seems there have been a few bumps in the road, though.
Demi Moore was crowned woman of the year at the Peggy Albrecht Friendly House’s 29th Annual Awards Luncheon on Saturday, and the actress reflected on her own battle with addiction in her powerful acceptance speech.
"I feel like there are defining moments in our lives that shape who we are and the direction we go, and early in my career, I was spiraling down a path of real self-destruction, and no matter what successes I had, I just never felt good enough. I had absolutely no value for myself. And this self-destructive path, it very quickly … brought me to a real crisis point. And it wasn’t clear at the time the reason — maybe it was divine intervention — but two people who I barely knew stepped up and took a stand for me, and they presented me with an opportunity," she told the crowd.
"In fact, it was more like an ultimatum … unless I was dead, that I better show up. They gave me a chance to redirect the course of my life before I destroyed everything. Clearly, they saw more of me than I saw of myself. And I’m so grateful because without that opportunity, without their belief in me, I wouldn’t be standing here today," she continued.
"I know in a moment of great struggle for me, I reached out to a wise teacher and expressed my fear that I wasn’t good enough. And she said, ‘You will never be good enough but you can know the value of your worth. Put down the measuring stick.’ So today, I put down the measuring stick and I thank you for this beautiful acknowledgment and the opportunity to know the value of my worth," she concluded.
Moore went to rehab for drug and alcohol addiction in the 1980s, and then she suffered an episode after smoking "spice" and having convulsions in January 2012.
