Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have settled their divorce and they will not be moving forward with their May 6 trial date, according to TMZ.

After just 72 days of marriage, Kim filed for divorce in October of 2011, citing "irreconcilable differences." However, Kris wanted an annulment based on marriage fraud and $7 million, but the website reports that the NBA star "softened his position" on the annulment because there wasn't enough evidence to prove that Kim actually committed fraud. We're guessing the fact that he didn't show up to their last two hearings probably didn't help his case either...

The settlement will reportedly be announced today in court, and while both Kim and Kris are both required to attend the meeting, Kris is reportedly going to be a no show yet again as he's getting ready for the NBA playoffs, so he will likely be facing even more fines.

The much maligned actress/party girl recently came back from Coachella where she enjoyed the music festival without partaking in any alcohol or drugs, even turning in early both nights.

Seeing as how this is right before she heads off to rehab, it does make sense!

Looks like little Willow wasn't having fun on the back of a bike as her parents Pink and Carey Hart tried to go for a ride while in Amsterdam on Thursday.

Despite her daughter's tears, Willow was able to come around and have fun which was perfect for the 33-year-old singer who's two months in her The Truth About Love world tour.
