Khloe Kardashian sure is thankful she dresses for any occasion yesterday when a gust of wind nearly exposed her while out with sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner at the Four Seasons in Agoura Hills.

"Shorts, spanks, boy shorts under a dress/skirt are a must!" the 28-year-old reality star lightly tweeted after the incident occurred.

Glad she was prepared!

Justin Bieber's pet doesn't seem to be going anywhere as German customs officials have seized the singer's monkey and have placed it under quarantine.

The 19-year-old pop star arrived at Munich airport last Thursday with his capuchin monkey but did not secure the required documents necessary to bring it into the country, therefore leaving it in the custody of authorities.

"Justin Bieber brought his monkey to Germany, but had no official paperwork with him," customs spokesman Thomas Meister said. "We were forced to confiscate the animal."

Bieber is currently on the German leg of his Believe tour in Europe, with his next show slated for Saturday night in Austria.

It seemed like a good Friday for Emma Roberts as the young starlet looked super cute in her American Eagle T and jeans during her busy afternoon in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old actress rocked a printed tee, cropped jeans and red flats as she posed for some pictures with fans before heading to a meeting in West Hollywood.

It only gets better for Julia Roberts' niece this summer in the new comedy We're the Millers where she'll star alongside Jennifer Aniston.

While Kim Kardashian told Jay Leno last night that she thinks it's "a little bully-ish to call a pregnant woman fat" and that some of the comments on her 25-pound weight gain were upsetting, she's failing to realize that what most of us have a problem with is her maternity style.

We're not sure if Kanye is responsible for this or if Kim is getting genuinely bad advice from a stylist she's paying, but we really wish her sisters would stage an intervention! We honestly can't remember the last time a pregnant starlet made this many fashion fails ... and she's barely showing!

Kim was snapped in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon before a shoot for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and she seemed a bit peeved about something. Maybe she's just missing her heels?

Seriously though, why isn't Kourt helping her out?!

Jennifer Garner stopped by the Brentwood Country Mart yesterday with children Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, and the mom-of-three seemed to have no problem juggling her kiddos!

Her daughters held hands as they strolled to their car, and even though her baby boy is walking now, Jen G decided to give him a lift and carry him in her arms.

The actress looked adorable in jeans, a plaid shirt, and Oxfords, and clearly keeping up with her brood is also keeping her in great shape!
