Is the singer hiding a swollen mouth from getting her teeth worked on, or might she be suffering from a cold sore?

She recently went public with her new romance with boyfriend David Lucado, so maybe she just wanted her fresh pearly whites to be a surprise for her beau? Who knows!

It was just announced that Miss Spears will be a special guest host at KIIS FM's annual Wango Tango concert on May 11th, so whatever is causing her to be bashful is bound to be gone by then!

Jennifer Garner went on her daily java run to the Brentwood Country Mart this morning, and the actress brought her look-a-like son Samuel with her!

Her little bundle of joy just turned 1-year-old last month, and the older he gets the more he looks nothing like his daddy Ben Affleck!

Dressed for the chilly morning, the tot wore a hoodie and baby Uggs, while his mom looked like she had just come from a workout class in spandex and running shoes.

Jen G and her hubby are happily married, and the Argo star thinks everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, should be allowed to bask in wedded bliss if they choose!

After President Obama tweeted his support of same-sex marriage, the Oscar winner retweeted the message with a simple "I agree" as a caption.

Shakira attended the launch party for her new perfume at the Sephora flagship store on Avenue des Champs Elysees in Paris yesterday, and the sexy singer showed some skin in a low-cut lace top and a pair of tight leather pants.

“Paris’s Champs-Élysées is looking pretty busy for the S by Shakira fragrance launch at @Sephora!” she tweeted. “The first signature! #SbyShakira #Paris."

And she's not only finding success with her perfume, but also with her new role on The Voice! The singing competition returned to the tube on Monday night, and we're not sure if it's because of the new judges (as you know, Usher and Shakira replaced Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green) or a better crop of talent this season, but the two-hour blind-auditions round had ratings that were roughly 12 percent higher than the fall premiere of the show.

She finally popped!

Kristen Bell and beau Dax Shepard have welcomed their daughter into the world , the couple announced on Twitter today.

"Lincoln Bell Shepard is here. She has mom's beauty and dad's obsessions with breasts. Horray!" the comedian tweeted confirming the birth.

This is the first child for the couple, who announced they were expecting last November. Engaged since 2009, the pair have yet to walk down the aisle, and have previously declared that they will not wed until same-sex couples have equal rights.

Let's hope the delivery went smoothly!

The Veronica Mars actress revealed childbirth scared her in the months leading up to the big day.

"I feel like, when I arrive at the hosptial, I want a glass of whiskey, I want the epidural in my back and I want to get hit in the face with a baseball bat and wake me up when it's over because I've seen the videos - and it looks terrifying," she joked on Ellen earlier this year.

Despite hinting that she wasn't coming back in a few recent interviews, it's now confirmed that Demi Lovato will return for the third season of the The X Factor.

Lovato said in a statement:

"I am so excited to return as a judge and mentor on The X Factor. Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel. I look forward to taking my previous experience and applying it to make this season even better!"

In February Demi was asked whether she would resume her role as a judge, and the 20-year-old starlet told Extra, "I'm focusing on my music this year, so it's going to be a lot of touring, a lot of promoting of my album … but I would love to. Obviously, if they asked for me to come back, I'd say yes." However, during a chat with Cosmo the week before that, Demi said, "I don't think I was ready when I started on The X Factor. In an ideal situation I would have maybe waited a year or more. I dived into work really quickly and maybe that wasn't the best idea at the time..."

"I couldn't be happier that Demi wants to come back this year," Simon Cowell said of the news. "She's a superstar in her own right and was a fantastic mentor last year. Even though she can be really, really annoying -- I truly enjoyed working with her and so did the artists. I'm especially pleased she's back, even during her world tour!" Hmm, maybe she was "really annoying" because she was asking for a heftier contract this time around?

Lovato and Britney Spears joined the show last season, replacing former judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul, but Spears and fellow judge L.A. Reid revealed that they were leaving earlier this year, after just one season on the program. Britney was paid $15 million for the gig, while Demi earned a paltry $1 million ... we're guessing she got a significant pay bump for the next season!

Yet another clip from Iron Man 3 hit the web this week, and in it we see Gwyneth Paltrow's character apparently saving Tony Stark from a certain fate.

Stark prepares to battle it out against the Mandarin, played by Ben Kingsley. The film hits theaters on May 3.

A National Enquirer report recently claimed the actress and her hubby Ben Affleck were fighting over whether or not they should expand their family, but we don't believe the rumors!

"Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner are said to be locked in a bitter battle over whether to have another baby," the mag claims.

The bubbly brunette and her Boston beau already have their hands-full with three little ones, so we have no doubt they are on the same page when it comes to parenthood!
