Angelina Jolie made a United Nations visit to the Republic of Congo and Rwanda earlier this week to meet rape and sexual assault victims in the region, and she returned to Los Angeles on Wednesday.

But noticeably absent was her massive engagement ring from Brad Pitt, which she replaced with a simpler gold band. We highly doubt Angelina and Brad tied the knot, rather, she likely switched rings as not to be flaunting a 7 carat diamond worth an estimated $500,000 while visiting with refugees.

Yesterday the Oscar winner laid a wreath at the Rwanda memorial for the nearly 800,000 people killed in the 1992 genocide, and according to a statement from the UNHCR, the purpose of Jolie and Hague's visit was to "highlight the terrible human cost of war zone rape and to call for Governments worldwide to address this neglected and growing problem."

While Angie was sweet and smiley with our photographers, she simply laughed when asked if she was getting married this summer. Of course, when one videographed spoke up and asked if her gold ring was a wedding band, she replied, "No it's not." Check out the video below!

Lindsay Lohan took to her Twitter account to show off this snapshot of herself holding a guitar, and presumably it's her new boyfriend Avi Snow's music maker!

The troubled actress is seen holding the instrument as she pretends to strum the strings backstage at her musician beau's concert with his band City of the Sun. In fact, the group's actual guitarist John Pita can be seen hanging around in the backdrop of the picture!

After the Anger Management guest star tweeted the selfie, the band replied, "John's accidental photobomb." It sounds like the whole gang is warming up to Lilo being their #1 groupie!

So how does her new man feel about his budding relationship with the rehabbed redhead?

"She's really awesome, and she's a lot of fun. I would definitely call her one of our biggest supporters," he recently dished to E! News.

He's going to need to be one of her biggest supporters when she checks into court-ordered rehab in May!

On Wednesday afternoon LeAnn Rimes was snapped leaving a local eatery with a few takeout orders, and she dressed up in wedges, skinny jeans and a hot pink sweater.

Turns out the country singer was on her way to the recording studio, as she tweeted, "Headed to lay down a track with Crystal Method and @darrellbrown ... Love doing different things!" Hmm, is someone putting a dance mix on their next album? That could be um, interesting.

And speaking of the color pink, about an hour ago LeAnn changed her Twitter profile picture to the new Human Rights Campaign pink and red equality logo to show her support for marriage equality. She may be guilty of adultery, but don't ever accuse her of discriminating against the LGBT community when it comes to love!

We doubt this will be the last time we see officers leaving Justin Bieber's gated Calabasas community!

Bieber is currently being investigated for battery against a neighbor, and while a source close to the pop star's security team tells X17online that "there was no physical altercation" between the two, it's now being reported that Bieber spit in the man's face!

Bieber reportedly had his Ferrari delivered to his home at 8am on Tuesday morning, and shortly after that he was "racing the vehicle up and down the streets," according to TMZ. The neighbor was upset about the noise, and he stepped onto Bieber's property, confronted the pop star about his reckless driving, yelling, "You can't drive like this!" The man told law enforcement officers that Bieber responded by saying, "Get the f*ck out of here," spit in his face and then added, "I'm gonna f*cking kill you."

However, sources tell Extra that Justin "did not spit in his neighbor's face and there are no photos, videos or witnesses that will prove otherwise." Additionally, there is a "history of bad blood between Justin and his neighbors where his neighbors have been in the wrong."  Apparently the pop star caught his neighbor’s wife taking pictures of him and his brother in his backyard, which is why he spent $100,000 to put up shrubs for privacy.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore stated that the man has filed a battery report, and he noted that there was possibly security camera footage for police to review.

Bieber recently chatted with Us Weekly about making headlines, and while he didn't specifically address this incident, he insists that he has his head in the right place. Biebs tells the mag:

"The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person. I get upset about that. I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail."

"I'm young and I make mistakes. That's part of growing up. I mess up sometimes. It's part of growing up. I know who I am and I'm not gonna let negativity towards me bring me down. I'm a positive person and I plan on staying that way. This business can break you down, but I have a strong team around me, and my family and all the fans. The love overcomes the negativity. I'm not perfect but I'm growing and trying to be better everyday. That's part of life. I'm young and I want to have fun. I don't think there is anything wrong with that."

On how he got his start and why he'll never diss High School Musical:

“[H]ere’s the one thing about High School Musical, that a lot of people forget or don’t realize. It affected a lot of people, its resonance, culturally, was massive … and at the same time, it was in every sense of it, the luckiest break in the world. The wrong thing to do—and that’s what all these interviews now are trying to get me to say— is to turn on it, to like sh*t on it, call it crap. But that’s insane. There are hundreds of people who began doing one thing when they were younger, who go on to develop and refine and shape their vision, as they get older, and other concerns—like fame, or money, take a back seat to other ones.”

On not complaining about his life:

"The b*tchiness doesn’t do anything. It just puts you out there and it makes you look unappreciative to your fans. If I’m talking to my friends, or somebody important who can have some influence on or affect the situation, that’s one thing, but to b*tch about attention while getting attention? I’d be doing it to the very people whose job it is to get that information—who are watching me and have control over that information. Therefore, it makes them upset, they read it like it’s hypocritical, and so they spread some bullsh*t. You should hear the chatroom sh*t that gets said every time you try to complain. So that’s why I’m not going to complain. I will do a lot of things in my life differently to make sure it’s not known or tweeted about or photographed. But it’s a complete day-to-day situation. I mean, I wish I could sit here and be completely honest—but I guess that’s an even bigger responsibility—and it’d take a more courageous man.”

She's back!

After a brief hiatus to focus on acting and star in Spring Breakers, Selena Gomez is ready to come back on the music scene with her brand new single "Come & Get It", which is set to be officially released on April 8.

In fact, she's not only debuting a new tune, she's also set to perform it live at the MTV Movie Awards on April 14!

"I'm so nervous," she told MTV about taking the stage. "I think it's really cool, 'cause I got to take a year off music and really be a part of great movies and work with great people, so I thought it would be perfect that I kind of go into music again through MTV and then the Movie Awards. So I thought it would be appropriate. I'm so stoked!"

We wonder if the brunette beauty might consult ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber for tips on wowing the crowd?!

We had totally forgotten that Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte was getting his own reality show on E!

This brand new teaser for What Would Ryan Lochte Do? gives us an in-depth look at the 28-year-old athlete's life, and thought cameras follow him to the pool, it's when he hits the bars (and hits on the ladies) that things get really interesting.

“Going out to look for a date, I don’t have to do that,” Ryan says. “They come to me.” When Ryan's assistant/pal Gene later asks him, "You're always with a different girl, what's up with you and women?" the swimmer replies, "They'll get too jealous because I'm always traveling ... they think I'm cheating on them. I wanna settle down. I want to find the one I can spend the rest of my life with. I just don’t see that sh*t happening soon."

However, Ryan later adds, "I won't give up on love ... I know it's out there and I believe everyone has a soul mate."

The show debuts on E! on April 21.
