On Wednesday night Chris Brown got scolded by police for blocking traffic outside of a Hollywood nightclub, and that was after he lashed out at a valet attendant at a charity event in Studio City!

So what did the 23-year-old R&B bad boy do on Thursday? At first we thought he was going to lay low at home, but after lounging around in a pair of sexy yellow sweats, he decided to race around town in his red Dodge Viper and stop by the recording studio.

We love the fact that he gave us a smile and a wave from the driver's seat, but we're definitely not digging the cigarette he's puffing on -- that can't be good for his voice, and while Rihanna is open about her love for pot, we don't know that she's a fan of this kind of smoker's breath!

Doctors are still trying to determine what caused Kelly Osbourne to have a seizure while filming E!'s Fashion Police yesterday.

Kelly tweeted the shot above and wrote, "Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?"

Kelly's rep added in a statement, "Kelly fainted on the set of E!'s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure."

Kelly fell to the floor at the end of the one-hour taping, and according to reports, she told Melissa Rivers that she wasn't feeling well before her collapse. The seizure lasted for approximately 30 seconds, and Kelly was then taken away on a stretcher.
