Holly Madison gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday, and she was still undecided on a name until today, when she revealed the chosen moniker was Rainbow Aurora Rotella!

How on Earth did the Playboy model and her beau Pasquale Rotella come up with that?!

"I wanted to give my daughter a unique name. Growing up, there was a girl in my school named Rainbow and I was so envious of that name. I thought it was so pretty and unique!" she told E! News.

Welcome to the world Rainbow!

On Thursday Renee Zellweger landed at Los Angeles International Airport, and after getting a peek at her eyes at the Academy Awards last month, it seems like there's something funky going on with her mouth now. Shortly after the Oscars in late February, In Touch magazine spoke to plastic surgeon Dr. Steve Fallek, who said, “In addition to having many injectables in her face, [Renee] also looks as if she’s gotten her lips plumped.” However, a rep for Renee shot down the article, saying it was “not true.” But if it wasn't plastic surgery, what HAS she done to her once-stunning looks?

Doctors are still trying to determine what caused Kelly Osbourne to have a seizure while filming E!'s Fashion Police yesterday.

Kelly tweeted the shot above and wrote, "Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?"

Kelly's rep added in a statement, "Kelly fainted on the set of E!'s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure."

Kelly fell to the floor at the end of the one-hour taping, and according to reports, she told Melissa Rivers that she wasn't feeling well before her collapse. The seizure lasted for approximately 30 seconds, and Kelly was then taken away on a stretcher.

Sofia Vergara and fiance Nick Loeb have enlisted the help of a surrogate to have a biological child, Page Six reports.

The couple have asked a close friend to carry the child, and reportedly the implantation procedure has already taken place, so they are waiting to hear if it was successful.

"A procedure has taken place, and Sofia and Nick will find out in a few weeks if it was successful, if the surrogate is pregnant, and if they will become parents. A baby is something they've both wanted for a while, particularly Nick, who has been pushing for it. He is a little uneasy that the surrogate is Sofia's close friend, but is very excited about becoming a father," the source revealed.

The Latin beauty is already a mom to son Manolo, 21, but this will be the first child for her beau.
