Pete Wentz and girlfriend Meagan Camper attended a charity event last night at Pinz Bowling Alley in Studio City, and as usual, the rocker was in good spirits as he posed for photographs and signed autographs for fans.

The Fall Out Boy musician has been going strong with his model girlfriend for some time now, but it's another woman who is reportedly causing stress in his life!

The bassist is rumored to be concerned about ex-wife Ashlee Simpson's drinking and her ability to care for their 4-year-old son Bronx.

"Pete is worried that Bronx's well-being could be affected if Ashlee continues to party hard, and he's concerned about her right now. With the situation as it is, if Ashlee doesn't sort herself out soon, Pete believes he will have no option but to go to the courts to get this matter resolved," a source dished to Radar.

If there ends up being a custody battle, Pete gets our vote!

Demi Moore filed divorce papers against estranged hubby Ashton Kutcher at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday, and not only is she requesting spousal support, but she wants Kutcher to pay her attorney fees.

After six years of marriage the couple split in late 2011, and Ashton filed his own documents in December. Though the two reportedly tried to negotiate a confidential and amicable settlement, New York Post's Page Six reports that the case will likely go to trial. The Post added that Kutcher, who reportedly earned $24 million last year, was "very difficult during the talks. You could even say he has been hostile."

Additionally, Moore cites the date of separation as November 17, 2011, which indicates that the two were still together when Ashton cheated on Demi with Sara Leal in September of 2011. Leal claimed Ashton said he was separated at the time of the affair, so if this does end up in court, it will be interesting to see what happens as far as allegations of adultery.

Halle Berry was spotted leaving H.O.M.E. restaurant in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night in the passenger seat of her Lexus SUV, and it seems like in a mad rush to get home, her driver forgot to turn on the vehicle's headlights!

Halle and her pal were pulled over by police just a few minutes after leaving dinner, and after the Dark Tide star exchanged a few words with the cops, the ladies were on their way.

While Halle has been busy with Nahla and the men in her life, she will be getting back to work this year on the new X-Men film! Producer/director Bryan Singer has officially announced that Halle will play Storm in the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past. Singer tweeted, "Couldn’t be more excited that #HalleBerry has joined the cast of #XMen #DaysofFuturePast. Hopefully she can improve the weather in Montreal."

Pregnant Kim Kardashian was on a flight back from Paris when she began to experience severe abdominal pains, and it scared her so badly she landed at LAX and immediately rushed to the doctor!

Not to worry, though, Baby Kimye is just fine!

Apparently the reality star was just experiencing flu symptoms and there was no need to fear a miscarriage. The physician recommended the brunette bombshell slow down her hectic schedule and get good rest.

The stress of moving into her new $12 million Bel Air mansion on top of her messy upcoming divorce trial isn't helping Kimmy K relax, either!

"She's been working a lot, and with the divorce and the move and everything else she has going on, she just needs to take a little rest," a source tells Us.

Demi Lovato recently made an unexpected admission during a WBLI radio interview when she revealed she has an older half-sister she never knew existed until this year!

"I have an older sister I've never known my whole life, who's in her 30's. She's my half-sister, but I talked to her for the very first time in my life around when I turned 20," she confessed.

The "Heart Attack" singer didn't offer any other details like the sister's name or whether she's her father's or mother's child, but she did explain how their first meeting went down.

"I asked her, I said, 'Why haven't you ever contacted me?' She said, 'Well, I never wanted you to think I wanted anything from you. So I've just been kind of waiting to see if you wanted a relationship," she divulged.

The X-Factor judge was taken aback with her sister's sincerity, too!

"I thought that was so incredible. So, I actually have three sisters," she added.

Lindsay Lohan should take a page from Miss Lovato's book!

Jessica Simpson accidentally confirmed she was expecting a baby boy during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and she couldn't have done it in a more typical fashion!

The blonde bombshell was chatting with the talk show host about her second pregnancy and how she has experienced bad morning sickness this time around when she accidentally revealed the gender of her unborn child.

"The crazy thing is I never knew a weiner could make me nauseous," she joked before adding, "Well, I guess I just told the world that I'm having a boy!"

Her little man, rumored to be named Ace, will join 10-month-old sister Maxwell. The fashion mogul might have expanded her family at a rapid rate, but she has a plan to pause the baby making long enough to make it down the aisle with fiance Eric Johnson!

"Maybe I should go back to when I was younger. I was a virgin before I married [to Nick Lachey], so maybe I should just completely reverse and just stop having sex all together until Eric and I actually say 'I do'," she kidded.

That's probably a good idea!

Except there was one problem -- his car was left totally unattended!

Chris Brown stopped by Emerson in Hollywood last night, and rather than valet parking his red Dodge Viper, he decided to stop right in the middle of La Brea Blvd and park it there. When cops went to reprimand him for blocking traffic, they couldn't find him, but luckily one of his pals smoothed things out with the police and Chris came out of the club shortly thereafter, around 2:15am. Chris didn't get ticketed, but cops were finally able to exchange a few words with him.
