Jennifer Garner showed off her perfectly sculpted arms at boxing class this morning, and the actress doesn't let a day go by without squeezing in a workout. We all know exercise is a good stress reliever, and she's had more than her fair share of that lately!

Now that Ben Affleck has completed his treatment in rehab, he's back at home and back to having sleepovers with Playboy model girlfriend Shauna Sexton. His ex isn't too thrilled with his new romance, but she's trying to stay out of it and let his counselors and sober coaches steer him in the right direction.

A source tells X17:

"Jen would obviously prefer if Shauna wasn't in the picture. It's not a jealousy thing at all, she just wishes Ben would focus on his sobriety, his kids, and his career and stop looking for love in all the wrong places. She thinks he's incapable of being alone, and that he has to learn how to be OK with himself before he dives into a relationship, or else he puts himself in danger of relapsing."

She's the perfect example of how to conduct yourself after a painful divorce, as she decided to focus on motherhood and her health, and give herself some time to just be single.

At least she can admit when she's wrong.

Kim Kardashian realizes that thanking her sisters for saying it looked like she wasn't eating on Keeping Up with the Kardashians wasn't the wisest move, and she's sincerely sorry for promoting such an unhealthy body image.

"I honestly, looking back in having said that, I 100 percent completely understand where people would be coming from that felt that way. So my intention is never to offend anyone and I really, you know, apologize if I offended anyone, because an eating disorder is - I know people that have serious eating disorders that have been in and out of the hospital for 15 years, close people. So I've like, been through, I have experienced it enough to have, like, known better," she explained on Ashley Graham's Pretty Big Deal podcast.

"You know, sometimes when you're - you know I was, like, with my sisters and we were laughing and joking and it's loud and you are - you know, I dunno, I guess, sometimes you can get, like, carried away and just, it was insensitive, you know, and it definitely wasn't my intention though. And I think, especially my fans and everyone that was watching was supportive, like, "OK, look, like, maybe you guys shouldn't have said that but I know what you were saying,'" she added.

Another topic of discussion? Daughter Chicago, born via surrogate.

"She is such a doll. She looks like, honestly, my twin mixed with Saint. It’s like the two of us in her. I think I was so nervous to have a surrogate and to have that connection that God was like, 'I’m going to make her look just like you,'" she gushed.

Kimmy K certainly is a PR pro!

We can see why people are concerned.

Anna Faris jokingly posted this pic of herself in her underwear on Instagram yesterday, and almost immediately, fans began pointing out how skinny she was and accused her of being anorexic. Shortly thereafter, the actress removed the photo, not wanting to deal with all the body shaming.

While the bubbly blonde does look drastically underweight, we think it's reckless to jump to the conclusion that a woman must be suffering from an eating disorder.

A source tells X17:

"Anna is not intentionally losing weight. The stress of her divorce from Chris Pratt, coupled with her jealously over his new relationship with Katherine Schwarzenegger, has totally wiped out her appetite. She makes an effort to eat even though she's really sick to her stomach still over the breakup of her family. She's doing her best to be healthy for son Jack, but it's a really anxious, stressful time in her life."

Caitlyn Jenner's girlfriend Sophia Hutchins made an appearance on the Hidden Truth show with Jim Breslo yesterday, and clarified the nature of her relationship with the transgender reality star.

"I wouldn't describe it as a romantic relationship. I would describe our relationship as we're partners, we're business partners, I'm the executive director of her foundation, we have so much in common. We see the world so similarly, and we both are such a good match for each other because we challenge each other. She challenges me in so many ways, has allowed me to grow in so many ways, I challenge her to grow... I think because we share so many of the same passions and views, it's a great match and a great partnership," she told the host

When Breslo pointed out that they live together and that fans want to know if they're intimately involved, the blonde co-ed dodged the question and gave a very measured response.

"I don't think it's that important. I think it's unfortunate that the media has fixated on to 'Is it romantic or is it not?' I don't think we need to talk about it. We're partners in everything we do, we're inseparable, we're business partners, we live together, we share a dog, we share family, we share life together. As far as caving into the media and having one of us label it as something, we're not going to do that," she explained.

So what about their age difference?

"I don't see age as a factor in our relationship. I see us as two souls that are a fantastic match for one another, and I feel so blessed that we found each other and to be so supportive of each other in everything we do. I feel beyond blessed that we've been able to keep it going for the time that we've been able to keep it going," she added.

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry have been going strong since they reconciled earlier this year following a brief split in February 2017, and now the actor is planning on popping the question!

"Orlando doesn’t have a ring yet but has been talking about the future. Everyone would be excited if they got engaged. Katy is wonderful!” a source dished to People.

Just last week, the lovebirds made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Monte-Carlo Gala for the Global Ocean event, and if that doesn't indicate they're in it for the long haul we don't know what does.

"He always said he would absolutely get married again, and it seems Katy could be it. They both seem very happy. This has been an amazing year for the relationship. It’s like they needed to split and get back together again to get to this point," the source added.

Bloom was previously married to supermodel Miranda Kerr, while the pop star was married to Russell Brand.

It's ON! Ben Affleck invited is Playboy model girlfriend Shauna Sexton for a sexy sleepover Tuesday night and he even escorted her out Wednesday morning at 7:45am!

No, Ben doesn't send his date home in an Uber ... he gives her a car! The 22-year-old model has been driving Ben's Ford Expedition for the entire time Affleck was in rehab and today was no different. He reversed the car out of his privacy drape-protected driveway and she quickly walked around the car, got in the driver's seat and pulled away.

Ben retreated behind the curtain with his dog and headed back inside.

Meanwhile, Ben's got two sober coaches with him so we're pretty sure there was no partying going on last night, just a quiet night at home for Ben and his devoted girlfriend. Who would have ever expected these two would last -- from their messy night out at Nobu a month and a half ago to her visits at his home with alcohol delivery, to now. Shauna stayed loyal to her man for the more than 30 days he was in rehab -- driving his car, running errands, doing her thing.


Yesterday, a very buff Ben dropped by Warner Bros. studios for another meeting yesterday afternoon, amid rumors he's eager to prove himself and reprise his role as Batman.

"He is back in shape not only for his health but he has a new-found love on doing Batman at least one more time again. He feels he isn’t finished with what he wants to do with the character. There has been talk about replacing him, but he is now seeing what he might lose and really wants to play the character again. Especially seeing what Joaquin Phoenix is doing with the Joker character,” a source dished to Hollywood Life.

“He would really like to take the character of Batman and visit a more serious tone and side of the character and working with someone like Joaquin would absolutely spark his creative juices. He wants to figure something out with Warner Brothers to don the cape one more time," the source added.

After that meeting, he headed to a recovery meeting with a sober coach and a male pal. Now that he's focused on sobriety, a career comeback would be the cherry on top!

This doesn't sound like a good idea.

Ben Affleck is considering attending best friend Matt Damon's birthday party in Las Vegas this coming weekend, but his pals are worried his recent troubles with alcohol could put a damper on the festive mood.

"Ben’s invited, but it’s more like they’re trying to dis-invite him," a source dished to Radar.

The Oscar winner had already planned on going to the bash before his intervention and trip to rehab last month.

"He thinks he’s okay to go to the party. It’s been planned for months, way before his stint in rehab. But those who are going to Vegas for Matt are concerned. They think Ben will blow all the fun because everyone will be so focused on him, if he’s doing okay — and if he’s drinking," the source added.

So what are they going to do about it? Call in Jen G, that's what!

"The plan is to tell Jennifer not to let him go. They are hoping, like before, she will lay down the law and he’ll listen," the insider revealed.

Kim Kardashian just revealed that Kanye wrote her a one million dollar check after she turned down a fashion endorsement deal with one of Yeezy's competitors.

“It is great money, but the brand was typically knockoff Yeezy, so I said let me ask Kanye how he feels about it," she told Ashley Graham on the model's new Pretty Big Deal podcast.

The rapper urged her to walk away from her pay day, but he made sure to make it up to her in a big way!

"He happened to be recording out of town and I get an envelope delivered to the door. I open the envelope and it is a million dollar check and a note saying, ‘Thank you for always supporting me and not posting.' My mom was like, ‘Are you going to cash this?’ And I was like, ‘You better believe I am going to cash this!’ I have no shame. I did feel bad, but two days later, I was like, cashed!" she admitted.

That wasn't all 'Ye did, though! He also gave his wifey a stake in his label as a way to express his gratitude.

"In the rest of the envelope, it was a full, thick contract to be an owner of Yeezy to my have my percentage," she added.
