After leaving the 85th Annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theater on Sunday night, just about every A-lister and producer headed to the Vanity Fair Oscar after party at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
Ben Affleck showed off his Oscar for Best Picture, Jennifer Aniston gave us a quick wave as she walked in with fiance Justin Theroux, and the notoriously grumpy Halle Berry looked like a million bucks when she flashed us a smile.
Best Supporting Actress winner Anne Hathaway ditched her pink Prada dress for a silky blue number while Best Actress winner Jennifer Lawrence slipped into a sexy metallic gown, but most of the starlets stayed in the same couture we snapped them wearing on the red carpet. The Rocket Man sure knows how to throw a party!
Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian managed to break away from filming their reality show to attend Elton John's Oscar bash last night, and the sisters rubbed elbows with tons of their celeb friends, including Nicki Minaj! Other pals at the party included Miley Cyrus, Kelly Osbourne, Molly Sims, and Carmen Electra, among others.
Pregnant Kimmy K donned a white gown that showed off her growing baby bump, while Kourtney kept it conservative in a floor length red and black floral dress. Although they looked amazing, it's Khloe who we think hit it out of the park with her fashion choice! Clad in a neon one shoulder dress, Lamar Odom's wifey managed to steal the show from her famous siblings!
The spotlight will be back on Kim soon enough, though! Due in July, the brunette beauty is expecting a baby girl with Kanye West, according to reports.
We wonder if Miss Minaj and Khloe talked about American Idol vs. X-Factor?

Heidi Klum did not attend the 85th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night, but she definitely stole the show at the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar Viewing Party!
"Honored to be sitting w/ the amazing @eltonjohndotcom," she tweeted. "The work he does for @ejaforg is truly inspiring! #Oscars"
The 39-year-old supermodel wore a daring gold Julien Macdonald gown which left little to the imagination, and not only did she accessorize with tons of clunky jewelry, but she also wore an ostrich feather boa. While this outfit desperately screams for attention, we have to hand it to the Project Runway host for her flawless figure.

We love the chocolate locks!
Britney Spears attended Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscar party last night, and we almost didn't recognize the pop princess! The former blonde is now a brunette!
The "Toxic" singer showed off her new hairstyle as she walked the red carpet in a glittery black Michael Cinco dress, and we haven't seen her look this good in a while!
Now that she's single, she must be looking to spice things up!
After splitting with fiance Jason Trawick in January, the former X-Factor judge is getting romantic with a new man named David, who is reportedly a field researcher at a law firm. They even spent Valentine's Day together!
We wonder how a normal guy managed to snag our beloved Brit Brit?!

Talk about every girl's worst nightmare!
Jennifer Lawrence won big last night at the Oscars, taking home the Best Actress statue for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, but her embarrassing fall almost overshadowed her victory!
After her name was called as the winner, the stunned 23-year-old star made her way to the stage in a gorgeous Dior gown, but as she was walking up the stairs she took a tumble that brought her to her knees!
The blonde beauty immediately acknowledged the blunder as the crowd stood to clap for her.
"You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell - it's really embarrassing. This is nuts!" she joked before thanking her fans and colleagues.
Leave it up to J-Law to handle the situation with grace and humor!

On Friday Kristen Stewart was snapped out with boyfriend Rob Pattinson's friends for the second night that week, and we're guessing her mysterious foot injury might have occurred shortly after these photos were snapped! (After all, on Saturday it was reported that K. Stew was on crutches at the Oscars rehearsal.)
Kristen partied with Rob's pals, including Marcus Foster and his bandmate Jack Standen, and she was seen running around on the sidewalk, laughing and riding around in another man's arms. Hmm, if it's true that she's having problems in her relationship, this isn't the best way to show Rob how serious she is about staying together!
On Sunday Kristen ran into Anne Hathaway backstage at the Oscars, and when the Best Supporting Actress winner spotted her crutches, the Twilight star said, "I know, I'm an idiot ... But congratulations!"
"Please tell me you're going on stage with those [crutches]," Hathaway said. "Nope," Stewart replied. "I'm gonna hobble." Hathaway joked, "Well, break a leg ... Oops!" Stewart then revealed that she cut her foot recently after stepping on glass. "I just hope [the wound] doesn't open up right now."
Stewart's manicurist added to Us Mag, "She had sliced her foot and everyone was worrying about would she wear heels or flats or one heel, crutches or no crutches. She tried so many options, she was really a trouper."

The 85th Academy Awards were held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday in Hollywood, and while host Seth MacFarlane wasn't nearly as awful as James Franco back in 2011, the Family Guy creator's jokes weren't anywhere near as good as his many musical numbers.
The telecast ran nearly 30 minutes over, but from Jennifer Lawrence tripping on her way to the podium to Joaquin Phoenix getting caught on camera being a bad sport, there was plenty of entertainment!
Of course, the big moment of the evening was when Ben Affleck finally took the stage with George Clooney and Grant Heslov to accept the Best Picture Oscar for Argo. Ben may have gotten snubbed after he failed to receive a Best Director nomination, but it looks like the Academy may have felt a bit remorseful over that decision, as the film also won Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Editing. Check out his speech below ... it was truly the highlight of the show for us!
Life of Pi took home four awards, including Best Director (Ang Lee), Cinematography, Best Original Score and Best Visual Effects. Despite being nominated in 12 categories, Lincoln only won two awards, for Daniel Day-Lewis as Best Actor in a Leading Role and for Achievement in Production Design.
As expected, Anne Hathaway won the Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for playing Fantine in Les Miserables and Jennifer Lawrence won Best Actress in a Lead Role for Silver Linings Playbook, and Django Unchained picked up awards for Best Original Screenplay (Quentin Tarantino) and Best Supporting Actor (Christoph Waltz).

Anne Hathaway looked beautiful in a pink satin Prada dress on the red carpet at the 85th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday, but it seems as though she's making a joke here about the darted seams on her dress. Or are those actually her nipples? We honestly can't tell, but we do love the color of it!
All joking aside, we're happy she won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Fantine in Les Miserables, because her performance was so moving we cried in the theater. See, chopping off her hair and losing 30 pounds was SO worth it!
“I’m just overjoyed, it’s a blessing. It’s as simple as that,†Anne told reporters before her big win. “I guess it really all begins with getting married. I found my soul mate and we committed ourselves to each other and it’s just the best thing ever. All of this has just been the cherry on top of a wonderful, wonderful dish of vegan ice cream.†Of course...
