Ben seems to be in high spirits despite being snubbed for a nomination in the Best Director category for Argo. Then again, the film has been nominated for an Academy Award in the Best Picture category.

Kim Kardashian decided she didn't get a sufficient flannel fix at the doctor yesterday, so she threw on her favorite plaid shirt yet again as she made her way to the gym for a workout this morning!

The reality star is back in L.A. after spending Carnival in Brazil with boyfriend Kanye West, and as much as we know Kimmy K loves vacation, nothing takes precedence to filming her various E! shows.

Considering Kimye has decided they don't want to put their baby on camera, producers are going to have to drum up some drama with sisters Kourtney and Khloe!

On Wednesday we spotted newly single Bethenny Frankel and her adorable daughter Bryn shopping on Robertson Blvd in West Hollywood, and the ladies were joined by a mystery man with a diaper bag.

After indulging in a little retail therapy, the group stopped by the Georgetown Cupcake bakery for some sweets. Looks like everyone is stocking up on them this Valentine's Day!

There's still no update on her divorce proceedings with ex-hubby Jason Hoppy, but things could definitely turn ugly. The reality star/Skinnygirl mogul filed for divorce from Hoppy on January 5 and moved out of their Tribeca pad two weeks later, but less than three weeks after that, Hoppy filed his own papers, asking for primary custody of Bryn, child support and possession of their Tribeca home, which reportedly cost $5 million. Frankel is asking for the same things, so we're hoping for everyone's sake this is resolved quickly and amicably.

You can't blame her for being concerned!

Katy Perry "doesn't approve" of her pal Rihanna's decision to reunite with Chris Brown, and their once tight bond has suffered because of it, sources tell Us Weekly.

The "Fireworks" singer and the "Stay" crooner have been close for years, but the two apparently went out of their way to avoid each other at the Grammys last Sunday.

"They aren't tight anymore because Katy doesn't approve of Rihanna dating Chris Brown," the source adds.

The brunette bombshell chose to stick by her man John Mayer all night at the award show, while the Barbadian beauty put her love for Chris Brown on full display with some very public PDA!

It's so sad their friendship is struggling, but we're going to have to agree with Katy on this one!

Eva Longoria helped announce the Lay’s Do Us a Flavor contest finalists during the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, and we're not sure if she sampled the chicken and waffles flavor, but she sure looks happy to be holding it!

Longoria and fellow campaign spokesperson, chef Michael Symon, introduced three new flavors that will hit shelves nationwide beginning next week. Fans have until May to vote for their favorites, and the flavor with the most votes will win the contest.

What are our other two options? Cheesy garlic bread and Sriracha, a hot sauce frequently used in Thai dishes.

She recently wrapped production on the new Diablo Cody flick Paradise, which is about "a young conservative woman [who] suffers a crisis of faith" after surviving a plane crash. Russell Brand and Holly Hunter will also star in the film.

While Julianne has been lining up tons of movie gigs these days, let's not forget that her ahem, big acting break came when she played an uncredited Hogwarts schoolgirl in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. She's really come a long way, huh?

Brandi Glanville is busy promoting her tell-all book Drinking and Tweeting, and her latest stop was The Today Show, where she defended publicly spilling all the dirty details of her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian leaving her for Leann Rimes.

Asked if she thought about how her revelations will impact her sons Mason, 8, and Jake, 5, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star explained her decision unapologetically.

"One day all of this will be available for my kids to read and I think what they're going to take away from it is that throughout this entire time, I've never said a bad word about their dad in front of them," she told host Willie Geist.

Her TV actor ex released a statement regarding her book that read: "I certainly wish I handled some of the choices I made four years ago differently, but I have been conscious of the choices I have made since. Although this exploitive book, intended to hurt Leann and me, will ultimately only hurt and scar my kids. That deeply saddens and concerns me."

Miss Glanville's justification?

"Eddie's not working and me having to pay my own bills, this book will help me do that," she sniped.

So is there any hope of a happy ending for this modern family?

"At the end of the road, do I want to sit down next to them at my son's graduation? Yes," she confessed.

Let's hope for her sake, this literary masterpiece brings in the big bucks!
