Lindsay Lohan JUST boarded a flight to Los Angeles from New York's JFK airport moments ago with her mom Dina, headed to the west coast for her scheduled court date tomorrow, contrary to previous reports.

The actress' new attorney, Mark Heller, notified the court Tuesday that Lindsay would NOT appear, as ordered, due to illness. He submitted a doctor's note saying that Lohan's upper respiratory infection prevented her from flying.

A source tells X17 Lindsay's dad Michael is begging his daughter to take back attorney Shawn Holley and ditch Heller. As Heller isn't licensed to practice law in California, Lindsay's LA troubles may prevent the New York-based lawyer from representing her here anyway ...

Tomorrow is a pre-trial hearing for Lindsay's probation violation case for which she entered a not guilty plea via her former attorney, Holley, in January. This case -- just one of many pending legal matters for Linds -- is regarding the case of her lying to police in connection with her car accident on PCH last summer.

Word of advice to Lindsay ... beg for Shawn Holley to take you back!

Kim Kardashian hit the gym in Studio City on Tuesday morning, and the reality TV star rolled up in a $150,000 matte black Mercedes G63 and carried a $12,000 Hermes Birkin as her gym bag. Only the best for Kanye West's baby mama!

After landing at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday afternoon Kim tweeted, "There's no place like home!" but later added, "So excited to see everyone at my True Reflection fragrance meet & greet in Mississippi next month!" Seriously, when is she going to slow down and rest at home? After jetting all over the United States (not to mention to Europe and Africa) this month, you'd think she'd want to slow down and relax!

When asked about recent abuse allegations against her mother, Kris Jenner, Kim simply scoffed. Guess it's just a bunch of baloney!

Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth were snapped in Santa Monica on Tuesday, and we got a peek at their their adorable son Tennessee. What a cutie!

Reese skipped out on the SAG Awards and the Golden Globes this month (instead she was at Sundance to premiere her new film Mud), but just four months after giving birth to her third child, she's already getting back to work!

In addition to Mud, she'll also be promoting Devil's Knot, and the Oscar winner's next two films, Wish List and Big Eyes are currently in the pre-production phase. Reese is also reportedly in talks to star in The Good Lie, a film that follows a young Sudanese refugee who relocates to America, and she'll also star in Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus in 2014. Busy mama!

Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria Thomas is expecting the couple's first child, according to In Touch.

The pair, who wed in June 2012 after a year of dating, are said to be over the moon about their impending arrival.

"They are both so excited and Alex is so in love with her. She says she is so in love with Alec and he tells all her friends that she is the best thing that has ever happened to him," a source told the mag.

The 30 Rock actor, who has daughter Ireland, 17, from his marriage to Kim Basinger, previously expressed his desire for more children to television personality Piers Morgan.

"Have I thought about having more kids? Oh sure, that would be great, that would be heaven, that would be fantastic," he told the talk show host.

We hope they have a little boy! The world always needs more Baldwin boys!

River Viiperi strutted down the catwalk at the Mango show at Barcelona Fashion Week on Monday, and of course, Paris Hilton was there to support her handsome beau!

Paris tweeted, "Just watched my love @RiverViiperi walk the runway for @Mango. We spotted the mommy/daughter duo in Brentwood on Tuesday morning, and it looks like Jen was coming straight from the gym. Gotta stay in tip top shape, especially since awards season isn't over just yet! Jen showed off her slimmed-down figure and dazzled us with sparkly dresses at the SAGs and the Golden Globes, so we can't wait to see what she wears at the Academy Awards next month...

Adam Levine covers the March issue of Men's Health, and not only does he strike an impressive pose for his spread, but he reveals how he maintains his hot bod.

Not surprisingly, Adam says it's all about yoga! "It's made me more successful," he says. "I love it and don't know what I'd do without it. I have a hard time sitting still. I can be all over the map. Yoga has given me the ability to be more focused and make better decisions that come from a clear place." However, he's not exactly a traditional yogi. "There's a very specific yoga cliche: Eat these foods, wear these clothes, believe only these things," he says. "I don't want to be that."

So what about his wardrobe? "I tend to go for clothes with a classic feel. But I also want them to have a story, a history, some meaning," he says. "I don't want to buy a T-shirt and then go out to lunch and see someone else wearing the same thing. I want my clothes to be unique. Not necessarily expensive, just one of a kind."

"When you look at anyone who I considered a fashion icon, the clothes are always a collage of different looks and moods," he adds. "I love waking up, throwing on some yoga pants, and hanging out all day looking like a psycho. And then that night I'll throw on a suit and go out looking like a businessman," he explains. "I love that flexibility. I wouldn't do any of this sh*t if it weren't fun."
