Nicole Kidman made her way through LAX airport yesterday with daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, and the Oscar winner kept her composure even when her little one gave her a light head pounding!

The mother-of-two recently dished about raising her daughters in the South, telling a magazine: "They were both born in Nashville, and we live in Tennessee now. They have a mix of Australian and Southern accents, which is really cute, but my mama always says, 'I can't understand her,' because she says, 'Hey, y'all!' to her grandparents."

Who would have ever thought the former Mrs. Tom Cruise would be content as a country gal!

Lindsay Lohan will NOT be appearing at a mandatory court hearing in Los Angeles tomorrow morning because she claims she's too sick to fly in from New York City.

Lindsay's new attorney, Mark Heller, gave the judge a note from a Park Avenue doctor who says Lindsay "has an upper respiratory infection and can't fly for her own safety as well as the safety of the public," according to TMZ. Heller also submitted an article from the New York Post earlier this month reporting that a flu epidemic has hit the Big Apple.

While that all seems pretty legit, the website also posted photos of the starlet going on an all-day shopping spree in SoHo on Saturday, which the same day the doctor reportedly examined her. Uh oh!

The judge still hasn't approved the New York-based Heller to appear in a California courtroom on Lindsay's behalf, and Shawn Holley is officially out as Lindsay's lawyer, so her failure to appear is coming at a really bad time. Lindsay was scheduled to be arraigned two weeks ago for allegedly lying to police after crashing her Porsche last June, and even though she fired Holley two days before that, Holley appeared on her behalf and plead not guilty to the charges. However, due to the confusion regarding her legal representation, the judge set a pretrial hearing for tomorrow and demanded that Lindsay show up.

If the judge finds reason to believe Lilo is faking her illness, they could issue a warrant for her arrest. In a recent poll, we asked X17online readers if they thought Lindsay would go back to jail, and 55% of you said yes, 22% said no and 21% were undecided. Megan Fox covers the latest issue of Marie Claire, and the This is Forty actress dishes all about how the birth of her first child has totally changed her perspective on life and goals for the future.

"I recognize the blessings when they come - like, I recognize I'm so lucky to work with Judd - but the ultimate satisfaction for me in being with my son. All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I've finally done it," she tells the mag.

As she promotes her latest film, the brunette beauty confesses that her focus has shifted, and she no longer looks at acting as her calling.

"I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is. It's very hard for me to do this stuff, because I feel like this isn't my job any more. My job is to be with him," she adds.

A quiet, settled home life is good for Miss Fox, and she credits a lot of her happiness to hubby Brian Austin Green.

"I just think we got lucky. I believe he's my soulmate. But that doesn't mean it doesn't take work, because we are very, very different. But we are tolerant of each other and we try to be patient with each other, and I don't try to turn him into me and he knows not to try to turn me into him. He really is amazing. I should never, ever even think of complaining," she gushes.

John Mayer and Girls star Allison Williams were spotted dining together at the Jane Hotel in N.Y.C. last Friday, and while at first we thought this might be a sign of trouble in paradise for the "Gravity" singer and girlfriend Katy Perry, it actually turns out to be innocent fun!

Williams is dating the Grammy winner's good friend Ricky Van Veen, who accompanied them to the American Two Shot store opening before dinner at the trendy West Villiage hotspot El Toro Blanco. The "Fireworks" singer didn't join in on the fun, so Mr. Mayer was the willing third wheel of the evening.

"They were with another guy, but they seemed to be in an intense conversation the entire night and were sitting across from each other at the booth-style table. They were sitting down when we got there for our 10pm reservation, and they stayed until around 11:30pm. They stayed pretty late until the restaurant was clearing out," a source told Daily Mail about Mayer and Williams.

Mindy McCready has opened up about the sudden death of her boyfriend David Wilson, and while police reports indicate that the 34-year-old record producer died from a self inflicted gunshot wound, there has been some speculation that McCready was somehow involved in his death. The investigation as to the cause of death remains open, but the Cleburne County Sheriff's Department said there are no suspects in the case.

McCready was with Wilson after the shooting, and she told The Today Show, "I just started screaming, calling 911. I lay down next to him and just just pleaded with him not to die. He was responding."

McCready also said that the bullet that killed Wilson wasn't found until the next day because "it was in the dog's mouth," and when asked point blank whether she shot Wilson, she said, "Oh, my God, no. He was my life. We were each others' life."
