Jamie-Lynn Sigler is engaged to her Washington Nationals baseball player beau Cutter Dykstra, and she confirmed the happy news by tweeting this pic showing off her gigantic rock with the caption, "So this just happened..."

What an exciting time!

"Jamie couldn't be happier. Cutter is the perfect guy for her. Although they have only been together for a year, they both know that this is it for both of them. They are both on cloud nine as are their families and friends," a source told Us Weekly.

This will be the second marriage for the actress, who was previous hitched to manager A.J. DiScala for two years. She also dated Entourage star Jerry Ferrara and football player Mark Sanchez before finding her Prince Charming.

The 20-year-old songstress posted the above photo from her trip to Costa Rica while wearing a vintage Rad and Refined tube top and super short jean shorts.

Cyrus, who follows a gluten free diet, Tweeted:

Hulk Hogan tweeted this snapshot of his daughter Brooke in tiny jean shorts with the caption, "Brooke's legs," and almost immediately critics slammed the former pro wrestler for his admiration of his daughter's physique.

"A dad can't even be proud of his daughter without sickos makin it something it's not. Really?? Go back to your farm animals. #ignorant," Brooke tweeted in defense of her father.

This isn't the first time the father - daughter duo has landed in hot water for their seemingly too close for comfort bond. Just last year, Hulk attended the unveiling of Brooke's PETA ads, which show her naked inside a cage. He also supervised a super sultry Maxim shoot of hers earlier in year.

Karrueche Tran is baring her body and soul in the current issue of Rolling Out magazine.

Chris Brown's 24-year-old ex, wearing nude undies, admits that her relationship with the singer "was very hard" ... especially involving the love triangle with Rihanna.

As for the controversial romance, Tran tells the mag:

"The most challenging part about the attention was the negativity and the misconception from some people. People only see you in blogs and they think they know everything about your life. There are things that go public and everything that comes out is not the truth ... There was a lot of dysfunction and negativity. I just want to be happy."

The stunning model is now promoting her new clothing collection called The-Kill. Tran adds:

"Chris started his fashion line and wanted to start his women's line. He asked me to be the head of the line. I brought along Ugo Mozie and MiMi Gazelle as my creative team. Once people see the collection, they will understand our vision. It's a unisex line and it's only black and white."

Interesting because until now, nothing in the Chris Brown/Karrueche Tran/Rihanna situation has been black and white!

Jennifer Garner and her daughter Violet were spotted on their way home from school on Monday afternoon, and both of the ladies flashed us a smile before hopping in their car. So sweet!

The 14-year-old rapper/actor (raptor?) was spotted on the balcony of his Miami hotel again on Monday, and he made sure to flash photographers his very best Blue Steel. Hey, he's gotta impress the ladies!

Jaden, his sister Willow and several pals are still at the Mandarin Hotel after catching BFF Justin Bieber's concert on Sunday night. Biebs will be taking a break from the Believe tour for the next few weeks, but it starts back up again on February 17th and runs through August, with a few weeks off in May and June. We're guessing the Smith kids will be stopping by some of those shows too!

A super skinny Brandi Glanville struck a pose at the signing for her book Drinking and Tweeting in West Hollywood on Monday night, and the Real Housewives star also chatted about all the drama in her life right now.

During the Q&A portion of the event Brandi was asked about -- what else -- her arch nemesis LeAnn Rimes, and she held nothing back! "She can go f*ck herself!" Brandi told the audience. "Well, she has to, because who would want to?" Ha! Shortly after those words left her mouth, she did show some remorse, as she told the crowd that she sometimes thinks about what she's said after the fact. "I have a conscience. I definitely feel bad about certain things and when I'm wrong I say sorry," she said.

So what about her marriage to Eddie Cibrian before he left her for LeAnn? "I did everything right," she said. "I loved so hard. I loved my children and my family was perfect. I did everything I could do for him and the boys and to make him not want to stray. So, when it happened, especially with someone as attractive as her..."

"When a man cheats on you it's not about you," she continued. "It's about notoriety. They want to be with you but they want to have their cake and eat it too." But she added that she hopes LeAnn and Eddie can stay together "because I don't want my kids to go through a divorce again." Ouch!
