Lance Armstrong has apologized to his Livestrong staffers for using performance enhancing drugs during his career, according to AP.

The champion cyclist reportedly told his staff at the Livestrong organization in Texas "I'm sorry" for letting everyone down.

Armstrong, 41, is set to tape an tell-all interview in his hometown of Austin, Texas with Oprah Winfrey in which he admits to doping.

The International Cycling Union, which chose not to appeal the USADA's lifetime ban, stripped Armstrong of his record seven Tour victories.

The Oprah interview will air this Thursday on OWN.

Kourtney Kardashian and daughter Penelope touched down at LAX this morning, but baby daddy Scott Disick and son Mason were nowhere to be seen! Instead, the family nanny trailed close behind the reality star as she made her way though the airport with her baby girl.

The family-of-four just spent a winter vacation in Deer Valley, Utah, which marks little Mase and Nelly's first time in the snow! The brood enjoyed some skiing, tubing, snowman making, and roasting marshmallows on their chilly getaway.

KK must have been in a rush to get back to the City of Angels, considering the new season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami premieres this coming Sunday. No doubt the famous sisters have some scheduled publicity appearances before the big night to assure a ratings smash!

"Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July. The Duchess's condition continues to improve since her stay at the hospital last month," read a statement from St. James's Palace.

Although Prince William's wife was suffering from severe morning sickness at the beginning of her pregnancy, it sounds like she's on the mend. Although rumors of twins have been rampant, a 12-week scan showed that the British beauty is carrying just one heir in her belly.

Miss Middleton is believed to be about 14 weeks pregnant, and although we have yet to see a distinct baby bump, we caught a glimpse of the beginnings of one when she attended the unveiling of her official portrait last week.

We're dying to know if she's expecting a prince or a princess!
