Britney Spears has given her three-carat diamond engagement ring back to former fiance Jason Trawick after confirming on Friday that the two had split, according to Us Magazine.

Trawick proposed to Spears in December of 2011 after the two had been dating for two years, and the ring cost approximately $90,000. Hey, at least she had the good manners to give it back! Plus, he probably needs the dough more than she does...

"Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement," the pop star said in a statement. "I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends." Trawick added, "As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever."

Apparently the couple ended their three-year relationship after having some discussions about children. According to TMZ, Spears reportedly wanted to expand their family, while Trawick is "in another place" and didn't agree.

Stacy Keibler went to the Gold For Golden event at Equinox in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon to support Olympic athletes, and George Clooney's lady love looked amazing, but if the camera adds ten pounds, how skinny is she in real life? Yikes...

In other news, Stacy recently appeared in her beau's new tequila ad, and interestingly enough, Cindy Crawford and her hubby Randy Gerber also star in the spot. Randy is a partner in the Casamigos tequila venture, and while the video isn't NSFW, it's definitely a little more on the risque end!

On Saturday Seth MacFarlane and buzzed babe Charlize Theron were spotted leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel, and we don't want to suggest that these two are a couple, because last we heard, the Family Guy funnyman was dating the hot chick from Game of Thrones (Emilia Clarke a.k.a. Daenerys Targaryen), but we have to wonder!

Maybe Seth wanted some scoop on the Academy awards? After all, he'll be hosting them next month, and Charlize won Oscar gold back in 2003...

Jason Sudeikis and girlfriend Olivia Wilde are engaged!

According to a source for Us Magazine, Sudeikis proposed just after the holidays, and the insider added, "He finally found the one that made him want to commit. They've both been through it before and this has just felt right from the get go. Everyone is happy for them."

The couple were first linked in December of 2011, and both have been married before. Wilde was married to filmmaker and prince Tao Ruspoli for 8 years (the two split in 2011) and Sudiekis was previously married to actress and 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon from 2004 to 2010.

Ever since The Hills ended, it seems like we catch up with Lauren Conrad about 4 times a year! Not like we miss her that much, but it's always interesting to see what the reality star turned fashion designer is up to!

Paris Hilton and beau River Viiperi jetted from Los Angeles to Mexico today, and not only did they travel with several pals, but the heiress got to meet her man's sister Luna for the first time.

After hopping off the plane, Paris immediately slipped into a bikini and struck a sexy pose. "The weather is beautiful," she tweeted. "Loves it! Can't wait to jump in the pool!"

Demi Moore, 50, is dating Harry Morton, 31, who is famous for owning the Viper Room and Pink Taco, but even more well known for his tumultuous relationship with troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan.

According to E! News, the couple have been dating "for a few months" after meeting him through mutual friends. "They have been trying to keep it a secret," an insider says. "It's not a serious thing ... but it may develop into something. They have a lot of fun together and have been meeting in secret places in New York and Los Angeles ... They are just getting to know one another. [Moore is] in a really good place at the moment and is hopeful about the future."

The duo went on a dinner date at South Beverly Grill in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, and according to eyewitnesses, they arrived around 8pm and were "flirtatious, laughing and appearing to have a great time," during the two hours they spend there. Around 10pm the couple drove back to Moore's place and Harry went inside, where he presumably spend the night.
