Lance Armstrong is reportedly planing to come clean about his doping scandal to Oprah Winfrey, according to sources for USA Today.

Armstrong, 41, who was banned from cycling and stripped of his seven Tour de France titles last year, is scheduled to tape an interview with Winfrey on Monday at his home in Austin, Texas. The segment will air Thursday on the Oprah Winfrey Network, and Armstrong will "admit to doping throughout his career but probably will not get into great detail about specific cases and events," the insider reveals.

Armstrong has denied using performance enhancing drugs for years, but back in October the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency released substantial evidence that showed otherwise. In addition to losing his titles and being banned from the sport, Armstrong was dropped by his sponsors dropped him and forced to step down from his cancer charity Livestrong.

Armstrong does run the risk of being sued or held liable by individuals who believe he defrauded them by lying about doping, and though it's not likely, he could face criminal prosecution as well, since he testified under oath in 2005 that he never used drugs. While his admission will not lift the ban, if can provide substantial assistance to doping officials USA Today reports that it could be considered in reducing his ban.

Jason Trawick has resigned as Britney Spears's co-conservator.

On Friday Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz stated, "The court accepts the resignation [of Trawick]," adding that Britney's father Jamie Spears "will remain as the sole conservator of her person."

Jamie has held control over Britney and her finances since she suffered a mental breakdown in February of 2008, and Trawick was added as a co-conservator in April 2012, approximately four months after the couple got engaged. Trawick did not handle her estate, but he was in charge of her person, which gave him the authority to make decisions about her general well-being, such as food, clothing, travel and medical care.

On Friday, the couple also confirmed that they had ended their relationship of nearly three years. "Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends," Spears said in a statement to People. Trawick added, "As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever."

Britney Spears and fiance Jason Trawick have split after more than three years of dating, their rep confirms.

The couple, who got engaged back in 2011, reportedly had a "friendly breakup" and simply "grew apart," according to TMZ.

"Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends," Spears said in a statement to People.

Trawick made his own statement, adding, "As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever."

Trawick supposedly didn't want to announce the split until he was taken off the pop singer's conservatorship, which happened just moments ago in court. Spears' father Jamie is now her sole conservator.

Trawick was originally Brit Brit's agent before the duo started dating, but just last week Spears changed agencies and signed with powerhouse CAA, indicating there might be trouble in paradise for the couple.
