While a few red carpet correspondents teased that Anne might be expecting a child (this is what happens when you wear any sort of a peplum top or dress combo), the actress' rep, Stephen Huvane, told the Daily Mail that she is "definitely not pregnant."

Last spring Jillian and Heidi welcomed their son the same week they adopted their little girl, and it was a surprise for everyone, as the Biggest Loser trainer and her partner weren't sure that they adoption was going to go through. However, at the time of the adoption, Jillian told Ladies' Home Journal that "there’s a certain amount of fate involved,” adding, "I met her a year ago on a trip visiting orphanages for All Blessings International, an organization I work with. I was visiting this one orphanage and the next thing I knew she jumped into my arms. She just grabbed me and clung to me and I immediately felt something. I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is my daughter.’”
