Amy Winehouse's death may not have been as a result of alcohol poisoning, London officials are reporting.

A new investigation is suggesting that the coroner, who claimed Winehouse died back in July 2011 due to alcohol-related issues, did not have the proper prerequisites.

The report adds that the Assistant Deputy Suzanne Greenaway was appointed to her position in 2009 by her husband.

Greenaway also reportedly didn't have the required five years experience by the London Law Society.

Greenaway's husband has since resigned from his role as coroner for inner north London.

Paris and her beau stopped by Samy's Camera in Los Angeles, and later the lovebirds went to American Rag to shop for some threads. "Got tons of awesome Christmas presents today at @Maxfields @Kitson @LouisVuitton & The Beverly Center. I love the holidays," she later tweeted.

Paris is heading out to Aspen this week, and while she seems to have everyone on her Christmas list taken care of, she could use a little help when it comes to shopping for herself! After returning home from her shopping spree she tweeted, "Where are best places in LA to buy ski and snowboarding clothes?"

We love her music and her voice, but her wardrobe has gone from eccentric to absolutely ridiculous ... sorry!

When she's not planning another silly outfit, she is taking the stage by storm, as evident from her set with the Rolling Stones over the weekend.

After getting coffee together on Sunday, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner spent some time with their daughters Violet and Seraphina, first going to Whole Foods and then checking out toys at JennyBec's.

We haven't seen baby Samuel since Jen flew out of L.A.X. with him last week to shoot The Dallas Buyers Club in New Orleans, but we have a feeling he'll make another appearance with Ben and Jen sometime soon!

While the happily married couple are clearly enjoying the holidays, it looks like life will get a little chaotic with awards season just around the corner. Ben was already nominated for a Best Director Golden Globe for Argo, and we're willing to bet that the film will get at least one Oscar nod as well. Argo also snagged a SAG Award nomination for Best Ensemble Cast, so it's definitely time to bust out the tux and give Rachel Zoe a call!

Khloe and Kim Kardashian shot their reality show in Miami over the weekend, and the ladies even coordinated their outfits for the cameras!
