Earlier today, Britney Spears and her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James took on the cold Calabasas morning air to score some coffee at a local Starbucks.

The 31-year-old singer and X Factor judge, who wasn't with fiance Jason Trawick, has enjoyed a pretty eventful week, having endured another unfortunate loss on the hit reality show (Emblem3 was eliminated) and being named Forbes' top earning female honors for the year. All in a year's work for Brit Brit!

Paris Hilton has a heart of gold!

The blonde heiress spent the day visiting sick children at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and by the looks of it, everyone had a great day.

Princess P, who brought along beau River Viiperi, came in with huge bags full of toys. Hilton spent most of her time in the cancer ward going room to room doing arts and crafts.

A source at the hospital tells X17online exclusively:

"Paris is such a good sweet person. She comes to visit us often, and when she does, the children light up and come to life when she's around. She is so down to earth and sweet. Lovely girl."

While at the hospital, Paris also donated money to help expand the children's cancer wing. The holidays are in full swing!

Kelly Clarkson told Ellen DeGeneres she's engaged to boyfriend Brandon Blackstock. The former American Idol winner Tweeted today, "I'm engaged!" the day after accepting her b-friend's proposal. "I wanted y'all to know! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever," the singer Tweeted.

Meanwhile ... Jessica Simpson's BFF CaCee Cobb married long-time love, Scrubs star Donald Faison. The happy couple tied the knot at pal Zach Braff's LA home. A pregnant Simpson was one of Cobb's bridesmaids and Jess' separated parents, Tina and Joe also attended, along with her fiance Eric Johnson and sister Ashlee.

And in other news ... Victoria's Secret model Marisa Miller gave birth to a boy, Gavin Lee Guess, in Santa Cruz, Calif. today. The model mom released the following statement: "I'm completely overjoyed by the birth of our son. I feel so blessed to be a mom and am so excited to experience this next part of life."

On Friday, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian got together to help celebrate her son Mason's third birthday in Miami. He's a growing boy!

Kourtney's baby girl Penelope, along with Scott Disick, joined in on the festivities as the family first went to Gold Coast Railroad Museum before dining at Serendipity afterwards. We bet he just loved all the attention!

Justin Theroux's wardrobe took a turn for the dark side on Friday as he donned all black attire as he headed to a studio in Hollywood. Even his backpack and Mercedes Benz matched!

The 41-year-old actor/screenwriter, who's engaged to Jennifer Aniston, could be in for a year end surprise as there have been reports of the 43-year-old actress possibly sporting a baby bump. Aniston even added to the speculation last Sunday at her engagement party when she passed on sushi and her favorite alcoholic beverages. Maybe there's some truth to the reports after all!

On Friday, Jennifer Garner kept things moving as she flashed a friendly smile while wearing a bright yellow and orange sweater as she got some shopping done in Brentwood.

The couple, who got back together after a brief split, seem to be doing well... well enough for the 30-year-old tattoo artist to let her DJ beau give her a tattoo!

"Watching @deadmau5 do his first tattoo... "Look Mom, I'm a Tattooerist!" Kat joked via Twitter earlier in the week. "My new tattoo may look like a drunken third-grader did it, but I sure do LOVE it!! Thank you, Joel! ❤." Sounds like he did a bang up job!

Rihanna decided to dress down a bit as she wore a grey printed sweater with a pair of black shorts to do some shopping at Saks in Beverly Hills.

The 24-year-old entertainer loaded her basket with various products as she made her way through the store while greeting and hugging fans and onlookers.

Also, it's been reported that Simon Cowell is planning on meeting the Diamonds singer to offer her a job as a judge on his X Factor show. Wonder if she'll take it?
