Angus T. Jones' mom believes that her famous son is being "exploited" by the Seventh-day Adventist church.

Jones, 19, joined the hit show Two and A Half Men back in 2003, and in a new video for the Forerunner Chronicles, the young star tells viewers, "If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching. I'm on Two and a Half Men and I don't want to be on it."

Carey Jones, Angus' mom, released the following statement: "I'm concerned he's being exploited by the church."

Jones, who makes $350K per episode, describes his show as "filth." He goes on to say:

"Please stop watching it and filling your head with filth. People say it’s just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to television and especially with what you watch on television ... it's bad news."

The show's co-creator Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. have yet to issue a statement.

After the Thanksgivng scuffle with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez, Gabriel Aubry is preparing to fight back in the form of a restraining order with claims that Martinez threatened his life.

The 36-year-old model alleges in court papers that not only did Martinez start the fight that left him multiple injuries (see above), but also claiming that it was provoked by a judge's recent ruling against Berry to move to France.

"You cost us $3 million," Martinez said during their altercation, according to Aubry. "When you see the judge, you're going to tell him you're going to Paris or I'm going to kill you."

Aubry added that he was met by Martinez during his custodial hand-off Thanksgiving morning, where he told the model they needed to talk.

"All of a sudden, Mr. Martinez jumped me on the side of my body, and punched me such that he had taken me down to the ground," Aubry alleges. "He continued to punch me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot, and took my head in his hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway. It all happened so fast and so suddenly; I did not see Mr. Martinez's actions coming, and thus, I was not ready for it and was not able to defend myself."

Aubry, who's already under a restraining order, got his own granted against Martinez and hopes to prove his innocence with security camera footage from Berry's home. Because of his arrest, he could possibly face losing shared custody of Nahla as well as deportation.

Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson were snapped departing from New York City's JFK International Airport on Monday evening, and it looks like the lovebirds are headed back home to Los Angeles!

The Breaking Dawn stars spent Thanksgiving with Pattinson's family in London, and they returned back to the states on Friday, enjoying a long weekend in the Big Apple.

The two seem to have moved on from Kristen's affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, and there's more good news! Rupert won't be back for the second installment of the film, so if K. Stew does end up reprising her role as Snow White, Rob can rest easy knowing she won't be tempted to rekindle her romance with Sanders.

But what about the upcoming flick Focus, in which Kristen is reportedly set to star alongside the super hunky (and married) Ben Affleck?

Gabriel Aubry is sporting a serious shiner, so while Olivier Martinez was the clear winner of their fist fight last Thursday, it looks like it may have done a number on the actor's hand!

On Monday afternoon the 46-year-old Dark Tide star was snapped entering a medical building in West Hollywood, and he was reportedly visiting an orthopedic surgeon. Olivier left for his doctor's appointment after detectives spent over an hour at the home he lives in with fiance Halle Berry.

According to law enforcement officers, Gabriel arrived at Halle's house on Thanksgiving to return their daughter Nahla after visitation, and following a brief verbal exchange with Olivier, Gabriel reportedly took a swing, but missed. Halle's fiance then punched the male model, and both men went to the hospital after the altercation, with Gabriel suffering broken ribs and a black eye.

Gabriel was taken into custody following his discharge from the hospital and charged with battery, and Halle and Olivier were granted a temporary restraining order requiring Gabriel to stay at least 100 yards away. However, today Gabriel obtained a restraining order against Martinez, who he claims threatened to kill him.
