Shakira is nearing the final stages of her first pregnancy, and although most women get antsy towards the end, this pop star is delighting in every minute!

The "Hips Don't Lie" singer posted this snapshot to her Instagram account with the caption, "I could have another 9 months like this! Shak."

The 35-year-old curvaceous beauty is due sometime in early 2013, but she won't get much of a maternity leave! In addition to releasing a new album in March, the Colombian cutie is also taking over judging duties for Christina Aguilera on next season of The Voice.

Let's hope she's got as much energy as she does in her music videos!

Halle Berry's lawyers appeared in court this morning to extend her temporary restraining order against ex Gabriel Aubry, but the judge has seemingly denied the request, ruling that Aubry will be allowed to resume visitation with their daughter Nahla, with "unspecified precautions in place to protect her safety," according to Radar.

Additionally, Aubry reportedly requested that Martinez be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla, and he filed his own restraining order against Martinez yesterday. Aubry was not allowed to attend the emergency custody hearing this morning as the TRO hadn't yet been lifted, but seeing as the judge seems to be siding with him thus far, it looks like Martinez might have more to worry about than his reputation in the media.

Cops spent over an hour at Berry's house yesterday, and apparently they were there to obtain security footage, which was mentioned in the paperwork Aubry filed. Many people are wondering why Aubry was arrested after the altercation, as he suffered broken ribs and a black eye, while Martinez's only injury seemed to be a small scratch on his hand.

Olivier Martinez is now wearing a hand cast following his early morning doctor's visit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

This morning, Halle Berry's fiance seemed to be in good spirits, showing off his scraped knuckles while visiting his L.A. doc.

The injury is a result of a Thanksgiving scuffle with Halle's ex Gabriel Aubry. Halle and Oliver filed a restraining order against Aubry. The 36-year-old model also filed a restraining order against Martinez.

In court papers, Aubry said Martinez "jumped me on the side of my body, and punched me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot ... took my head and hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway."

Olivier Martinez seemed to be in good spirits while paying an early morning visit to his L.A. doctor's office to have his hand examined.

As Halle Berry's fiance left his appointment, scrapes were visible on his right hand knuckles.

The injury happened on Thanksgiving Day during a fight with Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry. Aubry suffered a black eye and cuts to his face during the scuffle.

The Oscar-winning actress and Martinez are reportedly seeking an extension of the emergency restraining order issued by a judge over the weekend.

Aubry has also filed for a restraining order against Martinez. In court papers, Aubry said the following about the incident:

"All of a sudden, Mr. Martinez jumped me on the side of my body, and punched me such that he had taken me down to the ground," Aubry alleges. "He continued to punch me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot, and took my head in his hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway."

The 36-year-old model claims that the fight was provoked by a judge's ruling against Berry to relocate to France with daughter Nahla.
