Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale decided to go on double duty as the pair took their sleepy son Zuma to school on Tuesday.

The two appeared close and confident in the midst of the scandalous pictures that showed Rossdale's hand on the rear end of the family's nanny during a hike earlier in the week. Despite the controversial photos, they appear to have moved on from the conflict.

Angus T. Jones has decided to sing a different tune on Tuesday as the Two And A Half Men actor backtracked from and apologized for his comments about the show.

Just one day after a video of Jones calling his show filth and urging viewers not to watch, he issued an apology to the show and its creators.

"Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and a Half Men whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family," Jones said in a statement yesterday. "Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them."

His apology comes just a day after he was seen making comments disparaging the show and its contents in a new video for Forerunner Chronicles on YouTube.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez looked like they mean business as the two paid a lengthy visit to their lawyer's office on Tuesday.

Berry's lawyers were in court in the morning for an emergency custody hearing regarding her extension of a restraining order against Gabriel Aubry that was denied, allowing Aubry to resume visitation rights with their daughter Nahla.

Before their visit, Olivier enjoyed a lunch with Eduardo Cruz, brother of Martinez's ex Monica who happens to be Eduardo's sister, at Cecconi's. Looks like he was doing his best to enjoy a hassle-free day with some close companions!

Pink has been putting in work lately with her baby girl Willow as the adorable pair has been enjoying the outdoors at a park in Malibu on Tuesday.

Melissa Rycroft has emerged the champion of champions as she won Dancing With The Stars: All Stars mirror ball trophy tonight.

The 29-year-old television personality and partner Tony Dovolani edged out fellow competitors Kelly Monaco and Shawn Johnson in what the first all-female finale of DWTS.

Rycroft's instant Samba scored a 88.5 while Monaco and Johnson both followed with 87.5 and 87, respectively.

Gabriel Aubry was arrested after getting into a fist fight with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, and despite the fact that Berry and Martinez filed a restraining order against Aubry, he's now going after them, and as of right now, it seems like the judge has his back.

Berry's lawyers appeared in court this morning for an emergency custody hearing, and while Radar reports that the judge ruled Aubry will be allowed to resume visitation with their daughter Nahla, apparently there was a clerical error with Berry and Martinez's restraining order, so their request for extension will be re-evaluated on Thursday, according to TMZ. Therefore, the judge hasn't yet lifted the order, but given that Aubry is the one with the black eye and a substantial amount of evidence that Martinez was the aggressor, this could be a major setback for Berry.

Additionally, Aubry reportedly requested that Martinez be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla, and he filed his own restraining order against Martinez on Monday. Police spent over an hour at Berry's house yesterday, and apparently they were there to obtain security footage, which was mentioned in the paperwork Aubry filed.

If the order against Gabriel is lifted and one is put in place against Martinez, this could change everything. Since Martinez is a French citizen, this could also affect his status in the United States. There were initial reports that Aubry might be deported back to Canada, but if it's Martinez who was in fact responsible for the brawl, he might be out of the picture when it comes to Halle and Nahla ... and out of the country.
