It seems like a giant weight has been lifted off her shoulders!

Jennifer Garner was in a great mood when we caught her running errands around her Brentwood neighborhood this morning, just one day after staging an intervention with ex Ben Affleck and dropping him off at rehab. The actress was smiling and appeared relieved that the father of her children was finally getting help for his alcoholism, and we've gotta hand it to her for being so supportive in his time of need. Give this woman a medal!

Apparently, the Peppermint star knew he was headed downhill the minute he told her that his romance with Lindsay Shookus was dunzo.

"Ben told her he was done with Lindsay and she knew he was drinking again. Ben is not good at being alone. She knew he was in a bad place recently and that she was going to have to intervene," a source dished to Us Weekly.

"The last few weeks have been difficult. Jen is the only one Ben listens to. She has been down this road with him for years and is the only one that can really get through," the source continued.

The mother-of-three fears that the Oscar winner is surrounded by "Yes" friends, and that if he doesn't change his habits and circles, he'll end up relapsing yet again.

"He asked Jen for help and wants to get better. Jen fears that certain people in his life will lie for him and enable him. She’s really the only one that is devoted to helping him stay sober. Ben wants to get help and knows he needs it. He’s going to be at a live-in facility with a new program and a different approach. He loves his kids and wants to be there for them. He knows he needs to stay sober and healthy for that to happen," the source added.

It sounds like it was worse than anybody knew, too.

"It’s very stressful for her. And also devastating for her to have to stage an intervention in the middle of the afternoon, pretty much in public. But this was a crisis situation," an insider told People.

Everybody should be so lucky to have someone like Jen G in their lives!

As Ben Affleck was being driven to rehab by ex Jen Garner yesterday, his Playboy model hookup Shauna Sexton was frolicking on the beach in Malibu in a thong. She knows that the paparazzi are following her every move, so she might as well get the maximum amount of attention while she still can.

The Oscar winner will be getting treatment for his alcoholism for at least a month, and we doubt his counselors are going to support him dating this chick when he gets out. Usually, people in early sobriety are discouraged from dating at all in the first year, so she shouldn't wait by the phone for his call.

It sounds like she's still holding out hope that he'll be interested, though! She allegedly hopped on her private Twitter to send the troubled star a message of support. "Healing is lonely. Hang in there!" she wrote.

We wouldn't be the least bit surprised if after he conquers his battle with booze, he tries to get back with Jen! She's been his rock, and once he has a clearer head, he's going to realize how stupid he was to ever let her go.

We hate to say it, but she looks so much better!

Kim Kardashian has always been known for her voluptuous curves, but there's a lot less of her to love these days, as she proudly admits she's lost 20 pounds this year and is now weighing in at just 116!

"I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavy weights. I don't do a lot of cardio. But honestly, like even my mom pulled me aside maybe a week ago and pulls me in a closet and is like, 'What are you doing?' She says, 'I don't care what, I just need to know,'" she told E! News.

"I've been working out really hardcore with a bodybuilder for one year. September is our one-year anniversary. I've lost 20 pounds and I'm really proud of that. I was almost 140 forever and now I'm like 116 and it just feels good. I didn't see results right away, but when you stick with something and you're consistent, you will. So, I love it," she added.

Kendall Jenner grabbed dinner with dad Caitlyn at Nobu Malibu last night, and we're not sure she realized her black turtleneck was see-thru, because she flashed a lot of boobie on her way out as the shutterbugs snapped away. The I Am Cait star flaunted quite a lot of cleavage herself!

The supermodel might have been asking her father for advice on how to deal with backlash from controversial comments, after she was slammed for dissing her fellow models during an interview with Love magazine.

"Since the beginning, we’ve been super selective about what shows I would do. I was never one of those girls who would do like 30 shows a season or whatever the f— those girls do," she sniped to the publication at the time.

She quickly realized she put her foot in her mouth, and attempted to smooth things over.

"I was misrepresented in a recent interview over the wknd & it’s important to clarify the meaning. It was intended to be entirely complimentary but unfortunately, my words were twisted & taken out of context. I want to be clear. The respect that I have for my peers is immeasurable!” she tweeted.

"I get to experience first hand their tireless commitment, their work ethic, the endless days, the lack of sleep, separation from family and friends, stress of traveling, the toll on physical and mental health, yet they still make it all look effortless and beautiful," she continued.

After Jennifer Garner staged an intervention for Ben Affleck yesterday and he agreed to get help, she took him straight to The Canyons treatment center in Malibu.

The high-end facility specializes in a "dual diagnosis" approach, meaning that they aim to treat both addiction and the underlying mental illnesses that often accompany it.

So what can the Oscar winner expect during his stay?

"Individual and group therapy led by master’s- and doctoral-level consulting staff, specialized attention from a personal therapist, meditation sessions and spirituality groups, relapse prevention education and recovery coaching, holistic options including equine therapy, yoga and massage therapy, alternative therapies including experiential therapy and expressive arts, wellness and nutrition groups, community and in-house 12-step meetings, family therapy including monthly family weekend events and educational healing programs, gender-specific and co-ed therapy groups, cognitive behavioral therapy, diverse educational groups on trauma resolution, building healthy boundaries, ending codependency and managing moods, grief/loss and anger, adventure therapy including a ropes course, climbing tower and hiking trips, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)," the website states.

He's got a lot of work cut out for him! Good thing he's up for the challenge.

"Ben has been struggling, and it got to a point where he wanted help and knew he needed help. Jen has always been there for Ben," a source dished to Us Weekly.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached a temporary custody agreement after battling each other for months, but the specific details of it aren't being released, multiple outlets report. They were going to have to have a custody hearing in court, so that must have motivated them to do whatever it takes to settle things beforehand without a judge.

"An interim custody arrangement was agreed upon by both parties after recommendations from the custody evaluator,” a source dished to Us Weekly.

"Angelina is helping the children heal with their father and enjoying the last days of summer before school starts," the source added.

This is quite the turnaround from what has been happening!

"Brad and Angelina had been quietly working through custody and support issues for months and both sides had agreed to keep things quiet and work with a private judge on the specifics. Once Angelina parted ways with celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser, her new legal team began a “full court press” in the media and made everything public," a source previously dished to The Blast.

Angie accused the War Machine star of not paying "meaningful" child support, and he fired back by disclosing that he's given her more than $8 million since they split, which she claims was simply a "loan" to buy her LA residence.

Jennifer Garner is a saint. The mother-of-three took her estranged husband Ben Affleck to the Jack In the Box drive-thru on the way to rehab yesterday after she staged an intervention at his Pacific Palisades home. God, what a woman!

Despite the paparazzi buzzing around, Jen, agreed to get Ben a burger -- one of his favorite foods as of late -- as she drove him north on PCH through Malibu, headed to The Canyon rehab center.

She eventually reversed out of the drive-thru lane and parked to have a friend who is believed to be a counselor at the rehab, run in to get the meal. But Ben had the rear window down and as Jen told him to put it up, he could be heard saying, in what appeared to be a drunken tone, "I don't care. Who cares?" Jen finally put the window up herself. But it gave us a glimpse into Ben's troubled state and serves as proof that Ben needs help, ASAP.

The time has come! Jennifer Garner couldn't watch her estranged hubby and the father of her three kids continue his downward spiral so she took matters into her own hands this afternoon and staged an intervention at the actor's Pacific Palisades home just moments ago.

Jen's on PCH, presumably taking Ben back to one of his old haunts like Promises or Passages rehab in Malibu -- two that are super-luxe and favored by celebs.

Our photographer on the scene tells us, "Ben was a mess; he was talking but you couldn't understand what he was saying. Jen was just serious. She looked like she was holding back tears, but at the same time she looked upset. Seems like it's not the first time she's had to do this."

Jen showed up at Ben's home this afternoon at 4pm with a woman believed to be her attorney; she left after about an hour and returned about 30 minutes later (don't forget, she lives with the kids just up the street). When she came back, it was all business. She reversed the car into the driveway and whisked Ben into the back seat. He was sweaty, puffy, looking quite out of it. Jen rested her chin on her hand as she drove and just looked ahead ... with her goal of rehab in mind ... and didn't let Ben distract her.

As Jen left the house the first time, we asked her if it was a good thing that Ben broke up with Lindsay Shookus ... she what Jen said -- you might not expect her answer ...
