Someone must have waved the white flag, and we'd be willing to bet it was BP!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached a temporary custody agreement after battling each other for months, but the specific details of it aren't being released, multiple outlets report. They were going to have to have a custody hearing in court, so that must have motivated them to do whatever it takes to settle things beforehand without a judge.

"An interim custody arrangement was agreed upon by both parties after recommendations from the custody evaluator,” a source dished to Us Weekly.

"Angelina is helping the children heal with their father and enjoying the last days of summer before school starts," the source added.

This is quite the turnaround from what has been happening!

"Brad and Angelina had been quietly working through custody and support issues for months and both sides had agreed to keep things quiet and work with a private judge on the specifics. Once Angelina parted ways with celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser, her new legal team began a “full court press” in the media and made everything public," a source previously dished to The Blast.

Angie accused the War Machine star of not paying "meaningful" child support, and he fired back by disclosing that he's given her more than $8 million since they split, which she claims was simply a "loan" to buy her LA residence.

They clearly didn't get the memo on conscious uncoupling!

Jennifer Garner is a saint. The mother-of-three took her estranged husband Ben Affleck to the Jack In the Box drive-thru on the way to rehab yesterday after she staged an intervention at his Pacific Palisades home. God, what a woman!

Despite the paparazzi buzzing around, Jen, agreed to get Ben a burger -- one of his favorite foods as of late -- as she drove him north on PCH through Malibu, headed to The Canyon rehab center.

She eventually reversed out of the drive-thru lane and parked to have a friend who is believed to be a counselor at the rehab, run in to get the meal. But Ben had the rear window down and as Jen told him to put it up, he could be heard saying, in what appeared to be a drunken tone, "I don't care. Who cares?" Jen finally put the window up herself. But it gave us a glimpse into Ben's troubled state and serves as proof that Ben needs help, ASAP.

The time has come! Jennifer Garner couldn't watch her estranged hubby and the father of her three kids continue his downward spiral so she took matters into her own hands this afternoon and staged an intervention at the actor's Pacific Palisades home just moments ago.

Jen's on PCH, presumably taking Ben back to one of his old haunts like Promises or Passages rehab in Malibu -- two that are super-luxe and favored by celebs.

Our photographer on the scene tells us, "Ben was a mess; he was talking but you couldn't understand what he was saying. Jen was just serious. She looked like she was holding back tears, but at the same time she looked upset. Seems like it's not the first time she's had to do this."

Jen showed up at Ben's home this afternoon at 4pm with a woman believed to be her attorney; she left after about an hour and returned about 30 minutes later (don't forget, she lives with the kids just up the street). When she came back, it was all business. She reversed the car into the driveway and whisked Ben into the back seat. He was sweaty, puffy, looking quite out of it. Jen rested her chin on her hand as she drove and just looked ahead ... with her goal of rehab in mind ... and didn't let Ben distract her.

As Jen left the house the first time, we asked her if it was a good thing that Ben broke up with Lindsay Shookus ... she what Jen said -- you might not expect her answer ...

What a good husband!

Kim Kardashian shared this throwback pic of herself and Kanye from a recent vacation to the Bahamas, and the reality star confessed that her hubby prefers to catch zzz's rather than hit the sand when they have downtime. "On vacay he just likes to sleep but I got him out for 5 mins for a pic," she captioned the snapshot.

We don't blame him for wanting to get his rest while he can, if the new reports that they're prepping to have a fourth and final child are true!

"Kim and Kanye have always wanted a big family. Kim loved growing up with a lot of siblings and wants the same for her children. [Kanye] would have as many as possible," a source dished to ET.

While we assume they'd go the surrogacy route like they did with daughter Chicago, since Kimmy K can't carry her own kids after high-risk pregnancies, there's also a possibility they'd consider adoption!

"Kim and Kanye had a positive surrogacy experience with Chicago and have talked about that as the plan for the next child. If that unfortunately doesn't pan out, the couple has talked about possibly going through the adoption process. Kim and Kanye know that whatever is meant to be, will be," the source added.

It's nice to see them being just a normal happy family, because they're actually anything but! She's a billionaire businesswoman and he has the #1 album in country, and somehow they're rapidly catching up and giving Beyonce and Jay Z a run for their money as Hollywood's biggest power couple.

Nothing shocks when it comes to him anymore.

Jen Garner isn't thrilled that ex Ben Affleck is dating 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton, but she thinks it's also just par for the course these days, Us Weekly reports.

"Jen realized a long time ago that she cannot fix Ben and that his problems are not hers to solve. She’s not his babysitter. She just wants to protect the kids. But she does wish Ben would keep his life more private," a source dished to the mag.

"Of course she’s not pleased he’s dating a 22-year-old Playboy model. But she’s also not surprised. Jen has come to expect this from Ben. She’s not going to get involved. She can’t make decisions for him," the source added.

Good thing she feels that way, because the Oscar winner refuses to be controlled and is determined to make his own choices.

"He is happy being able to date who he wants and not feel tied down to a serious relationship. Lindsay was more serious about him. He enjoyed her company but was not looking for anything permanent now. Ben likes a woman with brains and beauty but he also likes to be free to do what he wants," another insider told People.

Ariana Grande sat down with Michael Strahan for a GMA interview, and while they did discuss her new hit album Sweetener, they also chatted about her recent engagement and impending nuptials to SNL funny man Pete Davidson.

So how did she know he was The One?

"It's just like a feeling. That's so cheesy, like, people are always like, 'When you know, you know.' And you're like, 'Well, yeah, whatever, okay.' You just feel it. He just ticks every box, and just gets better every day ... I'm very grateful for him," she gushed.

She's so in love, she even named a song after him!
