Britney Spears proved last night on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno that SHE has the X Factor!

The 30-year-old pop star rocked a tiny dress, grey strappy heels and sexy bangs while chatting on the late night talk show alongside Simon Cowell.

Simon recalled Britney's concerns regarding her judging duties on the X Factor. He tells Jay:

"She looked at me like what have I signed up for here, after two hours we had a conversation and it was like I'm not sure I should be doing this they all hate me, they're booing me... I said you're doing a brilliant job get used to it."

The X Factor live shows begin on November 1.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux decided to spruce up their Bel Air mansion when they visited furniture stores Adesso and Blackman Cruz in Hollywood on Monday.

The newly engaged couple spent the weekend partying with fellow celebs as they met up with Drew Barrymore, Will Kopelman and others at the LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala which honored Ed Ruscha and the late film director Stanley Kubrick Saturday night. Good to see these lovebirds off to a great start in their engagement!

The man who was caught trespassing on Tom Cruise's property over the weekend has been identified as 41-year-old Australian model Jason Sullivan.

Sullivan was reportedly staying next door at the home of superagent Kevin Huvane when he mistook Cruise's property for Huvane's while intoxicated upon arrival. Huvane represents such A-list Hollywood as Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock and even Cruise himself.

Cruise wasn't home when the incident took place and will reportedly not press charges against Sullivan.
